We had a printer issue that was printing splotches on all our papers. The team was quick to come out and diagnose the problem. We are a dental office and this is our only printer so we needed it fixed quickly with little downtime from the office. They were kind enough to pick it up on a Friday morning and return it Monday morning. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and knowledgeable. I have to say the only downside is the cost. I could of bought a new printer for the cost to fix it. This is my fault for not doing any research prior, so maybe know the cost of a new one before getting yours fixed.

He is very sweet and helpful. It seems that when he comes, something else might come up and he will take a look at the problem and correct it. When we need to get parts, the office personnel will call and give us a quote for the part and then order it. I would recommend the Company to anyone that needs to have copier or printer repairs.

This company is awesome ! Im a Tax and Accounting firm and my copier/printer and fax went down on 4/12/2016 . To say that it was one of the worse times to go down is an understatement. I had called another company first and they came out and said it was not worth fixing and tried to sell me a new one for $2000.00 . I called PCN at 9:00am the next morning they were out within an hour and had me up and running . It was only some dust that had clogged up the cooling fan which was a very inexpensive fix. We had a problem with our HP Laser printer that prevented us from printing documents without having a red line of toner on the paper. Ezequiel Portillo arrived on time. Throughly examined the machine. Found a small plastic piece from a roller that broke off and was interferring and jaming the copy paper. Removed the same tested copier and showed me how to select paper size of the bypass. Pleasant, courteous and empathetic to my needs.
