Came here years ago to help fix my phone screen. Had some black ink coming from the bottom of my phone where the major cracks were coming from. Ive left it there and they were able to help me easily. I was satisfied with what I received. My phone when wrong almost unusable go being able to show the entire screen unobscured

This shop is nothing more than YouTube hacks. Theyre no more than what you can order on Amazon and watch a YouTube video for yourself to fix. FYI!! Never bring your phone here. Trust me you spend more money And youll be without a phone for a while. While the technicians do nothing. The owner will do nothing. Technicians will brake your phone and you will not be compensated at all. Read the real reviews on here and just walk away.

Terrible company, DO NOT GO here.I placed a simple order for screen replacement, was not told it would be on backorder and per signed contract, they are required to give full refund upon request....When I contacted them, Tim had one excuse to not issue refund - then I proved him wrong - then he tried another excuse - then I proved him wrong - then he ignored all my email and phone calls.When I called the store, Isaac said Tim is useless POS, but I didnt believe him until I experienced it. Isaac turned out to be useless as well with terrible customer service.Terrible company, terrible customer service, useless non contributing employees/management/ownership.This type of company will soon go out of business and their useless employees will be happy on unemployment where they belong.

I went back 2 different times and my issue was never solved. The first time I went, they didn’t have the iPhone X screen that I needed so they said they would order one. Second time, they replaced my screen but there was bubble that would not go away that they tried to blame on the screen protector. To prove it was NOT the screen protector, I bought a new one. The bubble was STILL there so they said they would replace it again. After they “fixed” that issue, my screen showed a reddish hue every time I watched something on my phone. I paid $150 for a defective screen, then ended up paying an additional $305 to Apple to PROPERLY replace my screen since I REFUSED to go back to Nex Gen for a third time. Please save your money and spend it elsewhere where they can actually repair your phone.

Said they would fix my husbands screen for 180. We paid 100 that day and would pay the rest once we picked up the phone. The guy told us it would take a week to get the screen part in and the fix only took 2-3 hours. So I came back a week later just to check if they got the part. They did not, so I went back home and waited another week. Came in for the 3rd time and the man said the part wasnt in so hed give us 15 dollars off the rest of the payment. I got a call 4 days later telling me the part came in and I could pick my phone up in about 2 hours. I come in 2 hours later and phone wasnt ready and the guy was insinuating that I wanted more money off and kept telling me they cant take anymore money off. And I was like I dont care I just want the phone to be fixed. And 2 days later it was finally fixed. Took about 3 weeks for the screen to be fixed when at the begining they said it would take a week. Wont be coming back.

So to those who see it before he does, please make the decision best for yourself and your phone.First Ill point out the good:I brought my IPhone 8 plus here to fix the cracked screen. Alice (the person who fixed the screen) was at first professional and the fix was very quick.Now for the bad: She told me that while fixing the screen she broke the home button and replaced it, but now the touchID no longer works and will not work unless I get it fixed at apple (which would cost around $170 or I would have to buy a new phone). I asked for a discount and she gave me 15% off. When I went home I learned that the home button doesnt work now without difficulty and it opens siri and will not exit from apps. My phone is now broken. I asked to speak to her manager and she keeps telling me different times and then finally claims she doesnt know when they will be in. If you are willing to pay $80-$100 dollars for someone to break your phone further then I would recommend Alice at NexGen Tech.I will never be using them again and will continue to try and contact the manager to get this issue resolved.

Really great work! They repaired my screen within a week, even when they ordered the wrong screen and then ordered the correct one it was still within an amazing amount of time.

We had an amazing time. Staff was super nice. The only problem was the shower by our grounds didnt work. But other then that we will be back..

Quick fixes for my broken screen , even black screen and pressure damage. I Paid under $100 to get my iPhone 8 fixed. Saved money instead of buying a whole new phone.The repair took less then a hour , was done in about 35 mins. Would be quicker depending on how busy they are. Overall I’m satisfied.

Took my LGG6 for repairing a cracked screen. They had to order the screen. It took about 3 days for it to arrive. Too the phone in and they had it fixed within 45 minutes! Looks great! I highly recommend this business!

The battery on my phone was bulging and lifting the screen off the phone. Interesting that the screen was still working. But I decided to take my phone to Nextgen Tech for repair based upon reviews and a phone consultation.Unfortunately my phones screen was damaged while replacing the battery. However they did replace screen at no cost. But the new screen didnt remain stuck down and it broke again. They again replaced the screen at no cost.I feel bad for Nextgen Tech in that my phone is another piece of Chinese junk (a Motorola Z Play) but Nextgen Tech stood by their warranty, twice! I strongly recommend Nextgen Tech for phone repairs.

Very cool people. The original fix did not correct the issue. They figured out another part, ordered it, got back to me. Brought the Nexus 6P back in and now it charges correctly. Thank guys!

Drove 30 min out of the way to get my phone fixed with a certain screen at a certain price. Get there and told me the screen has a crack an they have to give me the more expensive one but wouldnt honor the price cause theyd loose too much... I lost going out of my way also. Thankfully their neighbors fast fix got me in and out in 10 min and even gave me the original price I was quoted from this place. Dont go here! Go to fast fix!

There is no place in the mall with this name, it’s some “service” some random person at someone else’s shop offers. They don’t pick the phone at either location.

I’m a frequent flyer in there. They are always great. Very polite and knowledgeable.

Got my screen replaced with one of their so called higher quality screens. I imediately put a tempered glass screen protector on and a drop-tested protective case around the phone to prevent future damage. It didnt matter. The weakness of these screens cant handle even the most protected 2 and half foot drop. No cracks on the tempered glass protector, nor is there damage on the case. The screen that came from Nextgen actually broke underneath all that was protecting it. I called the store and they told me that they dont have a warranty for the durability of their screens. I dont know the name of the store representative I spoke with on the phone but he was very careless and rude as well. Very cheap stuff and poor service...Dont waste your time and money coming here!

Took an ipad to them to repair. I was told my glass protective screen could not be saved and I understand that. Three days later I get a call saying its ready. I picked it up, paid the $103 plus $40 for a new protective screen and took it home only to find it wasnt working and unusable. Took it back for them to say we got a bad batch of screens and we are waiting to get new ones and well fix it. After three and a half weeks later and several calls and the same answer, itll be ready tomorrow, they told me its not repairable. He refunded my $103. I took it to Techno shop at 25th and Palmdale Blvd and 3 days later it works perfect and get this, $50. My complaint is more that he wouldnt refund a $40 protective screen that I never got to use. Much better service at half the price from their competition. Place really lacks customer service too, was really dismissive and unconcerned about my situation.

Was told $100 to repair iPad 2 on phone, but quoted $200 by lady when I arrived...unfortunate bait and switch...

Nothing is good about the phone repair service. After I got my phone back it cracked in my pocket 3 days after and the microphone/GPS doesnt work anymore. I brought my phone back in and they basically told me Im gonna have to pay more to get it all fixed. After passing $180 for a screen I think everything should work and it should last more than 3 days.
