It is a very good place for having fun with kids! It is clean and cell maintained. The interior is looking better than any other kids fun places Ive ever been to.They have nice cafe, air hockey, two separate playgrounds, three play zones, Xbox with enormous screen and huge toddler area.The equipment in excellent condition.Staff is friendly and nice.Definitely recommend visiting this with kids.

What a great place ! Upon entrance I was in awe of the colors, space and cleanliness of the venue. I came here for my friends daughters birthday party. Initially parking was a problem, the lot was full and the street was busy also but after doing a few laps I found a parking space. My children and I were greeted and i noticed most people were in socks but was unsure if the rule was for adults also( it was). My 8 year old I felt was a bit old for the space but had a great time helping his 3 year old brother play. The space was set up nicely and was a dream for a child, and plenty of sitting space for the adults to sit and watch the kids play ( unless they were very young and needed a parent at all times). I appreciated that the attractions allowed the adult to assist and be with the child. The vibrant colors were great and seems like even on a rainy snowy day it would be a great time.My visit then spilled into a private room ( classroom ) setting where we had cake and pizza. I did not know this place was a preschool and it was so freakin cool. The moms had a great time. I think it felt good knowing your kid was in a clean, safe space where you could watch them have fun and sit and relax.Will ABSOLUTELY suggest this for those with small children.

My son attended preschool here for two years. Prior to JJ, we sent our kids to a couple of other day cares incl. The Learning Experience and Bright Horizons. What sets JJ apart is the cleanliness of its facilities. During our two years there, we never once found dirty floors/furniture, which I often found at the other day care centers. Even prior to the pandemic, the kids were taught to practice good hygiene. The bathrooms were always clean and properly stocked with adequate soap/paper towels. My son never once got sick during his time there, and its because if one child had any serious virus like coxsackie (which was common at other day care centers), the staff went above and beyond to ensure the sickness didnt spread. Given the times were living in, I think its even more important than ever to prioritize cleanliness and Im thankful for the great care JJ provided my child.

Some people say it is a dirty badly cared for place, but we never read the reviews until now. We’ve gone many times and have a blast! I do agree that the music played isn’t the most kid-friendly ever, but we never worry about it at all. The food area is pretty good with the employees there maybe 4/5 of the time. Overall very good indoor playground I I will still keep going there in the future.

Staff is attentive location is VERY CLEAN!! You can relax and your kids can have fun, and you’ll always have an eye on them. If you have an infant, they can have fun too because there are areas for all. It’s better than Chuck E Cheese for kids under 8 years old. They get to be creative and jump around. I love it!!!

Absolutely the best!!! My daughter loves it here. The teachers are always super happy and smiling and ready to have fun with the kids. They are SUPER clean, my daughter rarely got sick when she was at the baby class, compared to her previous daycare where she was always sick. Highly recommend.

Awesome place! Been attending summer camp in JumpinJax and a preschool for a month. My kid Alex actually liked to wake up and go here)) now we use any opportunity to join the open play. Never had troubles with parking and the place is never overcrowded. Perhaps we’ve just never been here on weekends. Anyway it comes highly recommended in my book)

Horrible music during open hours. Too loud and electronic. The lyrics on a big screen (where there are silhouettes of women dancing like in a strip club) are all inappropriate for kids ‘Me, me, me, me sexy me. ...My body...’The venue is nice overall and stuff is pleasant.

This place is amazing! Perfect to take the kids when theyre off from school, if theres bad weather, or any time they want to play. Theres plenty of space for the kids to run around and its great for all ages! Indoor playground, preschool, and hosts parties on weekend? Def worth checking out.

My niece goes to the pre school there. She loves her teachers and the fact that the room is yellow (her favorite color) is just a plus for her. If only I could bring my son there, but we live out of state.

Good space for the kids to get their energies out. But it is always packed because they do open gym alongside birthday parties. There are always a ton of kids! Parking also gets pretty packed and you may have to loop around a few times to find a spot. Weve also been here for a birthday party and the party room where they serve food is pretty spacious.

Great fun for children with a little something for everyone. They have a small cafe for the parents and activities for toddlers through children about 10 years of age. Had my son’s birthday party there this year and they did an excellent job at an affordable price.

Brought my son for open play a few weeks ago. He had an awesome time. Its very clean and staff are very attentive and friendly with kids. They have a very nice sitting area for parents. A fun place for both kids and parents. Thumbs up!

First visit. I liked that it was clean and the staff made sure the rules were applied, for example they warned and made a barefoot lady wear socks, and they warned bigger kids around age 5 to get out of the ball pool designed for kids until 2 year old. I was expecting to have a trampoline and a bigger ball pool, that’s why it is 4 stars, otherwise my kids enjoyed it.

