Experience was very positive. Audiologist( Dana) was very helpful-answering all my questions and did a thorough exam. She helped me decide to do a trial with a Cross aid as I am profoundly deaf in right ear. Hopefully this will improve my ability to hear conversations. I look forward to my next appointment. My son accompanied me and he was treated with kindness and honesty. Very happy with this office!!

Dana has literally changed my life. Ive heard sounds I have heard in years. My first day I had these wonderful hearing aides I stood outside and just listened to world for hours. It was the first time I actually heard my dogs feet when she walks and the cat meow. I highly recommend going to her. Theres no wait time. Shes very attentive and super friendly. I was comfortable the second I walked in her door.

This was my first visit and it was to get ear molds made. Dr. Coveney is very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Her office staff is friendly and helpful and the office is clean and well equipped. Dr. Coveney made the process of making the molds easy and comfortable. Overall they are great and I will be returning for a hearing analysis.

I visited Audiology of the Palm Beaches for a baseline hearing test, which I strongly recommend everyone do. I expressed a few concerns, and Dr. Coveney checked my ear structure as well as my hearing down to 10 decibels. I was reassured to know that all is well, which was a wonderful relief. I made an appointment and they got me in the same day. I was afraid I had a buildup of wax in my left ear because of significant hearing loss. Turns out no wax buildup so hearing aids are in the future. Pleasant experience.

My visit with doctor Luzon was a great experience. I had purchased a pair of hearing aids 5 and a half years ago from Audio & Hearing Aids of the Palm Beaches. The quality was excellent, and the follow up care was first class. I purchased a new pair of hearing aides with enhanced technology last week, and will test them over the next 60 days. A very pleasant experience over all.

Im writing for my mom who is 94-years old, legally blind, and just got new hearing aids. We made an appointment with Dana to adjust the hearing aids and help my mom learn to use them. Hi Carolyn,Im writing to you because my life changed after walking in your offices. My wife has been on me for years to have my hearing checked. She would get so frustrated because I did hear her, and she would have to repeat what she said. Or me having the TV so loud just so I could hear it. I would attend work meetings and never hear what the conversation was about. I mastered lip reading and body language. But I was missing life and work.
