Had a hard drive crash on my MacBook Pro --- Apple Care was somewhat helpful over the phone. Apple Store in Palm Desert was next to no help. Interconnect Networks were FANTASTIC! They not only recovered all of my data, but they got me a new hard drive and handled the installation and all OS updates ... they were FANTASTIC! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
