I booked an appointment here for my husband last week. They answered the phone promptly and set him up for an appointment right away. He liked his haircut, but said it wasnt his favorite. I wouldnt recommend going here if you want a haircut thats top notch and styled to perfection, but its great to get a quick, clean haircut at a fair price.

Absolute disgrace. They dont give silverware. I had to eat with plastic utensils like a child. I had to ask for bread and butter. Its supposed to be automatic. The cherry Pepsi wasnt working. They only had one size cup for soda, small

I came with a special needs adult and always had a great experience. The stylist seemed very annoyed that she would have to cut his hair. Fyi he is developmentlly delayed and no one would know the difference. I explained that I wanted him to look normal not like he just got out of hospital..it seems stylists dont think of DD adults as people. I will admit the mask requirements is very rarely asked for in Bergen county due to all the vaccinated folks. We are both vaccinated. So he had a mask I didnt thats my bad I came to the door and explained Ill go get gas and come back . Less than 10 mins later my brother in law called he was done. I try to race back again my brother in law takes busses , had a job and is wonderful person. But this stylist didnt seem to care. Btw the place was empty I think I see why. I tipped $10 as I felt bad she had to wait in a totally empty place while I raced back . Usually $10 tip for. $20 haircut would prompt a thanks come back . Not this stylist. So either they dont want Orthodox Jews , ( which she didnt figure out till I took my hat off. ) Or she doenst like disabled adults. Or both. Boy did I make a mistake as I needed a place for the one day my brother in law was with me - dont worry we will NEVER EVER come back - shame shame shame - btw the haircut was good but was more of a trim I wasnt going to complain. So if you are disabled Id find another place

Ive always gotten really good haircuts at this Supercuts salon.Been coming here off and on for many years. The service and friendliness of the staff is first class. Always feel 5 years younger when I leave. Prices are moderate.Turnoff from Rt17S into the parking lot is abrupt so pay close attention.

I told Stacey exactly how I wanted my hair to be cut. I said quite clearly that I wanted my hair longer in front and on top, and short in the back. I told her I need the sides to cover my ears, to be angled upward from front to back, and demonstrated this with my fingers. I wanted the hair in front of my ears to reach my jaw and the sides to follow my jawline upward to the back. I showed her two pictures of prior haircuts clearly showing that I like my hair long in front and angled UP toward the top of my head in back. I couldnt have been more clear. The resulting haircut she gave me is not what I asked for. She did not carefully shape the perimeter the way most hairdressers do, and she angled the sides DOWN toward the nape of my neck! Seriously?! Unfortunately, I have to take my glasses off to get a haircut, so I couldnt tell what she was doing. The sides do not cover my ears, much less reach my jaw. This does not complement the shape of my face! I now look like a dowdy old lady instead of someone with a haircut just right for their bone structure. And I will have to wait for it to grow out quite a bit to be able to do anything with the sides, grrr. I told my sister about it and she replied, They never listen. I guess not, but WHY NOT? To every instruction I gave Stacey, she kept saying things like, I got it, I know exactly what you mean, Yup, I see what you want, but she still did what she wanted anyway! I gave three stars because its not a terrible cut, and their prices are low, but what I walked away with is boring and NOT what I asked for. Ugh!

The best place around

Very friendly associates who will listen to your concerns. They always make sure Im happy with my hair cut before I leave the chair. Also the hot towel at the end of the hair cut makes the experience. I feel very refreshed when leaving.

Like all Supercuts, you gotta find the right person, know their hours, and youll leave with an adequate haircut that is reliable and fast.Obviously, going to a barber shop if youre a dude or a salon if youre a chick will render a superior haircut with a variety of added little amenities...but Supercuts is about just getting your haircut--not having some transformational experience that changes your personality with your new power-do.I purchase the tea leaf shampoo that gives me the tingly feeling on my scalp that feels cool and refreshing.

All the stylists do a nice job. My preference is to see Stacie; she is friendly, makes sure to listen to what I want and always makes sure I like my cut.

Ive been coming here for years and have had my hair cut by different stylists. Not once have I been disappointed in the cut. They listen to what I want. They are friendly. Prices are very reasonable.

Everyone here is very friendly and tries their best to understand how to do exactly what the client wants. I never had unwanted surprise instead of a haircut I was looking for. Everyone is very careful about hair length too. So it’s about the best place to get cleanups and trims.I especially like Awilda who just gets my hair and always gives me nicest haircut.

I love this salon and the hair dressers. Im always greeted with a smile. I have very long hair and they take wonderful care of it. I have been a steady customer for over 2 years. No one is ever pushy about extra services or products. If I say no it is accepted. I will be going there to have my hair done for my sons wedding.I highly recommend Super Cuts on Rt 17 s in Paramus, NJ.

Was good. Usually barber shops in America is not something I look forward to! Expensive and not a great cut even for $30. So this one with $18 men’s cut - fairly OK proved considering it is Paramus. Will visit again.Also can be visited after work until 8:30 is plus. LovL barbershop close at 7 pm max.

Very happy with my hair cut. My issue though the attractive woman was a cigarette smoker. That was all I could smell the whole time. Doesnt make for the best experience.

I missed my hair cut appointment with my typical hair dresser, looked around and Awilda had a really good review. I thought Id give her a chance even though I am very picky with who does my hair. One of the best hair cuts I have ever had. I typically go to fancy high end expensive places, and I like how she did it better. Definitely recommend 10/10 will go again for Awilda.

Lady cut my hair too short. I explained that with curly hair it shrinks when dry, so she should cut my about halfway to my elbow. She cut it above my neck and started in the back so i couldnt see until she was halfway done.This also happened to another friend of mine and she had straight hair. they were too eager to cut and too eager to shove products on me and try to get me to buy over priced products that wouldnt work with my hair. The girls didnt know anything about curly hair.

Awilda is simply the best...better than all rest.. better than any hairdresser, than I ever known... shes simply the best! Seriously, Alwida is such a nice woman who has been cutting hair there for the last 15+ years. I go there when I need someone trusted to fit my messy hair.
