My company has been relying on Microwize for well over a decade. We started out with medical billing software and now utilize just about everything Microwize has to offer. Back in 2012 we made the switch from paper to electronic medical records, and Im not going to lie, it was overwelming, but the people at Microwize made it look easy, from hardware to software and training we never felt like we were alone in the process. This product is easy to use, gives excellent reports, and makes my accounts receivables exact. The support service is very helpful. When every I have a question they are quick to help. I recommend this product for billing, front office and accounts receivable. If you are just starting this is the program you need. You will be happy using this product.

I am a supervisor at a large ophthalmology practice and have had the pleasure of working with Microwize for every problem. They are always quick to resolve any issues we have. They all go above and beyond to make sure our computers are running as smooth as possible. From minor IT glitches, setting up remote users, fixing hardware in fast cost effective ways all the way to software updates and problems they have exceeded all expectations. EVERYONE who works at Microwize is patient for those like myself who are not very tech savvy with 20+ computers to manage. They also work to not totally disrupt your day by working with your schedule for things like server updates. They are awesome at figuring out network problems and setting up all sorts of printers to medical equipment. The IT Manager, Jonathan and Support Manager, Michael have been amazing to work with and go above and beyond for their clients. I work with Vlad and Saif often especially setting up new users on our domains down to the most minor IT question or problem. I have had to call them multiple times a day and we get the same great customer service every time. If I could give them 10 stars I would and I think I speak for the whole practice. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

We have used Microwize for several years now, besides the off an on issues that one generally has with any clearinghouse, they have always been very responsive to address issues and provide solutions. Recently we had an issue with billing, and after a few communication hiccups, Nourhan Hassan came through and fixed our issues. She offered different options for credits to our account and communicated them efficiently. In regards to service and support, Microwize is very very good. They have prompt response times and are extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Microwize for any practice/biller.
I finally decided to go solo again and pursue a telemedicine practice. I researched several possibilities and finally decided to re-explore Medisoft. I used Medisoft for almost a decade up to 2014. Back then it was the best way to bill for a solo busy practitioner like my self. This time, It took me 24 hours to get set up and trained. The support if excellent and the new features are what I need to spend more time in the clinical side of my practice.
I have used Microwize for over 15 years, beginning with billing and scheduling software, adding an EMR 9 years ago. We use their services for software support, upgrades, MACRA support, and new server set-up when required. They have been knowledgeable, responsive, prompt, accessible. I think that I provide superior care; their MACRA support person is making sure that I document this so that CMS agrees.

VERY GOOD SERVICE/MIPS REPORTING
We have been with microwize since 2007 and happy with the product and customer service. I am writing this review however, because of how they went above and beyond recently.I made an error that deleted my fee slips (these were created by me and took many many many many hours to do so) I was told in 2007 that if you delete they are gone and I mean forever. We are a busy practice and this particular fee slip is used with nearly every patient. DEVESTATED is an understatement. After picking myself up off the floor and accepting I would be recreating a new fee slip I realized that I recently purchased Microwizes back up plan. I already had another office wide back up, but felt going with them in addition was a good idea. Keep in mind...2007 said no way it would be gone so I wasnt optimistic. It was a bit of a hail Mary call (football reference). I reached out to Microwize and they immediately connected me to a tech, and I said, What are the chances this can be retrieved? He wasnt sure and didnt have an optimistic outlook, but assured me he would do everything he could to help. Turns out because it was in the time frame, the fee slip had been saved in back up before the next save was scheduled. I cant say enough about how kind and calm he was and he restored it all! I was not charged for the call. What a bonus. It has been a while since this happened, but it is so worthy of a 5 star experience and I feel I should share it.It is killing me that I cannot remember his name!! I love this company and it is worth every penny to get that back up!! They have been great to work with over the past 13 years and this last experience was the best yet!

I have not had such a great experience with Microwize, I have cancelled service and they debited my account on 2 separate occasions. I asked to speak to a Manager and Nouhan refused to let me speak to one. I will not be using their services, nor referring anyone to them.
