From Breckon getting me in for my urgent issue to the amazing dental assistant Bethany taking her time to explain every step of the procedure that I was going into and helping with my anxiety of the dentist. She was not only professional, but nurtured me through every step. Dr Etheredge was extremely courteous/understanding and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process unlike any other doctor! Viviana from billing took patient care to an entire new level by using all of her compassion and professionalism to help with the stress of the financial side of dental care and finding an on site dentist to take care of my next procedure! I have had to change dentists several times before I finally found the right one with Dr. Etheredge. He has a great demeanor, and he makes you feel comfortable. I love my dental hygienist, Nicole! My daughter and I have been visiting Smiles in the Gardens now for the past several years, and we wont go anywhere else.

Very disappointed with this office. They WAY overcharge for services, charge you for OTHER family members outstanding balances, and send you random bills in the mail even AFTER being overcharged. Simple teeth cleaning and Xray and im out hundreds of dollars

For most people who havent seen a dentist in a while, its due to the fear of what they are about to encounter. Whether its anxiety of what they are going to be told, or the pain they are about to receive. The staff at Smiles at the Gardens was that of a 5 star resort. How can we make you more comfortable. They were understanding and were totally focused on making it the best (most comfortable) experience possible. Im looking forward to my next visit.

Had an amazing experience with a bone graft procedure today! The entire staff is professional and so friendly. I felt at ease with so much clarity from the procedure aspect to the financial break down of all that was laid in front of me before and after the treatment. Finding a comfortable dental home is not an easy find in the Palm Beach Gardens or Jupiter area. Glad to have been recommended here and will continue to schedule appointments knowing each time I am in safe hands. Frieda was so gentle and kind, very sweet.

They gave me a good assessment of my teeth and the work needed, I am still early in the treatment and consultation process but they definitely helped me have a clear idea of the the direction to take inorder to have a good result with my bite and alignment issues.

Dr. Etheredge is wonderful. I am exceptionally fearful of even having my teeth cleaned. Today I had to have a tooth pulled. Bethany and Dr. E. were so gental that there was Zero pain. The office is extremely clean and everyone is very professional. Whatever you do, do not neglect your dental appointments. Trust me, trust them.

Nicole was great. I had a deep cleaning so shots were involved and they barely pinched! She explained everything in great detail and I was there less than an hour!!

Absolutely wonderful practice. Found them on Yelp and I’m really glad I chose them versus the competition. Front desk staff was wonderful and very attentive. Then I met my hygienist Sara and she had a welcoming smile (even under her mask) and a comforting feel. Everything was very clean and sanitation was a big concern, which made me very happy. As a healthcare employee, it’s nice to see other offices have the same precautions as we do. After a thorough cleaning with Sara, I met Dr. Etheredge for my exam and he was amazing. Very knowledgeable and explained every thing going on in a manner that I could understand.Can’t wait for my 6 month follow up!

I recently moved to the Palm Beach Gardens area at the end of March, right before everything shut down due to covid (convenient, right?) and was looking for a dentist. I found Smiles In The Gardens and it was very close to me, so I scheduled an appointment. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and felt very welcomed. They gave me a gift since it was my first visit, which i thought was very kind. The dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth was so sweet, and so was Dr. Watson. This is the best experience i have ever had at a dental appointment. Thank you guys!

Do NOT recommend. Since Dr. Etheridge took over the practice for the retired Dr. Mays, it has turned into an upselling product business. Preventative care is overlooked and no attention to detail. They place more importance on the number of patients they can see in a day and the number of unnecessary upselling charges they impose on patients. They are negligent in their preventative care resulting in major dental issues for their patients. Many customers have left the practice to seek dental care elsewhere.

Dr. Watson has been my dentist and Maggie has been my hygienist for a very long time. Dr. Watson corrected my teethe many years ago with Invisalign retainers and I still get compliments about my teeth. Dr. Watson is very kind and very gentle, I have never had any discomfort under his care. Maggie is personable and does a great job when she cleans my teethe. I would never consider leaving these two people...they are wonderful.

