This repair shop was a very pleasant surprise. I was leary about handing my bricked phone over (with all of my personal data) to a tech for the day. What I found was that this extremely honest and honorable company charged me nothing when they could not repair my unresponsive phone. They spent hours trying to fix it including trying a new glass front. They kept communicating with me throughout the diagnostic process. They charged me nothing for their time. I highly recommend this company, these are good people. 👍

This place took in my pristine samsung s21 an dammaged it. Parts were missing from it when i got it back from them it wouldnt even come on and i had to send it to samsung anyways. This buiness has the worst customer service and never fixed my phone. Id sue them. They never would admit they broke it but i had plenty of pictures an proff of qhat they did. Never ever go there please people.

Manager and front desk assistant provided over the top service to fix my Surface Pro, in spite of hassles and delays with UPS for the special order parts. Manager had a backup plan, if needed - but it was t. He stayed after hours to finish the job and meet me to pick it up. Five stars are not enough.

Thought I broke the glass cover of my iPhone X. Asked them to replace it. Instead they showed me it was only the plastic cover over the glass that was scratched and replaced for $20 instead of making me pay some $200 to replace the glass. I really appreciated their honesty! They got a customer for life.

I thought I had a disaster on my hands yesterday when I dropped my iPad while it was charging. It dropped and the tip broke off in the iPad. Very nice and very good service. They replaced a battery for my Pixel 2. The battery was OEM and work was completed in less time than they quoted me. I would have rated 5 stars, but I was told that battery which was special ordered, would be received in 3 days, took a week. I acknowledge that it wasnt the fault of Ibreakufix, but there was no communication and I had to call them every day. It would have been much better if I was told that the battery was ordered and would be called when it arrived. Additionally, the price of the service was fair. Overall, I highly recommend this shop.Update: The battery that uBreakiFix installed was fine, but my speakerphone no longer worked after the battery installation. I wound up buying a blue tooth speaker just for phone calls, but that became burdensome so I had to purchase a new phone. I shouldnt have gotten the new battery...waste of money.

Called up at about 10:30am asking how long it will take to fix my screen. The lady on the phone said it will take 2 hours. I get there and give in my phone before 11:00am and i say 2 hours correct? The lady says NO it will take 3 hours. Ok so that brings me to 2:00pm as i get there around 2:15pm the lady goes what are you doing here, i told you 3:00pm ??????? Really from 2 hours to 3 hours to 4 hours??? We know it takes 20 minutes tops to change a screen.I give 3 stars bc the job was done right.In the future i will check out other shops

Until recently I had never needed to visit a phone repair store. I have no kind words. This was a Asurion/Amazon claim that was started on June 24th. After countless wasted trips, changing stories and no return phone calls, I was done. Called Asurion on Sunday, July 5th and they sent me to the Stuart store. Dropped the phone off yesterday and picking it up tonight. That is how it should of been handled instead of making me drive out of my way to have it taken care of correctly. I will never use this store ever again and will drive the 30 minutes to Stuart. Can not believe the difference in customer service from one store to another.

The lady that helped me was very nice. However, I was told to return at 1 pm and I sat on a hard plastic chair until 2:45. If this was not a phone I used for business, I would have left it there and gone back tomorrow!

Very attentive staff. Had to order a new battery which got held up a few days. That was not their fault I attributed that to USPS. Their store is little hard to find but once you find it its worth it, the prices are very reasonable. Its on the North End of the promenade plaza in the 9900 block of alternate A1A in Palm Beach Gardens. Nice guys!

Walked in without an appointment and my screen was replaced within two hours. Friendly associates! They push their protection products / plans but they are probably trained to. No biggie. Screen is good as new and was professionally applied.

Called around all of PBG the closest competitor price was $50 more & had to order parts that wouldnt be in till next Wed (Xmas) uBreakiFix had the parts on hand & are Samsung certified so it wouldnt void my warranty. I broke my iPhone glass for the first time ever. I googled to find the closest repair store to me and found this store. I called and they said they had the part in stock and could repair it in 45 minutes. I went there and they ran diagnostics on the phone to verify that everything was in working order before I left it there. I also asked them to put a screen protector on it to prevent it breaking again. They called less than an hour later and it was ready. The gentleman I dealt with was courteous and knowledgeable. I picked up the phone and everything was working fine. On the way home I noticed that the display was darker than normal. I always keep it in the middle setting to preserve battery life. I thought that maybe it had switched to dimmer during repair. When I checked the display setting, the brightness was on the max setting. I changed it back to the middle setting and the phone display is darker than it was, even on the brightest setting. I dont know if the glass or screen protector they used is tinted, but the phone is definitely darker. Other than that, I recommend them as the phone is working same as it was before the repair, the were quick and fairly priced.

Caden was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. He made the experience pleasant even though his coworker was less than helpful. She would leave us on hold for long periods, wouldnt call back, and we had to show up in person to get an answer from her. As long as you get caden you will have a pleasant experience with respect and explanations for what comes up.

Made contact weeks in advance, travel from abroad and organized to have an IPad battery sent to the store, offered to pay for it in advance and was told that it was not necessary and to come in as they would have one. Made an appointment and when I arrived the battery was not there nor was it ordered. Told to come back or call on Friday when one would be delivered, nothing arrived...complete waste of time, very disorganized.

This location had not only the part in stock but a very reasonable price as well. The outcome of this was my phone getting fixed in 30 minutes and I was given a free scree protector. 10/10 recommend.

If I could give less than one star I would. They charge almost double than the people nearby but we needed it done quickly so we went to them. Dropped our phones off and were told they would be done in an hour, we told them we would be back the following afternoon to pick them up. When we got there we were told a bunch of excuses about software issues and that it would be 10 more minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes they came back out and told us a few more minutes. They got our number but couldn’t let us know it was going to be MUCH later than quoted?Called corporate after this horrible experience and was told that it on average takes 2-3 hours per phone because of Samsung’s rules so they didn’t know why we were even quoted that kind of time and that they were sorry. Sorry doesn’t help me be on time for work or help your reliability. GO ANYWHERE ELSE, YOU WILL SPEND LESS MONEY AND TIME. UNPROFESSIONAL UNPROFESSIONAL UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!
