The bees nest is in a tricky spot inside the pipe cover of my wood stove (on the outside of the house) & theyre getting inside the house, otherwise I would leave them alone. We are newer customers of Bug Runner. Our neighbors told us of their good experience with them for years. We finally signed up last fall after the summer of 2018’s near daily rains brought out more ants than I could ever recall seeing around my home. We used to use the traps from the box stores and just (impatiently) wait. I am so glad we signed up with Bug Runner, though. Their staff on the phone and that come out are helpful and courteous. The technicians that service the property are knowledgeable and thorough. The products they use are effective and safe around children and pets. This spring has also been really bad with ants-worse than last year. I even found a swarm in my office! I called Bug Runner and they scheduled an appointment within a couple days and were accommodating to my/my husband’s work schedule. They will come out in-between your scheduled treatments if you see any covered insects and will apply more product for no additional cost. The techs even encourage you to call again if you see more after a couple of weeks of letting the bait do its job. I have had wonderful experience with them, from estimates of additional treatments (ticks!), to applying forgotten promotional discounts that got lost in my email, to following up on questions. We had non stop ants in our house in Rutherford. I had called in told them the scoop that we had another company treat it before and they came right back. Bug Runner came out and tech spent at least an hour with me walking around every part of my house and yard accessing the problem. After he figured out where everything was he went to work. We were away for a month and came back home. I was expecting to see some ants in our house as its always been a problem. NOT ONE! Its still a month later and we havent any sightings yet. I do see them coming back to the lawn but we have another lawn treatment coming this summer and well see from there.
