When I called to get an estimate with Arthur Sailer Windows, Warren was out quickly. His estimate was similar to another company in town. I chose AS because of all the high ratings online. It took 6-weeks to get our window glass in and installed, and Warren and Mark worked 45-minutes to do ALL the install work. They were incredibly fast & efficient. Having Arthur Sailer Window Repair come to work on my sliding glass doors was one of the best decisions I ever made. Very professional company, they returned my call, scheduled an appointment and updated me that they could come sooner. BJ was the technician and looked at my broken window and 4 other windows that were not working properly. He looked at everything and gave an estimate first. He was accommodating, looking at the window and fixing the one by my computer before my meeting. He was able to replace the window that had been broken for awhile very quickly and was on his way. It’s great to have such a professional company and great customer service. I will be sure and recommend.Thank you.

Our window installation company unfortunately went out of business. A neighbor spoke very well about David and the Arthur Sailer Window Company. We called them to ask about an issue that became apparent. They responded by having Warren stop by to access the problem immediately. I had a solution, an estimate, and the job was done in less than a week. Warren and Noah were on-time, prepared and professional as they completed the work. Our lesson is, choose a window installation company carefully, and even then it it may not work as planned. The second lesson is find a Quality service professional like Arthur Sailer Window Company. We have thanked our friends for their recommendation and we recommend them to anyone needing window service. Their 5 star rating is well deserved.

Never had such a poor experience by ANY service industry in my life! Unable to obtain an appt for an estimate until the day before - in fact the day before call never came. I called & rep said he had confirmed the day as Friday but I guess I made up this scenario of calling me the day before to make an appt. Asking for another appt - the rep said HE DID NOT WANT US FOR A CLIENT - he was so arrogant to my wife on the phone, when she tried to reschedule AND she gave them a call early in the morning with a # to reach her, she was dismissed by him - I dont check my messages!DONT USE THIS COMPANY- extremely poor customer service - shame on them!After response to my review - owner did reach me on my phone, after business hours.. He explained his dilemma of not seeing phone calls once the day begins, so he was unaware of the new # to reach the unit .I appreciate that the owner was diligent in his dedication to his company & customers by discussing this problem. However, I was expected to understand his inability to take a message 3 hours before the appt time indicating a new contact # - I guess he should understand that we did all we could to make the appt fruitful. Best of success in his future endeavors

WOW! Called about getting my sliding glass doors repaired (doors were very hard to open/close) and within 6 days I recieved an estimate and doors repaired. Courteous, punctual, and well priced. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend Arthur Sailer!

Very professional! We had a window broken in our home and I googled companies- chose AS based on reviews and was not disappointed. Promptly came to estimate and give installation time. They called ahead of time to confirm availability/appointment. When it came to install they called again to confirm time date and arrived on the button. Would definitely use again. Highly recommend.

Very prompt and good, fixed all my screens around my home and screened my porch. They also do a great job with windows. Before I got new windows they always fixed the handles and replaced glass on my old windows.

Called for an estimate. Sent pictures of window repairs needed. Was able to give me an estimate over the phone. Called on a Friday, was able to come out on Monday morning. Was true to his word with estimate, called before arriving, showed up when he said he would. Fast repairs on five windows, I dont know if it even took an hour. We are so happy with the service received ! Will use again for sure !

The gentlemen that came were on time and extremely knowledgeableabout my old crank windows. They were able to replace 2 cranks and fix a third one. They were very pleasant to deal with and the price was very reasonable. I am planning on scheduling them again to do a tune up on all my old aluminum windows.

I cant say enough good things about these guys. My husband and I are in the middle of selling our home and one of our dogs broke a window.