I had my 2nd appointment yesterday with Dr. Watson. One of my crowns fell out and he had to make me a new one. He is extremely gentle, soft spoken and calm mannered. He explains what he’s about to do and causes no pain. His assistant was also very gentle, explained everything and was very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Watson!

I had an extreme fear of the dentist and didnt go for over 20 years until a toothache became too much to handle. I called Smiles in the Gardens and they were able to get me in immediately, made me feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible and did a great job fixing my teeth. Since then I have been going every 6 months for my cleaning and its always a pleasant experience. They will let you know if there is some non emergency work that should be done, but they arent pushy about it at all so i dont feel like im talking to a car mechanic. I originally called them because their office is less than 5 minutes from mine, however even now that I am working from home down in Delray Beach I still take the extra time to make the drive up for the great service they provide!

While on vacation in FL my son badly chipped his two front teeth. Smiles was amazing friendly when I called to see if they took emergency patients. They got him in at 8am the next day and fixed his teeth beautifully. We were treated like long standing patients. Highly recommend their office!!

Such a phenomenal dental office! Ive been to other practices that have canceled appointments last minute, have lied about cavities, and seemed like they wanted me to feel guilty for not having an excellent dental routine. Fortunately, Smiles is nothing like that. Every single person Ive met there has been so sweet, caring, and understanding. They ask you about your life and will take note to follow up with it on your next visit (such a great customer service practice!). I switched to them mid-year after already having annual x-rays done at a previous office, so they redid the x-rays without charging. Ive had a wisdom tooth removed and did an accelerated invisalign procedure with Dr. Etheridge, and the results have been fantastic. Theyve put appropriate covid measures in place, and i didnt feel uncomfortable at all while I was there for my latest cleaning. And on an unrelated note, one of the dental assistants mentioned the company paid for the staff to receive financial lessons. That just further demonstrates how much the practice cares about their team, and those are the morals I love to support. Cant say enough good things!

The level of organization is great! You always know what is going on and they do an excellent job working with you when additional work is needed! My wife and I are from the DC metro area and have been in Florida working remotely for a few months. Our scheduled cleaning came up and since flying to Annapolis, MD seemed unreasonable, we scheduled an appointment with Smiles in the Gardens. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and happy smiles in a classy office environment. The attentive and engaging staff was a breath of fresh air from the service that seems to dominate businesses across every industry these days. We truly felt valued and appreciated. My dental hygienist Ashley was fun and engaging and did a great job on my teeth. Dr Etheredge was a really great doctor. Kind and witty, he listened to some of my concerns that I wasn’t comfortable bringing up before and I really felt great when I left. And the technology they have there is amazing - never even seen one of the devices they have that helps identify cancer. Clearly Dr Etheredge cares since he goes the extra mile to offer that level of service. We’ve been thinking about moving to Florida because of the taxes. In the end, it may be because of Smiles in the Gardens and the wonderful people there. Thank you Dr Etheredge and Ashley!!! Some how, I know we’ll be back.

Their professionalism and bedside manner has been exemplary.

I had to get veneers as I am a really bad grinder. I have always loved my smile and because of that I was worried about losing my smile. However, Dr. Estrada did an amazing job in retaining the character of my smile and I am overjoyed at the results. They are an incredible team! I highly recommend them!

Very very unprofessional... I was getting my fillings done and the doctor just got up at one moment and left the room along with the nurse. They didn’t say anything and we’re gone for 40 min! I was just sitting there. When they finally came back and I asked them what’s going on they told me they had another patient scheduled!!! This is just unbelievable... they are crooks that are trying to pack as many patients as possible and pay attention to none!!

Dr. Etheredge is a genius and an artist as the best dentist I have ever had and Im old. His office is replete with the finest, state of the art dental equipment, including 3D X-rays. When my crown broke off (done by another office) I consulted three dentists and they all said pulling the remains and doing an expensive implant or 3-bridge crown, Dr. Etheredges first words when I finally found him were, do you want to save it? And he did !!! He is very sensitive and isnt finished until you are happy. His assistant, Diana is an Angel from Heaven and reflects Dr. Etheredges high standards of the highest quality dentistry. .I would not go anywhere else.

