I did the sculpsure treatment with Meg and it was phenomenal. I did two treatments and then elixir (I believe it’s called) my stomach is so flat! It was just what I needed to jumpstart my weightloss journey! I would recommended to anyone who’s willing to do it. Meg made sure that I was comfortable the whole time but still be able to have a good intensity to see results! Also the place is super clean, the front desk is helpful, I didn’t have any problems at all! Would recommend this place to anyone looking into beauty treatments 😊

I was curious about cool sculpting. I knew someone who had good results and after my doctor confirmed that it worked during a routine medical exam, I booked a consultation at New Radiance. I have stubborn fat from multiple pregnancies and hours a day in the gym for years didn’t make it go away.My consultation was with Morgan and she spent a good deal of time with me answering questions and discussing the process. I took advantage of a cool sculpting special and went through with it. It was relatively pleasant for the fact that parts of my fat was being frozen to death! After the treatment, I was a little numb, puffy and bruised, but it subsided and I rather liked the gradual reshaping of my figure as the dead fat cells left my body. I am so happy I came here to do this. It was a really great experience and I’m now scheduling another treatment to take care of a few more areas. I had the most positive experience today from a micro-needling treatment by Miranda, a very personable specialist in skin care . She used the appropriate device that produced a facial treatment that completely covered all areas of the exposed face. The treatment was very comfortable and i felt it stimulate every pore. I would highly recommend asking for Miranda when considering a micro-needling treatment.I was also amazed to see the new offices of New Radiance on Design Center Drive. The facility is much more comfortable and by all appearances and procedures practiced it is a very sterile facility.

I scheduled an appointment with Meg Brewster, Medical Esthetician, for an Ultherapy consultation. Meg explained the treatment, and upon request showed me some before and after treatment pictures. I liked that she stressed that each patient is unique and the results depend on the patient. I scheduled the Ultherapy treatment, and the results have been amazing! It has been three months since my treatment and I can see the transformation; my skin looks younger, firmer, and radiant. My face looks more vibrant and less tired. I am extremely happy with my sculpsure treatment. I had the first one in January and the second one in late February. Today I come to do the Exilis treatment (I could not do it before because of the Covid) and we compare photos ... Incredible !!! I had already noticed it in the clothes and when lying on my side in bed I no longer feel the great mass hanging and lying on the bed ... haha. The staff is incredible, the rules to avoid Coronavirus infections are very strict and Meg is not only an excellent professional, she is also very honest in her advice and opinions, she is also very warm and friendly. I am adding some photos, the light were not the best, but the results are noticeable. I love New Radiance of Palm beach Gardens and the new facility is gorgeous!!!

Its almost 9 months Im still swollen and gain weight in mystomach. You will pay double the money for bad results.SO here is my second review. Almost a year later my stomach is still swollen and I gain weight in my stomach. My last reviewed they said they will contact me and that was 1 month ago and I havent heard from there office.They are expensive and the job you are paying for is not what you are getting for a smart lipo. He doesnt do the laser that you are paying for. Lets see if they say I will contact you. What a joke

I have to give Dr, Goodman and his staff 5 stars! I wanted to take a few minutes and review my experience at New Radiance and especially the staff and Dr Goodman. It seems as though people are quick to complain or find fault with a certain establishment and often dont take the time to commend excellence or point out the positives. I had done quite a bit of research before booking my initial consult including phone calls. I called a competitor first, because I had seen an advertisement online and they seemed so upscale and had all I was looking for. If the first line of communication in any business lacks a caring and professional attitude, that first rapport you want to establish has already been broken. Not only did I feel uncomfortable and unsure I felt the insurance information and relay of prices was not the first thing they should have opened with....to bad for them. The Staff at New radiance was professional, friendly, caring and full of information, ready to answer all of my questions right out the gate. I felt comfortable and without even having met them in person I felt at ease with Laurie and Kristy at the initial consult. All my questions were then answered in full by Dr.Goodman, all my medical concerns addressed no rush no pressure and a treatment plan discussed and scheduled. The center was clean , inviting and those that worked there seemed to enjoy what they were doing and had a deep respect for the Dr and clients as well. I have had many medical issues over the last few years and have seen many medical professionals and I consider him one of the most caring and detail oriented Drs. I have had the pleasure to meet. He personally called to check up on me, gave me his personal contact information telling me Any issues, concerns or problems this is the main # and the only one I want you to call! ) How often do you here that, how many times I went through answering services, waiting for a call back and hearing from someone who would relay the message and get back to me) He made sure to let me know he valued the concerns I might have and NEVER made me feel like I was just a #. Elizabeth is so knowledgeable, personable, and professional. This was my second visit to see her for botox. I previously had botox done in Boca by a plastic surgeon. My forehead and eyelids felt heavy, it was unpleasant with sounds of cracking ice with every needle poke, not to mention double the price. Not the case at New Radiance. The office is beautiful, brand new, and they have state of the art equipment. Do yourself a favor and schedule with Elizabeth at the Palm Beach Gardens location, you will not be disappointed!

