I got A regular manicure and it was garbage. the woman was rushing through the entire thing only so she could get to others who were getting a more pricey service. The nail polish coverage is horrendous to the point where It’s streaked and I can See my nail. I will Never go there again. The manicure was so bad I removed The nail polish and redid my own nails the same day. What an absolutely waste of my mine.

What a lovely place! Today, I went in for manicure and pedicure and it was unbelievable. The pedicure contained paraffin wax and she was so diligent in terms of removing every bit of callous from my feet. It was clean and the staff was extremely pleasant. I think I found my new nail salon!

I moved to north jersey a while ago and finding a trustworthy nail salon. This search was nothing but difficult. Working in the area I decided to search nearby and found Anna’s salon. They have never failed in getting me out in a timely manner. The provide exceptional service! And they are beyond pleasant . Love these ladies ! Definitely would recommend!

Tried this place based off of the nice reviews they had. Sad to say I wont be coming again. Definitely disappointed by the service. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Called in for the price. Was surprised by how expensive it is but figured it would be ok based on the expected service.My pedicure was rushed. The timer was set every step of the way and the associate just moved onto the next step after it went off. My feet were not scrubbed or peeled right and I need to find somewhere else that will do it right. When I pointed out that my feet need scrubbing, the lady said, oh 8ll give you the special for just $10 more. Lady, Im already paying $25 for a regular pedi that everyone else charges $10-$15 for. I should already be getting the special. At least exfoliate my feet right.Then the actual coloring isnt great. Its sloppy around the edges and she didnt clean my cuticles well. Again, Im paying almost double expecting better service, but I was disappointed. And when I asked for her to do it better, she sighed and made believe she was fixing it.Then came the gel manicure. Again, paying more expecting better service, but it was rushed and sloppy.I asked for a discount after I was done because of the terrible job, and was offered a voucher for 20% off my next visit.I stated clearly that I wont be coming again. And then the owner sighed and said $5 off.I paid $50 for a terrible pedicure and sloppy manicure.I for sure wont be wasting my time or money coming here again.

Clean place and pleasant staff

First time going and absolutely love it here! It was very calming, they played soothing music in the background. I loved Anna, she did an amazing job with my acrylic nails and the price was definitely worth it!

I chose a spa for 60 yuan but the clerk broke my foot with the machine

Great place, great prices, lots of colors to pick from. I have been a customer for 5+ years, the service is so great I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have great spa for your feet and they also have a membership program. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

These ladies are great! I walked in a little after 6:30 not realizing they closed at 7:30. They fit me in for a full set and paid just as much attention to detail as if I werent keeping them there past closing. One woman started my nails, which were in terrible shape, and then Anna finished them and they made them look amazing.

Me and my fiance went together and the wait time was less than 5 minutes and they did a great job. They are also extremely affordable.

I had a great experience at this salon. The staff are so warm and welcoming. The salon itself is very nice and super clean. My gel mani lasted more than two weeks which is impressive! The pedicures are great as well. I will def be coming here for now on!

HORRIBLE service!!! I still cant recover from that experience!!I called for an appointment and was given a 6.30pm one. I arrived on time and waited about 15 min, which was ok with me. After they removed my previous gel color at the pedicure chair Sunny filed my nails standing up next to me (still getting pedicure ) She was in a hurry and all my nails had different shapes. I asked for her file and shaped my one hands nails while the pedicure girl was finishing . After that I was told to move to the manicure table . I quickly did and started panicking and rushing to finish my other hand . HERE comes the worst part. ANNA, who was doing someone elses nails said to me: Common, Tina, we close at 7.30. I surrendered my hands to Sunny speechless and stunned as my eyes started to water! I looked at the clock , it was 7.20. Then I asked who the owner is and was told the owner is not there.I asked why did they give me an appointment if they knew they cant finish on time to close . Got no answer or eye contact from Anna . I said Im very upset and thats not how you treat a customer. No answer. Meanwhile Sunny wasted no time painted my half filed nails , never buffed my mails , did not push cuticles , did not even clean nails . I looked at the clock again when I was paying and it was 7.31. 10 minutes for a gel manicure!!!!I was shaking . My nails were catching on my clothes and I was given a small square buffer which I used to file my nails in my car . I was told the owner is Amy. The young sweet girl who was usually at the reception desk.Im sorry, Amy, if you really are the owner. Dont let people like Anna represent your business .And my final question is: what happens at Joy Nails at closing time? Is it some kind of a Cinderella story? Do they all turn into mice? I guess Ill never know !

This was my first time. This will be the first of many. Everyone is so nice and made my experience worthwhile. Very reasonably priced and I didnt feel awkward being a guy. Special thanks to Jennifer and Joanne!

Wow- had my first visit to Joy Nail a few days ago and it was the best experience I’ve had. The pedicure was incredible- she took her time and the massage was sooooo relaxing (she used two scrubs, hot stone and spent 10 min on massage/reflexology). Same with my nails. She took her time and made sure they were even and looked natural and always asked my opinion before she moved on. Free shoulder massage while drying. Prices are a good especially for the service you get. I’m so glad I found them. I won’t go anywhere else ever again.

The girl at the front desk was so sweet from the start of booking the appointment. Then when you get there the mani/pedi was awesome! It was quick and beautiful. The ladies are so friendly and make you feel so welcome. I’ll definitely be back!!

I had a very nice experience with Joanne who did my nails. Next time I will get the pomogrante spa pedicure. Everybody very friendly and place is clean. I highly recommend this salon. Jean.

It was ok my real nails were really long and hard. I got gel polish that ruined my nails to the point I had to cut them off leaving no white at all. Meaning I cut them down to nothing. Now they are splitting down the middle sill need 3 more months to grow out the damage.
