I dont know where you got the new lady Della from, but she is ❤️❤️❤️ EXTREMELY AWESOME ❤️❤️❤️. She took care of my parents they both are hard sticks. Neither of my parents felt the poke, she showed so much compassion and empathy to them both. She listened and explained everything to them. My parents said she made them feel like a person not a number. Thank you so much Della you are a blessing and keep up the excellent work.

Not sure what is with all the bad reviews on here. I had a great experience. I just scanned my DL on the self serve kiosk and put in my cell#. You can wait there or wherever, the text you when its your turn. Everyone there was nice. They called me within a couple minutes. No hassles.

Before I visited Labcorp lab I read the reviews on Yelp, Google, etc. The reviews were absolutely terrible, it almost scared me away. I decided that I would visit this lab anyway and make sure that I can give my personal review of this particular lab. First of all the ease of making appointments on line was absolutely easy. I quickly found two openings and booked them for the next business day. My husbands appointment was earlier and mine was much later. I decided to go with him and see if by chance they could fit me in within an hour or so. So we went upstairs and went into the lab office. There is a kiosk that we had to place our drivers license, it quickly found our appointment and checked us in. I went ahead and checked in and my husband asked if I could be seen early. The lady said yes I would be treated as a walk-in. So after they took all who had appointments they called me in. My husband had been first and he was very happy with the visit. I went in after and I let the phlebotomist know that I almost canceled due to bad reviews. She stated that she wished she could go back to the reviews and explain. They have certain hours for things like drug tests, etc. If someone gets there later they may feel upset that theyre not seen, hence being upset for something that is not under their control.Nicole was the phlebotomist that took care of us both. She is so kind, very professional and when she drew our blood we didnt feel it at all. She responded to all our questions and we had a few laughs.The employees and lab were absolutely great. The reason I give them 4 instead of a solid 5 is due outside lobby (waiting area). It would be great when the economy gets better that they freshen it up with simple cosmetics like paint and new carpet or solid floor. I know its winter and people are probably dragging up a lot of soil.All in all I will definitely visit again if I need to get more labs done.

If I could give this lab a lower rating than 1 star I would. I scheduled an appointment for 11:45 and was not seen for an hour. Make sure if you schedule an appointment at this location, that you have an empty schedule because they won’t see you on time and the service is absolute garbage.

Google has close time at 430. As of April its 4. Should be an easy fix.

Called friday 8/6 to ask if there were any saturday appointments. the woman on the phone told me the slots were full but they take walk-ins and to be there at 7:30 when they open saturday morning. i get up today on my day off, get dressed, get my child dressed, get in the car, start driving only to find out this office is always closed on weekends. thanks. don’t know if i’ll be able to keep my job now. thank you for that.

The receptionist NICOLE was rude! Very unpleasant! I’ve visited this offfice TWICE and got the same unpleasant visit. She’s rude, unhelpful and you can tell she hates her job. 2/5 I do not recommend this office.

When looking into visiting this location I went to its website and saw that the lab was requiring visitors to social distance, and wear face coverings. Upon arrival, there were only 3 out of 12 people wearing face coverings, and social distancing was not being used (12 people in a small room that may have allowed for 6 to social distance properly). The requirements I saw on the website were not being enforced, and I decided to leave almost immediately. If you are taking yours and others health and safety into consideration, this is not the location for you.

They have a kiosk to sign in to and separated all the chairs. The lady that attended me was extremely nice and helpful.

Absolutely terrible experience. The waiting room was filled with at least 10 people, and after talking to some of them I found out they were waiting for close to 2 hours. I will never come back here under any circumstance.

I had an appointment for the antibody test today. My appointment was at 10AM. By 10:45 no one had said anything to me, called me back or anything. Okay, busy facility, I get it. But the nurse doing everyone’s work was also doing all the front office stuff so the only thing she even said to me was “I’ll be with you but it will be a while.” Okay, apparently my appointment didn’t matter at all. The website online was also very specific about scheduling for time slots due to the limited space for Covid. The Labcorp room was super small with about 15 people in there and only 4 seats. I don’t mind standing but why during Covid are they cramming that many people in/allowing it I have no idea. Further, no one screened me or anyone else for COVID on entering the building or on entering the room. Any one of these people crammed in this room could have been exhibiting symptoms of Covid and wouldn’t have even been screened out.Lastly, there were papers everywhere. So not only were they disorganized with patient times, appointments, amount of people, and the whole process, but it looked like patient records as well. I don’t even understand how a medical facility can be run this poorly. It was a waste of my time and money to come here because after 45+ minutes of not being talked to or seen and them only calling one or two people In that entire time frame, I left.

Zero is too high a rating!!! An ABSOLUTE BEAST works at check in; literally one of THE RUDEST most OBNOXIOUS human I have EVER come across!!! No manager, no phone number to call, these woman can act as outrageous as they want as there are CLEARLY no consequences. LabCorp must be paying minimum wage because this behavior would NEVER be tolerated in another facility. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!

I am appalled that this medical facility is not implementing Social distancing in their waiting room. I had to leave. Really scary.

I made an appointment for 10 am. I got there 15 minutes early and I was done and out the door by 10:06. The staff is polite and nice as well. Just make sure you make an appointment otherwise you might be waiting a while.

My experience with this organization, both locally and National was horrible. Could not reach either local or national office. Attempted to arrive at local office as a walk in, and the office was permanently closed, w/o notice. I will never come back or do business with this company under any circumstance.

Place opened on time. Digital check in. People are nice enough. I was in and out in half an hour for a drug test. I had a good experience. I guess if you go someplace with an attitude, you probably wouldnt have a good experience.

So many negative reviews! I found the ladies to be friendly and professional. And funny! Hey, at least they smile and are happy on the job. Nothing wrong with that. Both times I was taken care of right away and out the door in 10 minutes.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I had to wait for an hour and a half and ended up having to leave without taking my pre-employment drug test because of other obligations. The people there did not care about my time and the receptionist was rude and unhelpful! Unbelievable!

Online, the website said that the place opens at 7:30am, so I made my appointment for 8. I got there around 7:50, and there were 4 other people standing in the hallway. the door was locked and no one was answering the phone inside. One of the people standing in the hallway called Labcorps corporate and they said there may have been a family emergency, made some excuses, and Im pretty sure they hung up on him. I left there around 9am, to go to another Labcorp facility, and no one had appeared yet.Talk about customer service. I will never come here again and Ill be discouraging my company from using them again.

The ladies are very unprofessional.. not sure why this company relies on unprofessional people to do their work. I will recommend an entirely different company to do drug screenings. The two rude workers said they could not drug screen until 1, but I walked in at 11:45. They should go home and sit on their ass since that’s what they did until 12:08. No one says it’s 11:40 until 1 on a lunch. DO NOT visit this place go to a different location!

Ive been kept waiting for pre-employment testing several times. Often, I am kept waiting for over an hour and not allowed to use the bathroom or I would automatically fail.

They are terrible workers. I walked in and immediately felt disrepscted. They were in no interest of me.. the one lady said OK after I told her the address was wrong instead of being polite. I find it funny how they get paid to sit, laugh, and be rude. I will neverrrrr go back there.

LABCORP as a whole is TERRIBLEFirst my wifes urine sample was diluted and my blood test got lost. We were out of town and had to go to a labcorp in East PA and the phlebotomist there had headphones in the whole time she was with clients. You could clearly see her phone screen through her lab coat pocket and she was listening to some video! That is VERY unprofessional

If you use this facility do yourself a favor and book an appointment online! Wait times for walk-ins can be over an hour. I booked an appointment this time and was seen within 10 minutes of arrival