I had an Ultherapy treatment on my neck area with Meg almost 3 months ago. I waited to write a review because I was told that it would take over 3 months to experience the effect. I can’t say enough about Meg. She’s amazing! She’s patient, kind, experienced and knowledgable...and did I say patient? I have a very low pain tolerance but Meg stopped the procedure as many times as I needed and assured me that I was doing great. She made it all worthwhile. Now, almost 3 three months later my neck looks fabulous. I had a ‘wobble’ thing going on that was horrible! Now I don’t see that loose skin at all! It’s all tightening up just like Meg said that it would. Thank you Meg! You are the absolutely best!

I love New Radiance Cosmetic Center! I became a client in 2018 when I started coming to the Palm Beach area seasonally, and I was looking for a top quality Med Spa. I always do my research, and the reviews/feedback for New Radiance were extremely positive so I took a chance and was not disappointed - they literally have everything! They have all the latest technology, and their new location in Palm Beach Gardens is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is so courteous and their professionalism shines more than ever during this Covid-19 crisis with their new safety protocols. I recently had Fraxel laser from Kimberly and she was amazing - super knowledgeable and sweet. She really made me feel comfortable, and discomfort during the procedure was minimal. I was rosey and a little red for a few days following and then my skin was GLOWING! I’ve also had great experiences there with micro needling and hydra facials. And just in case anyone is wondering, I’ve had multiple PRP injections in my scalp, and all I can say is WOW (ask for Elizabeth!). Prices are reasonable. My Sculpture experience at New Radiance with Meg Brewer was very positive! She explained the process and was very professional. Since it was on the outer thighs it required 3 panels on each leg. The heat was very intense at times but I was able to bear it. She would constantly monitor and ask how I was feeling. Since this is the lower portion of the body, I had several nodules form. Meg worked with me to break them down with RF. It is obvious she cares about her patients and my success. The deal is great with the buy one get one free. I have been visiting Dr. Goodman since 2008 for various surgical procedures and I could not have been more satisfied. Dr. Goodman has never left any of my questions unanswered and makes sure I completely understand the process ahead of me. He is very professional when he needs to be, but is also personable enough that I feel completely comfortable talking to him. As a surgeon, he has always done a phenomenal job and I am never scared when I go under the knife, so long as he is the one operating. Even after the operation, he always makes sure to touch base with the patient and confirm their well-being. I never wait long and I am always taken in on time. Furthermore, his team is as personable and professional as he is and create a cozy environment--nothing like the hospital setting most other doctors provide. I am very thankful to Dr. Goodman and his team and Miami is lucky to be getting such a good doctor.

I’ve been twice. The first experience was incredible. I left very pleased and happy with my service. I loved the girl. She made me feel very welcome and at ease. However with the second experience, I was not pleased at all. The girl was not pleasant, unwelcoming, impersonal, and seemed to be in a bad mood. If I have to see her again, I won’t go back. I have a friend that also went to the same lady after me. I purposely didn’t tell her about my experience, to not skew her opinion. As soon as her appointment was over she told me how terrible the girl was and how unhappy she also was with her service. I hope they can fix this situation. It’s a shame to let bad service ruin something so good.

I did 3 sessions of the Ultra Femme 360 and loved it. The procedure is painless and fast but the most important part is that the results were amazing. After 3 children I needed something but I didn’t know this was even an option,. My GYN never even mentioned it. Let me tell you, the treatment changed the appearance of my girl parts totally. It was as if it just turned back the clock 15 years. It also did a great job of tightening on the inside and well my man is as happy about that part as I am. So, bottom line it looks and feels younger, it’s just that simple.

Cool Sculpting is absolutely amazing! I am floored with the results as I was quite apprehensive to start! I am the mother of 2 and my body just has never bounced back. Well. I has a muffin top to say the least and I had outer saddle bags that just really killed my ability to wear a good looking pair of pants. I cant believe how quick, easy, and effective CoolSculpting is! I did treatments in the morning and then went into work! My saddlebags, stomach and love handles are almost gone after 2 treatments. My husband at first complained but now he has been loving the results too and wants to get it done! My clothes fit better and I feel more like myself again! I was satisfied. I received more or less what I expected, which to me, is fine. I had a decent outcome but not one to rave about. The reason I am still satisfied and would still go to this surgeon is that he did not give me any false expectations. I felt that he was honest in what he could accomplish, and he did what he said. It was not more than what I expected to get but it was not less either, so it was fine. I would go to him again for body work.