They are pretty good and actually care for your child. Miss Katherine does a great job with kids. They enough room where the kids can vent out their energy.Learning wise as well my child is developing.Good place

By far the best place I have been to. I recently just did my sons 1st birthday party and it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly, the place was very clean, and more importantly the level of hospitality was pristine. I would recommend this location to anyone. The facility is IMMACULATE!So new, bright with vibrants colors everywhere you look and extremely clean.My 2 years old daughter attends daycare here and she loves it! The teachers Justine and Trish are very sweet and caring.Great curriculum, very educational a truly loving and nurturing environment. The best feeling in the world to know your child is in good hands.

Came here to let my son burn some energy. Its our first time here and they have made a great first impression. The play area is clean. The staff is friendly and the food is pretty good. They have a pre school / daycare. Pricing is competitive and it includes unlimited use of the play area for the student and a friend.

Stopped by on my way to Christmas shopping with my son. This place is immaculate, offers fun for all ages, wholesome healthy foods, and a professional staff who were extremely accommodating. Perfect 10!

It was very dirty and there was only one staff person present and she was very rude. Mostly though, the cleanliness was the issue. Bathrooms and play rooms. The floor had substantial water stains, and there was chipping paint all over the place. If I could give it zero stars I would.

This is the most amazing place I ever been and privilege to work at. Amazing staff that makes you feel like another place to call home. I love my bosses. I encourage anyone to come and have a great time with us is a truly great place to spend time with family and also a wonderful place for your children if youre in need of a a good loving daycare or preschool so please come we will be waiting with smiles and open arms.

I love this place! I take my 2 boys here n stay for 3-5hrs!! My kids dont want to leave!!! I always buy the package bc its cheaper. Ive been to many play areas and the cost is the same. Most of them r timed n cant stay for long periods of time n will charge the same but we can stay here til they r closed. The staff r really nice. I never had problems with them.

I came in to jumpinjax for a tour of the facility for my sons birthday party which will be in march! Diane was so friendly! Knowledgeable & accomedating. She was detailed with what the facility could offer & very accommodating to our request! Due to her high level of customer service we will be selecting this location for our sons party.*** Update: 3/10/18—Just had my sons 1st birthday party & to say how amazed i was with the customer service Steve & his staff provided is an understatement. The staff was helpful! Attentive accommodating & friendly! Everything was personalized for my child! & I couldn’t have picked a better place.

First and Last time. Went to my nieces birthday. Terrible staff that didnt know what was going on Other party decides to add more time to their party so our party gets pushed back .No one ever came and told us. Kids were hungry. Finally went in the birthday room and pizzas were cold! ! 10 mins in the room we were getting rushed to cut the cake. NEVER AGAIN.

Not really happy with the place. Has potential, but they miss with bad service, strict rules (cant bring a banana to eat inside??), Charging for adults even though kids are 15$, the overprice of the rock climbing (extra 5$???), And charging my disabled wife for an adult fee when we said shes going to play with them.The music is crappy too, and its super well maintained.In general, not good value for money.

We started going to Jumpin Jax for just open play and it turned into preschool/daycare for our son. My son started in 3yo PreK and has been excited to go to school since the very start. The teachers and staff are loving and attentive and we are confident he is being prepared for Kindergarten. The unique set up is a perfect environment for high energy kids with the indoor playground to start and end the day, and that energy bridges to the learning programs that focus on teaching through play and having fun in the classroom. I highly recommend Jumpin Jax.

One star is even too many for this place. My disabled child was attending a birthday party. Just because she took her shoes that she does not understand , they ask us to leave . Shame on this place!

My son is attending jumping jax preschool for about 6 months now and I like here so far.This place is clean, spacious and has plenty of toys to play with. It also provides daycare/preschool service for kids up to 4yrs old. In here, my son can be active, and freely play with other children in a large indoor playground area with no extra cost (if you have an active child, school with a large indoor playground is a big plus, especially in the winter time) Also every classroom is equipped with smart boards along with video projectors....there is no complains for the facility. overall decent school with a decent price.Learning wise, kids do mostly arts and crafts , alphabets, numbers and etc. Out head teacher, ms nilka, actually thought him how to read and write alphabets, as well as numbers. Many thanks to her.

Amazing Staff, the manager was extraordinary, such a great local business! I was so amazed from the moment I walked in ... I am home, and I felt I needed to give this local business the thumbs up.Everything about this business is awesome. The establishment is pristine. There is a no shoe policy, even adults have to wear socks. There was someone going around the entire time cleaning, and keeping up.What really made me happy was the manager. She had a way with people. I was new, unfamiliar with the rules, socks, etc. She was so helpful, and made us feel right at home. As the adults sat in the food area, our 7 year olds were able to run about and slide, dress up, dance and have hours of fun on a rainy day. If your child is small, this is NOT a babysitting service, there is a daycare next door, it is an amusement business so children must be attended. However, as we sat and chatted, we could see our girls the entire time. There was staff manning the floor the entire time. There arent any weird exits, so the kids are so safe in this place.The place is so clean, well lit, and the decor.. it is just adorable. Everything was perfect about this place and our experience. I will most certainly be coming back. As someone new to the area, I am so happy that our friends introduced us to this place. I would definitely recommend this place to parents with children 8 and under.But, I just really think the woman who manages the place deserves a special acknowledgement for her hard work, well manners, and extraordinary customer service. Thank you!

