Chuck and his crew did an excellent job with our front and back yard. I worked with them twice. They removed all our tree stumps and a retaining wall. They were efficient, professional, and very friendly. They charged very reasonable prices. I will work with them again in the future with landscaping our yards, since they are also very knowledgeable about planing trees and flowers.

Expert Tree Service is just that! EXPERT!! They are reliable and incredibly fast! I have used them serval times and will continue to because they are the most reliable and efficient! Heres my poor experience with Chuck at Expert Tree Service. I called and told him I have 2 CA oak trees in my backyard that are diseased and Id like him to try to save them. He seemed genuinely concerned and asked if I could take photos of them and text them to him. I told him Id be happy to do that and I did it that same day. He stated, Im really busy right now, but I PROMISE I will call you back later today. That was about 3 weeks ago and I still havent heard anything back from him. This shows a total lack of integrity which is a major character flaw. My thoughts are if he cant keep a simple promise to call you back, at some point hell let you down on a very large job. Beware!

Had an excellent experience with Expert Tree Service. They were professional, on-time, communicative, and did excellent work. Had quite a bit of trees and shrubs that needed to be removed. They definitely know what they are doing and got it done efficiently and cleaned up when they left. Had trees trimmed too and they look great. I highly recommend!

Expert Tree Service is just that - Expert! They did an excellent job trimming and thinning out a very large, problematic tree on our property, one we had concern could fall on our home, cleaning up all the trimmings and hauling away. They are very knowledgeable and exceptionally hard-working. Scheduling was quick and communication was great! Definitely highly recommend; so much so we are having them back out to take trim up five other trees on our property!

Expert Tree is AMAZING!! I would definitely refer them to friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. They are hardworking, super knowledgeable and friendly, arrived early and worked long hours to remove over 40 trees and bushes on our property. Chuck and his crew at Expert Tree Service did an outstanding job trimming all 17 of my large trees, treating the pines for bark beatle, and deep fertilizing the roots. Ive used this service twice now to trim all of the trees on my half-acre lot. They arrive on-time, clean up after themselves, and the price is very competitive considering the work they do. The communication is top notch. I would highly recommend!

Due to the AV high winds my loved weeping willow was badly damaged. Other companies said that it will die and only offered to cut it down and stump grind. Expert Tree Service said that it can and will save my tree. This tree is what I believe to be a key feature on our neighborhood street and felt it needed to be saved. Duane came out and did the estimate for two properties both with some trimming and some take downs. The value was amazing after getting several other estimates so scheduled him and his crew to come out. They arrived right on time and worked efficiently enough to finish in what I would say was way ahead of time for such a big job. Everything got cleaned up and taken away .... really a great job. I will use again and would highly recommend

Arrived on time with a team big enough to trim 17 large trees. Cleaned everything up well and left the place like they were never here. Very reasonable prices and they did an excellent job pruning, thinning, and trimming the trees without lopping the tops completely off. Will be using in the future for sure.

Due to high winds, my tree fell in the yard , blocking the tenants doorways with another stump hanging on the neighbors side. I was frantically searching for tree trimming company to get out there to remove the tree. I reached out to 3 companies and Chuck called me back. I explained the situation and Chuck was there to assess the situation within an hour. He explained the issue and the severity and had a crew out there in 2 hours. Told me that I had to Terra part of my planter box that one around my tree we tore it out so they can get in with it and then the first time he was a no-show the second time he shows up and he wouldn’t cut the tree because he couldn’t get his grinder in the backyard asked him to just cut the tree and leave a stub he said no we’re not gonna do it I recommend finding someone else to do your trees and now we’re left with about $2000 in damages because he wouldn’t do our tree

I have pulled out roots, LARGE roots AFTER they did their job AND came out after I mentioned the root issue. Unacceptable for the amount of money charged for the service.👎🏽

I called Chuck for a rather big job. A house in Pearblossom on 2.5 acres of land that the fire department cited for not having a defensible space.There were numerous dead trees on site as well as bark beatle infestation on some of the trees. There was weed growth from a very wet winter and some indigenous juniper growth too close to the house.Chuck gave me a price, which given the amount of work, I figured was fair. I called around to a couple other places for comps, and they were less, but they stated their price was an estimate only and that it could be more.I went with Chuck because he didnt seem to be, nor did he prove to be one of those guys whos gonna tell you one thing to get your business and then change it up on you and nickle and dime you to death once he gets in there.The man is true to his word and he brought a crew of 5 and a bobcat and did WELL BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS on the amount and quality of work that was done.Duane, his son, and the crew just worked nonstop for 2 days and finished everythibg we agreed upon and more!!!I HIGHLY Recommend Expert Tree Service.And for those who have flamed Chuck on here...you dont understand business nor Chuck. Rarely in this world do you run into a look you in the eye, shake your hand and make a deal kind of business owner...much less man...My entire dealing with Chuck was on a handshake....he kept his end of the deal and I kept mine...the way businessMEN handle things.So if Chuck upset your delicate sensibilities because he was straightforward with you...the problem is with you...not him.
