My neighbor referred me to Luxury Maids. I spoke to Sylvia,she explained the deep cleaning service. I thought it would great. They 2 women came on time. The problem was that we could not communicate with each other. They were doing their best. They mopped the floors with a dirty mop. The bathrooms were great. They kitchen wasnt so good. I thought I would get a call from Sylvia.to ask how they did. They charged of $288.00 ok thats what they charged. They asked to pay the maids a tip for service. I did, I felt bad for them. They were rushing to clean my house to go to another job. I wonder what they pay the girls. Any way, I spoke my neighbor, she said that they always gets one of the girls speaks English. I wouldnt recommend them.

Luxury Maids did a fantastic job for us. Our house was COVERED in post-construction drywall dust and dirt. Because of this, we hadnt moved in yet and all our things were covered in plastic. They spent an entire day working hard and made our home clean and livable. We were able to come home that night a sleep in our own beds again. They really went above and beyond and did things we were not expecting. My wife and I would recommend them to anyone!. Thank you Luxury Maids!

The service was great. They took me in on a last minute appointment. They deep cleaned my house better than it ever had been cleaned. I would recommend and use them again for deep cleaning. They were a little on the high side compared to other services I’ve used in the past but my husband and I feel it was worth it.

We had just completed the installation of new windows and doors and our house was a dusty mess. The Luxury Maids staff members went to work on it and after they were done, you could not tell that a major construction job had recently occured. Highly recommend!

Luxury Maids did an amazing job on my house. The women who came were phenomenal, they were very detail oriented, worked hard, and made my house look sparkling clean from top to bottom. My bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and floors are the absolute cleanest I have ever seen and they even went the extra mile to fold our laundry and organize our playroom. The owner Silvia called us the next day to check on the cleaning and she is the SWEETEST and most PROFESSIONAL employer I have ever spoke with. She really works hard to make sure everyone has a great experience. A 10/10 experience.

Nothing I write here is a lie or misrepresentation of the truth.Major issues dealing with the management for this company. This cleaning service informed me at my most recent service request in July that I would need to give prior authorization to my credit card and give them permission to keep it on file. I reminded them that I have always made payments in the past by me initiating payments electronically and was not comfortable giving them my credit card information for their files which they say would also have a 3% added charge when used.They then suggested that my next option is to pay cash to the workers at the completion of the work, yet only if they get authorization to my Credit Card. I was assured by their management that my credit card would not be billed when I paid by cash. I was not comfortable with this option either but against my instincts I took this company at their word.To my dismay I paid cash only to find out that they billed my account credit card. Even after following their own management instructions and paying in cash, they erroneously billed my account. After several days not seeing the reversed charges nor proof of the reversal they claimed to have done, they then told me it is up to me to work with my bank to get back my funds. Shifting the responsibility back to me for their own mistakes.Their management is unprofessional to deal with and lacks customer service skills. And dealing with Silvia is unpleasant. She deflects from the true issues associated with the inconsistencies with the service. Absolutely no understanding of my home, yet tries to dictate how much cleaning it needs and how long it will take, by looking at old pictures from the former owner on Zillow. She has no clue on which rooms I actually require cleaned by her workers. She has never been inside my home. At every cleaning at minimum 5 rooms are never touched by workers, by my preference. And some of the rooms they do clean it is ONLY the floors. Again Silvia has absolutely no insight to my home or what her workers clean in it, yet speaks like she knows the precise level of cleaning I need. I have shared over and over speaking to many of the issues with quality but she fails to get the point and always try to push additional hours as the solution.This last cleaning was a disaster. Not only did the workers not manage their time they cleaned only 40% where others completed the requisite areas in the same amount of time. And even with this, management shifted the blame to me that I did not authorize an additional hour. This is the result of management reneging on their commitment to send the same previous workers who are familiar with the house and has cleaned the spaces I needed within the same allotted time. Workers they initially told me they will send and why I agreed to the previous cleaning. I accepted management’s offer of 30 minutes with 2 workers to address the areas not cleaned. They wanted me to list, on the phone, every appliance, every countertop, every floor every toilet, every chair, every table top, every knickknack that needed cleaning within the 30 minutes which I found ridiculous to do by phone.With every encounter with Silvia and her workers I have always been professional never once disrespectful. However, I never felt afforded the same courtesy. They do not put the interest of the customer first. And they are inconsistent and not logical on how they address issues that their own workers create. It is exhausting dealing with their unprofessional management...It is not worth the effort. In every state I’ve lived l found very professional cleaning service with management who actually cares about client satisfaction. This has been the absolute worst experience I ever had with a cleaning service.

I have never had better cleaning EVER. This company is owned by a veteran. She is amazing as is her staff. No one comes in and pays attention to detail like they do. My house is always clean and fresh smelling. I can’t imagine going anywhere else

I have never had my house professionally cleaned before, but my husband gave housecleaning as a gift for my birthday (at my request) - what woman doesnt want her house cleaned? I chose Luxury Maids after conferring with several cleaning companies. They arrived timely and were pleasant. My house looked much better when done. I dont recall seeing my bathroom floors so clean, and the house smelled great. I did have a concern that I spoke to Sylvia about. She was very quick to step in and immediately rectify the issue. I personally recommend Ingris and Irma - they truly went above and beyond, and were so nice.

Terrible cleaning service and management completely unresponsive to concerns. Left me in s complete bind when they said they would spend extra time helping me prepare my house for a party while I was out of town.
