Never get a job here because there is no room to grow. People that work here are very unhappy unless management like them. Management team is very unprofessional dont waste your time unless you have plan on how you will get out before they fired you. They love messing with peoples future that makes your day dont get them to pleasure

I started on January 2020, as a Auditor in which I had a problem with the pay rate in which was posted on indeed. They change my pay rate day two. Also moving forward I was limited in training for the position. I ask questions on anything I didnt know. I was trying to learn the position. From me coming from a auditor or banking background. My last day was May 2020. In which I was called to the HR department. In which the Team Leader was in there waiting on me. She had told a different story about my performance.

So I was an employee at CT logistics and I worked under patty who worked under Steve , at first I liked the job. Then after a few lunch brakes to my car. Steve happened to follow me along as well. He then offered to date me and offer me money to do things with him. Smh. I got fired so I never got the chance to tell hr Tony, what happened. But just be advised he’s an old creep. Praying on young girls with nothing as is. Smh

Back stabbing management practices that defile the logistics industry. The way they treat their employees is nothing short of horrific. Secrets are kept, employees are belittled, and this business highly relies upon the temp agencies to provide them with temps so that they dont have to pay proper benefits, rob these temps of their basic rights, and makes it even easier to use the most silly practices to fire employees despite Ohio being an at will state. This is a sad company and management should be ashamed of themselves.

I liked working here when I started but as time went by I was very depressed because there is very little human communication.
