Just the nicest, most restful experience. You walk in and know this is a good place. At the risk of sounding weird I would say it has a good aura. Holly D is lovely, magic hands. And they run a little non-profit charity to help feed families in want. Wrote a check and was amazed to receive a handwritten thank you card.

I choose to arrive a little early- to relax in the tranquil chaise lounge in the waiting room before my appointment- it sets the tone for the service. The front desk staff are very courteous. Agnes- who assists with the spas needs- is a beautiful person inside and out- and one of the nicest and kindest people I have ever met. Valeria, massage therapist, is an angel from heaven- an amazing massage therapist- healing hands- very intuitive- in another world- in a state of bliss- when I leave there. Regina, pedicure extroidinare, gives an amazing pedicure- gives an amazing lower leg and foot massage- most beautiful toes ever- when I leave there.

Ive been to this spa twice so far, I found it on Google and after reading the reviews I came in for a 90 minute massage. I am a creature of habit and normally see the same therapist, but sometimes I like to see if I am missing anything. I love the lane spa, the smell of essential oils as you walk in, the owner is very personable and welcoming. Both therapist I saw were lovely each in their own way. Massage is such an intimate thing and the therapist here Ive met set a really genuine intention. I received a discount for my birthday and also receive emails with discounts, I wish more spas would do little things like this! Cant wait to come back. Thank you.

I love going to Lane Spa! Cute, quaint, relaxing little hidden gem in PBG. I go to Regina for my pedis and absolutely love her! We are developing the most wonderful friendship. Yes they are a little more expensive then your typical nail salon but I am confident that all the instruments are sterilized properly, everything is clean, smells relaxing and not like chemicals and you dont feel like you are being rushed in and out. Lane Spa is definitely an experience!

I highly recommend Joanne Ramsey and The Lane Spa! My first time there, they had some electrical/power issues (due to a storm), notified me in case I wanted to reschedule or cancel, I chose to keep my appointment, and I am so glad I did! If they can impress and wow me during a time like that, imagine what they can do with no electrical/power issues.Joanne is so professional and experienced! She even told me, a good pedicure should last me three weeks. I am pretty hard on my feet, and after three weeks, the polish was still in tact! I was thoroughly impressed as that has beat the gel pedicures Ive gotten in the past from other places! I have gone to so many other places over the years and have liked a few, but Joanne and The Lane Spa have become my favorite because of the people and how experienced they are.Again, I highly recommend! The therapist I had was phenomenal. Probably one of the best sessions I’ve had. But I can’t give 5 stars simply because an online gift certificate was bought for me from my fiancé and was specifically selected for 60 min deep tissue massage and a 30 min foot massage. This is also how I made my appointment when I called. So when I showed up for my 90 min session, it turned out I was only set up for a 60 min regular massage and that’s it. Even though I had a credit remaining, it definitely soured the experience and nobody could give a proper explanation of where the mistake happened. The apology didn’t come off sincere.

This is the best Spa!My husband and I have been going for years! I get a 90 minute deep tissue and he gets a 90 minute hot stone. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed - the ladies at the desk are friendly, congenial and make sure your service provider knows you have arrived. The entry is a bit cramped, but the seating area is removed from the entry and it is very tranquil and relaxing.But the best part - the massage! 90 minutes of pure joy! And if you have one area needing more attention than another - you are not disappointed. My friend brought me here a while back and I have been coming back again and again! Amanda Cizek has amazing hands and a real sense of what my body needs. I can see definite progress in pain reduction and increase in range of motion. If I won the lottery, I would be at Lane Spa two or three times a week! The place is warm and inviting, and very clean. The Lane Spa delivers consistently exceptional services. The therapists care about your well-being. They listen to you and are highly trained to focus on areas that are of concern resulting in a therapeutic treatment along with a sense of relaxation. Each therapist that I have tried have unique techniques yet excellent in their own way. My husband and I have been going here for many years (probably close to 10). We drive approximately 30 minutes passing up many of the chain and hotel spas knowing we will receive a superior service each visit. Looking forward to our next experience!!

About 18 years ago, I wasnt sick, but I felt terrible - tired, anxious, achy - all the time. I happened to be at the Prosperity Gardens Plaza one day, and as I was walking to my car after an appointment, looked across the parking lot to see a sign for Lane Massage Therapy (now The Lane Spa). I remembered having read an article about the grace and persistence with which the owner, Marcia Lane, had overcome obstacles prior to launching her business. I veered away from my car, walked in the door, and said, Please help me. With all kindness, love and light, the staff - there were only three or four at the time - took me through a colon cleansing, and then helped me into a deep tub, full of hot, fragrant water for some hydrotherapy. Then it was on to a massage table where I received the most wonderful massage of my life. I left feeling relaxed yet energized - and full of peace and light! The irrigation room and the deep tub are long gone, in favor of more massage rooms for a range of eclectic and therapeutic treatments, rooms for customized facials and a room for manicures and pedicures (clean and with no smell of acrylics!). The wonderful staff is dedicated customizing a spa experience for each client, and the atmosphere is one of peace and love. Ive been a loyal client for years, and trust the talented, professional staff at The Lane Spa to recommend and deliver the very best of spa services.

