I sold a truck to someone that had never taken it out of my name, truck was totaled, even after showing notarized bill of sale, they refused to drop charges and they filed lien against me, so unless I paid I could not get tags for my other vehicles. Highway robber!Why do I have to pay for someone else negligence!!

All I know is all of my stereo equipment disappeared out of my vehicle isnt that strange

Worst company, wanted me to drive to them after they towed my car. DRIVE!? How is that even possible without the car? Wanted cash only with all ATMS closed, 6 people had to walk 7miles at 4am to get home

When i totaled my truck I used Whites they had to use 2 trucks to get my little jeep liberty! They were fast and efficient and ill never use anyone else! Support local it builds communitys

Before they towed my vehicle the damage was not as bad as when I picked it up from impound yard. Truck had grease hand prints all over it and inside. They damaged front lower spoiler also. Had to get a totally separate police report the damage was so bad. I wish I could post pics ....Do not use these people if you value your vehicle in any way....

Terrible. This place towed our truck from a lot without permission (we had permission) then decided to charge us $240 just to take it off of their truck. Ridiculous!

We had recently had a flat tire on our BMW M4 Convertible 2015. The guy came 1 and a 1/2 hours later then he was supposed to. The guy came and didnt even say hi, he word to word said, Keys Please. He seemed extremely rude. My car is low down scratches can be caused easily while heading up something. I told the dude that that car was low so please be careful and he replies and says, I got it. Again Disrespectful. Now back track a bit this car is expensive so even minor scratches deteriorate the cars value. The guy goes up the ramp not caring about anything and just goes right up. I hear a pretty loud screech. I was scared out of life that the dude scratched my car. I called him and he still didnt come. He wasnt being at all delicate with the car. He did whatever his mind felt like doing. I literally saw the car roll back a bit because of how crazy he was handling it. Do not go to this place. This is not a safe place for any vehicle the guy was extremely rude and thought he knew everything. He clearly didnt. Now I have to deal with insurance and or the car dealership to get the scratches. But still the service is ridiculously bad. If you have any vehicle rather get it towed by any company but this company. AGAIN SERVICE WAS EXTREMELY BAD. The car is now scratched and just messed up my entire day.

The driver, Barney was highly unprofessional and unsafe. My daughter was involved in a two car accident and the police called for the tow truck. Barney was rude to all people on site with the exception of the Police upon arrival. He was not watching where he was going when he was backing up to my daughters car and almost hit her friends mother as she was getting the belongings out of the back. He also lifted the car with my daughter half way in the front driver side door way. His confrontational demeanor and *ss hole attitude was very surprising to me and I cant believe he still has his job. Do not ever use this company if you have any other choice.

This company is by far the worst and I mean worst company to deal with, they are dishonest with estimated time and will not look to assist customer in any way. I wish there was a rating lower than 1 star I would give them it. Never go with this company it’s the sorriest tow company in gulf county in my opinion. I waited 2 days for a tow and they still didn’t show up when they said and apparently didn’t care because they had enough business they didn’t need to tow this vehicle. Poor customer service and dispatch help also. If you need reliable tow don’t call or let your insurance or roadside call this company!!

The man who came was 100% rude with me. The estimated time I got was an hour from the time he was dispatched so my brother in law dropped me off at work. While he was on his way back the man called me twice. My boss ignored the call because I was with a customer and put “sorry I can’t talk right now” no joke, the man responded “I guess you don’t want your keys out of your car then”. I told him it would be about 10-15 min before my BIL got back and that I would be calling about his rude behavior and he said “sorry you took it that way. Good bye” and left. I had to call my insurance again to have someone else sent out

Awful terrible people. Insurance called them for tow did not receive notifications that they were coming because of storm and terrible cell service. When I got service called and said I would meet them in 10 min. Driver did not wait and left. When I called they refused service to me again because I made them wait

Its extremely disturbing that I was charged over $145.00 just to pull a small sedan out of a ditch and wouldnt even drop it off a couple block to my designated location... If I could possibly give this service a zero (0) star rating I would... I will never use this company or recommend anyone to this thieving company. So dissatisfied!!!

Steve is the nicest guy ever. He saved me from off the side of the road when the other tow company’s didn’t want to come ou that far. He was there within 15 mins. The next day I needed a tow to the tire place and I requested that company and got the same driver!!!! H is awesome. Oh congrats on the engagement Steve. 😀

I do not recommend whites to any one they stole my CD player out of my car , my husbands new hat new pack of cigarettes and also his clipboard that belongs to his job that is another wrecker service. From one wrecker service to the other brothers they claim to be but they will steal you things out of you car . They tore my car apart dumped everything in my car all over the car and ramsacked it . Please please please of you want to keep your things dont use whites .

I really do not like these people. The guy threatened to sue me. I havent dealt with people like this in quite some time. This really is a special kind of place that I do not recommend anybody going to. I mean really you are going to sue somebody. Ask yourself this question, Is choosing this guy worth getting sued? let that be the same answer you choose for if you want to have these guys do the work for ya. If you are not worried about getting sued then sure, go ahead pick these guys. If getting sued is not something you want to have happen to you, well go somewhere else.

These people will steal your vehicle and sell it without caring what so ever about the person that owns it. Who honestly and rightfully paid for it. Shame on u people. Your liers and thieves that ought to be prosecuted. Unfortunately when you have the GCSD up your hoohaa then I doubt seriously that be happening any time soon. Waited 2 and a half hours for them to do a lockout on my truck. When they showed up I noticed they didnt have the proper tools for the task at hand that needed to be performed. They then left me waiting for an additional 30 minutes but claimed I wouldnt be waiting longer than an hour. Worst wrecker service Ive come across

Disrespectful, unprofessional company. I picked up a bike from impound that my papaw died on. They were the ones called to the accident to haul it. Instead of putting the kickstand up they threw it over in the dirt so all the fluids could run out and through any spare parts the bike had with it on top of it. If I knew which one of them did it they would have wished they never showed up to that call. If you cant take 2 seconds to flip a kickstand you have zero buisness towing any bike, and if you cant treat your customers vehicles as you would yours you have no place in the towing buisness. Poss.

I found the people involved with this company VERY rude and, to some degree, threatening. Service with a smile is so much easier than having to deal with this lot of sourpusses. Unfortunately, I had no choice of wreckers to pick up my damaged vehicle. Next time (hopefully never) I will say who I absolutely dont want though...

I bought a new car and was stopped in Tyndall for no registration or insurance even though having temp tag on back and Geico gives 24 hrs to add new vehicle. In fact Geico insurance covers everything I drive. When Whites towing arrived I asked the young man not to tow my new vehicle, we have all the paperwork from dealerships and its after hours so how could we register it at this time of night? Neither the driver of Whites towing company nor the officer used any common sense. I will see you in court. The tow man did not have to tow it. If he called his supervisor if it was questionable, great. Please explain the law. Whites towing, broke the law.

Working through GM, they kept extending arrival, over 2 hours later, we had to cancel and start over. Would NOT recommend. Ever. Get more servicers!

I have come to the conclusion that the bad reviews are hateful words typed by the shadow of the tow companies competition. Very fair and the guys that work there were very nice to me...

Today on Transmitter, in Panama City, then again on 231, one of their tow trucks ran multiple cars off the road and nearly hit one car when he forced it off the road. Very aggressive and dangerous driver and all because he didnt like the flow of traffic.

Told me theyd be an hour......then after 1 hour they tell me theyll only be about an hour to an hour and a half.......absolute shady service.....if theyd have been honest Id definitely have shopped around.......they are not only dishonest but openly rude considering Im in need of tow....but they are cheap