This place is pretty big and clean although I would have to say it is more for the older kids. The place is also very expensive compared to the other kids indoor play spaces. Although the place is big, I feel like theres really not much to do here.

Jan 24, 2019 I took my two grandsons age 3 and 1 1/2. I found the Paramus place to not be updated. Toddler area had a broken piano, broken push toys and generally speaking the equipment was piled up haphazardly. Electric sockets were not covered. Food stuff from eating areas was in the play area. In the two early afternoon hours I was there I didn’t see anyone supervising the area even when kids were using a rock wall. Costumes were left on the floor, kids were climbing up on on the ball air machine and putting their feet in the air holes. I had to request music video be played by going to the front desk, because it was just a blank screen. I would not recommend this place and go only as a last resort. It was much nicer and cleaner and organized in the past and such a shame the space has gone downhill.

Toddler area is too small and doesnt look clean. The loud TV that plays just five songs was very annoying.

This place is a great to bring your kids to play. Its clean and fun. But my biggest problem is how ratchet the music is. Playing nicki minaj at a kids place?? Pure trash.

We were there on a Saturday after lunch which was understandably like a zoo. But some toys needs replacing since they are either very worn or broken. Also there are no gate to stop kids from going out from the play space leading to the front doors to exit. This is a safety issue especially if you have two young kids.

Least family friendly place weve ever been to. The staff is rude, bossy and arrogant. Theyre so concerned about their made up rules it comes completely at the expense of their customers. They ruined our daughters birthday.

I decided to splurge on a rainy day activity, skipping the many libraries and free museums. I assumed that at $15/kid (plus $2 for me) there must be something there thats better than the free places. I also assumed that it would be 100% kid friendly and easy to navigate with a stroller, which is why I skipped the local restaurants and the mall, where you can run into trouble with space, bathroom accommodations, disturbing peoples meals, etc. I was wrong. The doors didnt have a functioning automatic open, I wasnt told I wouldnt be able to keep my stroller with me or that I should have worn a back pack, theres a HUGE screen tv (if I wanted my kids to be glued to a tv, I could stay home), there was no one to show the kids how to use the toys or games or climb (had to figure it out on my own, while carrying around my 8-month old), the only bathroom stall large enough for a stroller was the handicap stall, which did not have a functioning lock (it appeared a replacement lock had been installed after the original broke off, but it was anywhere near the hole), and there was no stool for my daughter to stand on to wash her hands. How can you possibly claim that your place is clean if you cant make it easy for all these kids who are touching all the toys and climbing and eating to wash their hands after going to the bathroom??? Gross.

The people complaining are ridiculous. Its competitively priced and the staff is very friendly. My only small qualm is the food counter is understaffed but thats just me nitpicking. My kids love the space.

The staff is quiet they dont bother but they also are doing their own thing. I did not see them interacting much with the kids. I like the place because it has different things to do. My daughter whom is 4 enjoyed the indoor playground a lot. Very diverse customer environment that makes it fun for the children and parents to interact with. The music is played from the just dance Xbox game therefore the selection is going to be aimed to a younger crowd. The staff is in charge of selecting the music. Did not try food but hubby bought me premade coffee (Starbucks) over 3 bucks so yes pricey!

Took my kid here last week and I was super pissed. You have the most trashy music playing that is NOT kid friendly and then the dancing on the screen is basically twerking. Dont get me started on the staff members who were twerking too in the middle of the place! I am disgusted.

Just had a bday party here. We went for the deluxe package. Be really careful, they have you sign the receipt of X amount of money but they secretly overcharge your credit card for more money. We caught it and went back to confront them. They said they were busy and sent us away. They will also lure you to do an open tap for coffee and drinks for the party claiming that this is a cheaper way. Hell no. We realized too late when the bill went incredibly high. Pizza for the party was all cold and the goody bag was full of cheap toys from 99 cents store. Big scammer. Will never give them another chance to steal my money. Its super small with very limited activities. Dont understand how those fake reviewers sayso much stuff to do. You child will be bored in an hour. If billy beez wasnt this far, I would have never held the party at Jumpinjax.

I celebrated my son’s 3rd birthday at Jumpin Jax last week and I have nothing but praises for the staff! Trish who is in charge of the parties was AMAZING!! She took care of every detail in my party and was extremely accommodating. The indoor playground is absolutely spotless (I’m big on cleanliness). The party room looked so adorable that two of my party guests have decided to throw their child’s next birthday at Jumpin Jax. This place is perfect for toddlers. It’s not too big and overwhelming but has enough to keep little ones entertained for a couple of hours. My son LOVED the little hand peddled car/trains and the foam shooters were a hit with all of the kids. Thanks Jumpin Jax for another successful party!