A very efficient and professional environment. I am a traveling constant so I live in hotels and planes. Massages are critical maintenance to my body. I had normally gone to their competitor right around the corner, but the massages are simply better here and the service, pricing matches it..

I will only go to Jannean at Lane Spa for my facials!!! She is incredible. She is extremely educated on every type of skin care problem and every time I go, my hormonal acne is so much better. I wish I could afford to go every month!! I’ve been to a few other places around here and no one else even compares and my skin doesn’t look anywhere near as good-it always seems like a waste of money but not when I go to jannean :).

The Lane Spa is hands down one of my favorite places in Gardens. I am a devotee of their signature massage and have enjoyed many of their other services as well. They are usually able to accommodate my last minute appointment requests and have an amazing staff. The interior is always very clean and conducive to relaxation and they offer a really nice product selection. Any serious spa aficionado will appreciate the fact that they carry Image brand skincare products. You wont go wrong with any service at the Lane Spa, or any therapist. It is tastefully decorated leaving you with a sense of serenity. During the holidays they go all out with the decorations (exquisite not tacky). This spa is a gem.

Sad. I went for a pedicure. The lady was very friendly. The pedicure part was ok. They charge more than regular pedicure places, kill one hour time by talking. But there was no massage or polish involved as it is advertised in their website. They let you go right after putting nail polish dont have a nail polish dryer like in other places. I regularly go to nails2k. Wanted to try some new. Unfortunately didnt work out.

This is a wonderful Spa for both locals and out of town guests. My parents live in Florida and use the Lane Spa frequently. When I was trying to think of what to give them for Christmas one year I thought why not give them a gift certificate to their favorite place for some spa services. I have been a client of The Lane Spa for many years and many services. Most recently a regular for Deep Tissue, Hot Stone or Marshas Melt 90 minute massages. I exercise hard and I treat myself to Massage balance! The Lane Spa has the hidden appeal and ambience of a quiet and peaceful retreat for complete wellness.

I am 23 weeks pregnant and experiencing the typical aches and pains that go along with growing a person. I saw Marie at The Lane Spa for a 60 min prenatal massage and it was fantastic. The spa has this awesome cushion for the massage table that supports your baby belly and breasts so that you dont have to lay awkwardly on your side. The price was reasonable and I felt so good afterwards!

I hesitate to tell the truth about how outstanding Lane Spa (and my Massage Therapist) is because Ill never be able to get an appointment with her.I walked into the spa and immediately, the scent of relaxation wafted into me. I was so tense and frustrated with a week of work and pain from an injury. My massage therapist worked out all the knots and made me feel SO much better.

Ive travel the world and have enjoyed world class spa treatments however my massage with Albina was the best of all time. This is a class act facility which the owner told me he started 17 years ago. With 12 treatment rooms you will be well served to travel to this spa. Bravo!

This spa has magnificent manicurists and therapists, but the owners are very rude and may even ask you to leave for the following reasons.I was reprimanded for :1. Talking on my cell phone even though it was a call from my doctor regarding cancer treatment.2. Asked for papers for my service dog, even though they cannot do that by law.3. And finally, today, when I joked about having “ the Ebola virus.” After an episode of dry coughing left over from a cold and no longer infectious, I was asked to leave in the middle of a manicure. And not politely. This, by the wife of her coowner husband who frequently parades around in work shorts and barefoot . These are arrogant, rude, and stupid people.

My daughter and I have enjoyed two very special spa days at the Lane Spa. Their staff is amazing and we left revivified and deeply relaxed.All services - facials, massages, and mani/pedicures, were expertly done.Just go!

I LOVE the Lane Spa. I have been several times for a deep tissue massage. I absolutely love the atmosphere, and the staff. I went after receiving a gift certificate I had been given. The first experience was awesome, but the 2nd was even better. I returned the 2nd time several months after having a surgery that left me tired, achy and overall not feeling like myself due to side effects from the anesthesia. The staff was more than helpful and I left feeling like my old self. They are the BEST in the area for sure!

Ive never had a better pedicure! Regina gets my callous-prone feet smooth and soft again every time. Ive also received relaxing massages and amazing facials at the Lane Spa. I travel about 25 minutes just to go to this spa, and its worth the trip every time.