I just had my coolscultping procedure of my upper and lower abdomen.Just yesterday! Very comfortable and professional experience, not to mention Netflix to watch as you are there a while. Looking forward to seeing the results in the next few months! Thank you Megan

Actually, I didn’t get to have my experience. Despite New Radiance insistence on having a credit card on file to charge me $50 for a No Show or cancellation within 24 hours, there is no financial remuneration to the client should they fail to cancel with adequate notification. I received a call less than 2 hours prior to my appointment that they would need to cancel. At this late notice, I am unable to locate another provider (this was a Saturday afternoon). It might be weeks before I can get rescheduled on a future Saturday. Not happy!

Cool Sculpting results are amazing! I doubted but now am floored with the results. My thighs, stomach and flanks are gone. I am a mother of 1 and lost my midsection several years ago. I had a muffin and excess fat that I could not get rid of. CoolSculpting is the bomb! My “Before baby” clothes fit again which is just amazing and I feel happy about myself and my look. I had my procedure done 3 months ago. The results I received were not the best and not the worst. I havent noticed any significantly different changes in the areas that were treated. The results I received did enhanced the areas and made some differences. My perspective when initially going into the procedure was different than the results I received. Over all experience was okay!

I met with Dr. Goodman over a year ago for smart lipo. I did not end up having the surgery because of financial issues. I will say he was considerate during the consultation and even after. I still will like for him to do my surgery in the near future.

After doing tons of research, I decided to call New Radiance about their SmartLipo. As soon as I completed the online form, I was contacted. I was a little apprehensive that the doctor that would be performing the procedure wasn’t conducting my consultation, but I was impressed with Kristy. She was professional, competent, and knowledgeable. She was able to speak about the procedure from a general and personal stand point and I appreciated it. I scheduled my procedure for the following week. Up until the day of my procedure, they were in constant contact with me and everything regarding the pre-op was crystal clear. The day of the procedure went well. I can’t remember the nurse’s name but she was in the room the whole time and we talked while I watched tv the whole time. Prior to, she walked me through the procedure (which was on point by the way), and told me what to expect during the procedure (pros and cons). The anesthesiologist was hilarious and was competent at his job. Dr. Goodman and his assistant did an awesome job during the procedure and there was minimal pain. The procedure took less than 2 hours, I was able to have a guest in the room, the nurse was great, I felt no pain, and Dr. Goodman was an artist. The pain was so minimal, I only took Tylenol during the first two days. I had my follow up appt one week later and everything was well. Tomorrow will be week 3 for me and although I’m still healing I can see a noticeable difference. I’m thrilled with my results thus far and look forward to seeing the final results. Would I do it all over again, yes. Am I pleased with the results thus far, extremely.

I work with Meg who is honest, caring and knowledgeable about what she does. I wanted a procedure that she explained would not work on me. It was excilis on the arms. I have had excilis which is a skin tightening procedure on my legs.I had the series and am confident I will repeat it next year. Meg actually explained I would need to do a double series. As she was honest to begin with, I took her recommendation. I feel like my legs look better. I have had a facial and that was excellent as well. Beauty is expensive and it’s important to work with someone who tells you the truth. I really trust. Meg. I’d rather spend more money with someone like her, however Radiance has comparable prices and they have a lot of great specials. Meg is also upfront about what Procedures she has personally done so I get an education from her as well.Dawn

Me and my wife are very fortunate to have found New Radiance Cosmetic Center. They are very caring and compassionate and listens to the patients need, staffs are extremely attentive, professional and friendly. Do NOT ever come here! It was the most horrific experience in my life and they did nothing to make me feel better. My face is now deformed and Ive never been so unhappy before. I wish I could turn back time and not go to Jessica. Im so swollen and bruised. She hit a blood vessel and now I am so bruised and uneven. Im beyond upset and cant even leave the house. If you are thinking about it...do NOT ever come here. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Run the other way please. If I can do anything right now...its to warn other ppl about getting fillers and procedures here.

Its been about 6 months since I had my procedure. This is my final review. Honestly I regret having the operation here. Im embarrassed when I tell people that I had it done because theres no major results or any results at all. When I tell people Ive had it done they dont believe me because theres really no difference. I believe the operation enhanced the areas some but nothing to boast about. I get very depressed and sometimes upset when I think about the procedure and the results I have. Theres really no difference. Over all I wasnt satisfied with my personal experience or results.

