The owner called and he was genuinely understanding about my experience. I appreciated the way he handled things and will consider going back in the future. Thank you for the fast response.……………Not going back here. I had a bad experience and tried to contact the manager, ended up getting a call back from one of the stylists saying “they were the closest thing to a manager that was there at the moment”. If you have my number to call me back, maybe you should just give it to the manager.

Needed a quality haircut on short notice today. I am extremely glad I called into Command Cuts. Christina was a total sweetheart and cared deeply about making sure I was happy with the cut and service. Besides being a great conversationalist Christina provided a wonderful shampoo and good advice for a great cut and look. Great atmosphere and very clean. I would highly recommend this place for a nice cut.

I couldnt have asked for a better cut and a nicer human to converse with which is half of the barber experience. Ill be sitting in Christinas chair from now on when I need a haircut I would highly recommend her as well if you havent found that barber that can just nail a haircut.

Two signs on the front doors clearly state that face masks are REQUIRED. This is not only an industry reopening requirement for salons, but we chose to come here because the compliance was assured. Sure enough, as I came in two people who just received service had no masks. When I confirmed with an employee that just cut their hair that, YES, masks are required - the further response was, Im not going to get into it with anyone. So, signage is worthless, enter at your own risk.

This is a great place for a full service haircut with straight razor to the neck. I have been several times. Whitney and Christina are awesome. I met the owner once, he seems nice. I would recommend the hot towel treatment while your hair is being washed. I see complaints on here about scheduling. I know this is not a Fantastic Sams or Great Clips. If you expect to walk in and get a haircut, good luck. Call first or book online. Stylist that do awesome jobs have repeat clients that make appointments ahead of time. If you try for a walk in and get turned away, dont be disappointed. If you get in, then bonus. As long as Whitney and Christina are here, I will always come back. Just got a job at this wonderful amazing Barber Shop. Family-owned no corporate bullcrap. Nicest stylist girls nicest owners Ive ever met. Im very blessed to have found such a wonderful place to call my home away from home.P.S. the decor is very cool and they honor our military and our first responders!

We have been in several times and most of the time they say that they are fully booked when no one is even there. I wouldn’t be complaining but it has happened the last 5 times my son has tried to get his hair cut. We will not be going back.

Best place for a haircut in Parker! The girls are amazing and the customer service is top tier! Dont waste your time with the corporate locations you may come across. These gals cut hair better than any of those places. You can also get a scalp massage and neck massage here with your haircut. I would not go anywhere else. Soon they will have a licensed barber that can do straight razor shaves! I will be going in for that for sure!

Really like this place! Been coming here for years, and they always do exactly what I ask. They do a great job, and its nice to be pampered for a little while. I have a busy schedule, and cant always make appointments, and none of the stylists ever seem to mind me seeing someone else. They are all very friendly to me whenever I come in.

I take both my boys to get their haircut here (5 and 3). Yes, I do not always appreciate the attire. Malora does a great job and has never messed up their haircuts no matter how much my 5 year old wiggles. I am more impressed with her than I was at an actual barber shop I had been taking them to for over a year.

I dont normally write reviews, but I feel I need to this time. I just moved to Parker Colorado from Florida three and half months ago and apparently my search for a barber still continues. This is the second straight month I went to Command Cuts in Parker and got two different barbers or stylists and the result was the same, if not worse. I asked again for a simple zero fade and for the second straight time my hair got butchered. The irony is that these are the types of haircuts theyre supposed to specialize in. I even warned her about what happened the first time, but that didnt help.

Haircut was fast, looks good. Was told I am pathetic for being upset about a break up. Wont be back

Professionalism could be a little better. Could have caught them at an off time. But they did get us in last minute, as well as a last minute reschedule. Plus the haircut was good enough to make us want to come back.

Went to Ihop. Great breakfast. Was looking to get my hair cut. Get to my car, look across. Boom, Command Cuts. Google it. Turns out to be this wonderfully reviewed Barber Shop. I call em. Instant answer. I said, Are you appointment only? They are either appointment or walk in. I was set up for an appointment within 45min. Figures, awesome reviews. Like I mentioned, turns out to be a great atmosphere, wonderful people. Pleasant wait.Dianna did absolutely dashing! Dianna is the most professional Ive experienced with plenty of knowledge and skill of everything hair and style and beauty. She took the time to set my impressional ability at very pleased. So happy with my hair cut! Simple.

It appears pricey, but the service has been amazing. They also offer active duty discount that is only a dollar or two more than on base. But the shampoo after makes it worth it for me.

It was my first time, clean place for sure, friendly workers. I called in the morning and scheduled for a 1pm appointment. No one took my name, of course i show up i was not on schedule. Thats fine, i waited 30 minutes for my cut. I dont have much hair, easy cut. Usually quick but i enjoy the places that have more detail than the cheap places however i wasnt overly impressed because i had hairs on top of my head longer than others, hairs on sides of ears missed etc. I will give it another shot for sure but this first haircut was meh.

This place is going down hill. It used be convenient and fine quality but it has turned into something out of the horror movie with downright rude people and unsanitary environment. Trying to be military focused shop thats fine but military has honor, discipline, and respect. At the most you are mocking those who served in the military by providing worse than the supercuts experience. At least at supercuts they know how to clean their tools and keep their stations clean. I hope OSHA or someone will pay them a visit very soon.

If I didn’t have to give a star to rate this place I wouldn’t. I just left this place once again to have them tell me that my hairstylist wasn’t there yet again. Oh, they say they called me, NOT! I’ve been doubled booked, told my hairstylist wasn’t there after having a month appt. They are rude, very unprofessional and they look at you like your the issue when they are in the wrong. I’m so over this place it isn’t even funny. I’ve been nice and patient, I lost it today and walked out when they tried to get someone else to cut my sons hair. How in the heck are they still open is beyond me. Please don’t go to them for a hair cut go somewhere else.

Moved to Parker last summer and tried 4 other shops before finding my new barber. I kept my previous barber for 6 years and was worried I wouldnt find anyone as good until I got a cut from Kayla. I highly recommend her! Been coming back every 3 weeks and couldnt be happier my search is over. While they take walk ins, I wouldnt be surprised if she gets busy so call and make an appointment.

Been going to the same barber here for quite a while and prebooked my last appointment for 6 weeks out. I called to see if I could move my upcoming appointment in a few days up a day or two only to find out from the rude woman on the phone my barber left almost 2 weeks ago. She rudely insisted that they called all her appointments and I told her Ive received no such call. My appointment was still left on the barbers schedule and she proceeds to tell me that time slot is all booked up and they can get me in on another day. I booked that appointment 6 weeks ago so I should have been given priority and I never received a call. The rude woman on the phone proceeded to rudely say well we called all her appointments! Clearly not as I have no such call or voicemail from them anywhere on my cell. Luckily I called ahead as I guess I wouldve just showed up for my appointment booked 6 weeks ago for the week of Thanksgiving and been turned away when I showed up. Needless to say they have permanently lost a customer of a few years now.