The staff at Smiles is at the same time friendly and professional.Years of excellent service have enabled me to develop a level ofconfidence and trust with the dentist and his staff. This time I had an emergency. An old crown popped off during dinner one evening. I made a call to the dentist and spoke to the on call who happened to be Dr. Watson (not my usual dentist). We all know dentist can be a scary place BUT the whole staff makes you feel so comfortable and always treated so nice when you go there! Its great to have found a place when your nervous that makes you so at ease and treated like one of their own! I highly recommend this office to everyone!

My husband recently had extensive work at the Smiles in the Gardens that was a wonderful experience in all ways - the results, the exceptional professionals, the gracious staff and the genuine caring. (We provided a review at the time). More recently he had an issue that had nothing to do with the quality of the work that had been done, and when we called we were told to ‘come right over’ even though it was late Friday afternoon and not a crisis. It was taken care of easily and made our weekend that much better. This group truly cares about its patients.

This places office is upside down and they have no clue what theyre doing. I called and made an app but was never told my paperwork needed to be submitted to them by 5pm the day before. Because I did not know this I did not have the paperwork done by 5pm, they then cancel my appt with out informing me. I only found out when I called to ask for the link for the paperwork, that they had already decided to cancel. I asked why and they stated I had been sent several texts (I checked and only had 3 all were app confirmations and nothing else about paper work or cancelation). After they seemingly lied to me and said my appt was cancelled they then sent me a text stating that my appt was still scheduled. I decided to not bother contacting them back about the discrepancy/confusion and just contacted The Gardens Dental Spa who was much easier and convenient to work with.

Doctor and the practice are fine. It appears tome that Prices on the 95th percentile. I will go elsewhere. A lot of other dentist can do the same thing for 1/2 the price.

First of all the staff is incredible from the time you check in through check out. Julianne assisted me at the front desk and she was all smiles and very helpful. Nicole was the hygienist who did my cleaning. She was thorough, fast and kind and didnt hurt me once. She also listened to me when I told her about a situation I was having in my mouth and handled it perfectly. Dr. Shry is great. Ive been using him for too many years to remember. He has treated my whole family, my 4 children, who are now grown and me, who will keep going to him even after he retires. He addressed the issue in my mouth and made me feel calm and took away what I was concerned about. He did my exam that would have been done after my cleaning at that time so that when my cleaning was done I was free to go. Check out was easy as well and I signed up for a special package for my cleanings and my crowns that I scheduled. If you are looking for a dentist stop looking and call Smiles in the Gardens, you cant go wrong here. Thank you all at this office.

While vacationing in the area, I cracked a tooth. After a google search for dentists near me and reading reviews, I called at 8:10 and was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist who scheduled me for 11:30 that morning.I received prompt, reasonably priced, excellent care. Dr. Estrada was excellent. She was thoughtful, pleasant and did a great job. Her assistant, Stephanie, was caring, courteous, and meticulous.Shelly handled my check out efficiently with a smile.This is the most pleasant, caring, efficient dental/medical office I have ever visited. Dr.Schry was patient and understanding, answered all of my questions and put me at ease. His professionalism and obvious high level of competence allowed me to relax knowing I could trust him to do the extensive work necessary to save my cracked showcase teeth (his term for the two top front teeth). His assistant, Freda, was also very reassuring and patient. She seemed to genuinely care that I be satisfied with my temporary crowns and demonstrated her high level of skill and experience in working to achieve that. I have been going to this office for 24 years starting with Dr Mays. I then switched to Dr. Schry and have used most of their assistants. Now I stick with Kristen cause we are both yogis. Yesterday around 4pm, I broke a tooth on my upper right side that became wiggley. Called and Dr Watson , who I never met but has been there awhile, agreed to let me come in for a looksee rather than wait for Monday. By 6 pm, he had anaesthisized my mouth, pulled out the broken one which was really stuck in there, and put a graft in place. He saved my day and probably weekend! Drinking smoothies , ice packing my cheek and stronger Ibuprofen for the pain. Almost 24 hours later, and I am thrilled! I hope tomorrow I can eat my sourdough bread made this morning that is too chewy for my mouth situation. Great team in there! Thank you!