New Radiance is truly exceptional. Dr. Neil is highly competent, caring, and honest. I had a facelift and eyelid surgery and the results were perfectly natural. I am continuously complemented for looking younger and better, yet NO ONE attributes it to surgery. He was also very caring and accessible after the procedures, and gave me his cell number which I used once to clarify as to how to care for my stiches.

I would HIGHLY recommend New Radiance to anyone who is looking for a touch up! The girls in the front are competent, great personalities! The Techs are very knowledgeable, helpful and TALENTED! Give them a try, you wont regret it!

I recently went to New Radiance for a consultation for Ultherapy. Meg was wonderful. I was so impressed with her knowledge about the technology and her honesty about what to expect. She was so thorough and I felt extremely comfortable with proceeding with scheduling my procedure for Ultherapy. Both the consultation room and procedure room at new radiance were clean and comfortable. I was very Nervous about the procedure the day of but Meg made me feel very at ease very and answered all my questions. They offer pro Nox which makes the procedure a lot more tolerable. Meg was extremely good with machine and made the entire experience really wonderful.. I had read some horrible things about the pain and after effects but in Megs expert hands I did not experience any of the awful things I had read about. Procedure took about two hours and afterwards I was even able to go and have dinner with a friend. I highly recommend new radiance and Meg. It’s very important to have somebody who knows what they are doing for this therapy and Meg was awesome! I will definitely be going back for other treatments they offer.

Great experience. Went in and was instantly greeted. All of the girls very nice and helpful. Went in for a consult and did not feel pushed into anything at all. Was surprised. Interests were chemical peels and IPL laser treatment.

This was the worse decision I ever made!! Dr.goodman is NOT a plastic surgeon and does not do bbl’s he is a smart lipo doctor and that’s it. I spent almost 10,000 dollars on this “procedure” that he messed up on the first time so to fix HIS mistake he charged me another $500. When I came in for my touch up he was in a rush. My sister went to a real plastic surgeon and you can see immediate results for way less than what I paid for this SCAM. He does not use more than 300 cc for a fat transfer which if you look it up does nothing. He took all the fat that I had in my stomach and threw half of it out and now that I want to go to a real plastic surgeon he has nothing to work with. I look completely BOTCHED.

A very nice staff, expensive treatment with non result at all. I suggest to go to a laser Lipo treatment with $100. for 4 treatment get better results than this. I do not recommend it at all.

I absolutely love New Radiance Cosmetic Center, and more importantly Meg. She is just the most amazing technician and more importantly caring person, she is so knowledgeable, listens to all of your concerns, and is full of great information. When you first arrive you’re greeted by the great staff at the front desk, after which you get to relax in the waiting room which is a gently lit room with refreshments and a cozy feeling. Note - you won’t spend much time waiting there though because app’ts are usually very punctual. Now back to Meg, who gave me an amazing experience. I was there for Sculpsure on my stubborn love handles, a part of me that I had finally decided to do something about. She was extremely informative and walked me through every part of the process, talking to me more like a friend than a client, and we all know how reassuring that is. Sculpsure is not a painless procedure, but certainly worth whatever discomfort you may experience. Due to Meg’s skill (the skill of all technicians are not alike and therefore the results), I got the most amazing results!!! Thank you Meg for treating me more like a caring friend than a client, and for your expertise in your field which was evident to me the moment I met you. Not only do I now look in the mirror and see a body that I like to look at, but I know that over the next few months things will only improve! Thank you again Meg, you deserve more than 5 stars!

Dr goodman is an excellent Dr.. I highly suggest you go back and see him if you are having problems and let him you.

I have been coming to New Radiance Med Spa for a few years and love it! I have tried other places in between, sometimes because there were discounts, but the professionalism and quality of services are second to none. The staff is always amazing and helpful especially with appointments and appointment changes. I will keep returning!After months of looking up information I decided to try Ultherapy. The first appointment I chickened out because I heard it was pretty painful. This treatment applies electric currents to tone the skin, especially useful for under the neck. So after my 2nd consultation with Meg I decided to go for it with the help of Pro nox (laughing gas). It as an amazing experience. meg was so pleasant and professional the whole time. You can feel it but truthfully with the Pro Nox you dont care. Its been about 5 days and I can see a difference already. The true results take 3-6 months as the collagen will regenerate. I am a little sore - but all in all sooooo worth it. Thanks Meg for being so awesome - I am ready to plan more treatments with you!!. Cant wait to see how I look in a few months.
