I do not recommend this place for anything. Go elsewhere if at all possible. My experience with my elderly relative the other day was awful. Three women at the small front desk area. One was attempting to speak with me to check in my elderly relative while the other two carried on an extremely loud conversation with someone on a speaker phone that seemed to be about scheduling work hours a few weeks prior. To them, I was invisible and unimportant. They continually interrupted the woman checking in my relative to the extent that I spoke up. I asked the women to please either finish their conversation elsewhere or wait until the check in in process was completed bc they were being disruptive and rude and unprofessional. I noted this was how mistakes happen and we could not afford that with medical testing. While the two women apologized, the continued their conversation albeit more quietly. I pray the right information was entered and the tests were carried out properly. I will never return to this lab and highly recommend others go elsewhere.
I was there today , as soon I got in she helped me and within one minute she called me inThe lady who took the blood was very professional and respectfulI was out from there within 7 minutes
The kind woman with the soft Slavic or Baltic accent was very gentle with taking my blood, and handled it super quickly with only one gentle poke.She is clearly experienced and was wonderful to work with. Thanks for helping me! I would recommend this location. The whole ordeal including waiting probably only took 5 minutes with my reservation.
Didnt think of opening the door to customers at 7 am. On a Saturday had to knock repeatedly to get someones attention to open the door! Bit of a attitude from the front desk as well.
Been to long since i was there last used to be a pleasure unsure now Was in an out in minutes staffer was pleasant and did great job with the needle.As someone who gets a lot of blood work . this was a pleasure

This is the most hassle-free lab I have ever gone to. Professional, clean, very little wait time. The staff is very nice also!
Just returned from Saturday morning visit to Paramus office. Registrant and phlebotomist were super! This has always been my experience personally and the same for my teen children. Highly recommend this office and staff.
Didnt make an appointment and got in with only a half hour wait or so. Fainted when they took blood, and regained consciousness to cold compresses, kindness, and concern. Really sweet people working there - dont want to have to go back, but if I need another blood test, it will likely be to here!
The staff is very organized and professional. They move quick and did an excellent job taking blood. I highly recommend this Labcorp.
Easy to deal with. am always in and out. nurses are very talented with taking blood and usually never miss. never had a problem before with insurance or the doctor.
Just came from there Sat May 20, did not have insurance card but she said can you get a picture. Sure got picture from wife and in 10 min from there I had blood taken and out the door. The blood taker was excellent too.
Wait is very long. One desk and one blood person. Waste a half a day .but girl is quick . However maybe to quick. My daughter passed out and they really did not care. That bothered me. No time to care!! Next!
I usally go to quest but my insurance has changed. The young girl who drew my blood has no idea whats she doing.she had to draw from botharms because she missed on the first try . They need to train their employees. never going back there again.
I highly advise you to change the location; if you really have to use LabCorp, go in Hackensack, but don’t use Paramus.In my case, they came up with two total different results and with two different bills.
Very rude facility
This is the worst labcorb facility ... they have a girl in the front desk that is so rude to everyone .... not to sound racist or anything because I am black myself, since I dont know her name, I am pretty sure she is African American... smh she is the worst and just just with me but every patient that came in ....
Negative stars would be more accurate. The front desk staff has no manners at all. They were rude to every patient in the waiting room. The whole time they were murmuring sarcastic remarks to each other about how stupid or uptight the patients were.
They asked for credit card but I would not comply when I have insurance. Ive heard of Labcorp implying they need a credit card even though you have insurance but my Healthcare provider does not require that I give it at a Labcorp. In addition, I have extremely easy veins to find, Im practically transparent and the phlebotomist used a large needle and caused bleeding a swelling on my arm. I will not be returning to this location.
God forbid they answered the phone
Although there was no wait time, the phlebotomist had a very difficult time finding the vein. She had to insert the needle twice. First time she was poking around to find a vein. Second time she found the vein, However my arm was swollen and was left a black and blue. Not a good experience.
There is no front staff and lab workers have to check patients in and do the billing. It’s not the technicians fault and upper management should be aware that they are understaffed and need a professional receptionist at the front desk. Patients were very angry and upset and it took forever to check in because of the lack of front desk staff. Very unprofessional on Lab Corps part.
Waited 30 minutes. Not a good experience. Nice people, but bad systems.

HORRIBLE STAFF!! A GENTLEMAN WITH BRAIN CANCER WAS GETTING YELLED AT ABOUT A PRESCRIPTION. TERRIBLE ATTITUDES TOWARDS ALL PATIENTS. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS OFFICE!
Not very nice staff. Depends on the day.