Everyone is very friendly and professional and I enjoyed that amount of detail that was provided about what I needed and how it would happen. The customer service in this office is excellent! I was greeted warmly by everyone that I encountered ( and it felt genuine). Amazing cosmetic work. Fair and reasonable pricing. Combine that with very kind and caring staff and youve got a five-star rating. For complete transparency, my dentist is Dr. Maira Estrada and the hygienists I interact with the most are Bethany and Megan, both rockstars. Megans technique to clean teeth is truly unique and much more effective than the traditional method. Ive had other hygienists there and there all just as sweet and competent. So far so good - new to the area, I had a need to find a dentist (quickly) for some wisdom tooth pain, and was more than impressed with the staff here. From the front desk (I was given a tour of the entire facility upon arrival) to how amiable and professional Dr Etheredge was. They invest in a philosophy of comfort and friendliness, and I think thats critical for any medical practice. I look forward to making them my regular dentist.

Wonderful experience. From the time I entered into the office until the time I left the office they showed me such great customer service and made my experience the best that I have had. Front desk was awesome, along with all the staff that I encountered. My cleaning was completed with great detail and Dr. Etheredge had great chair side manor. This place is awesome. Entire staff very friendly. Office is very clean. The kIda enjoyed their time here. When a procedure I needed was out-of-network, they politely let me know instead of performing it and sending me this huge bill. I really recommend them.

My family moved to Florida just about a year ago. I needed to find a new dentist. I was up late one night and saw your tv commercial. It appealed to me because of the patient centered environment. Well, I am happy to report that I love being a patient of Dr. Watson and Bari. Dr. Watson is an awesome dentist with a wonderful way about him. Bari and the staff are exceptional, courteous and offer a beautiful and clean office environment. They arent the cheapest, but who wants to go to a cheap dentist? You will find great value here.

I cant say enough about Dr. Schry and Dr. Etheredge. Not only is the staff courteous, respectful and appreciative of your business the doctors are both outstanding. Ive been going to Dr. Schry for several years and have had nothing but a great experience. The unique thing about Dr. Schry is that along with being a very warm, personable doctor, he is truly a perfectionist. The work that he does, whether it is a routine cleaning or veneers he is always spot on. If there is ever any issue he is there for you and stands behind all that he does. Dr. Schry truly cares about the welfare of his patients and it shows. They say you can always judge a leader by his team and it is 100 percent evident from the receptionists, to the office manager to the techs that Dr. Schry is a great dentist and a good person. I highly recommend him.

Gone here for years and recommend them whenever someone is looking for a dentist. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant. They squeezed me into a packed schedule when my tooth cracked. I truly could not be happier with my experience with Smiles in the Gardens from start to finish. The entire staff is so professional and insanely sweet. Always making sure I was comfortable and happy with each visit. Ive become very familiar with their office this year after doing the 6 month smile othrodontics program they offer. Ive also had two teeth cleanings, fillings, a crown and a tooth extraction. I needed A LOT of work! Everything went wonderfully and I couldnt sing their praises more highly.

Hygienists work on commission and are encouraged to push treatments to meet their sales goals. Terre Gifford, the Treatment Director is really just a patronizing Sales Manager. Sales should have no place in a dentist/doctors office when advising sometimes unnecessary procedures to unassuming patients. Beware.

First Class, Top Shelf ! My Elderly Mom flew in from NJ on Thursday with a bridge with a detached tooth that required immediate attention and quick turn around time so that she could be photo ready for her 88th birthday family celebration starting early Friday Morning. Dr. Schry and Freda are an excellent team and had her smile perfect within hours. Prior to finding this group, I called a dozen offices and No one was able to deliver ! So Grateful for Finding this Group. I am signing up to be a patient too !!!
