I recently had lightning strike close enough to my home that my WiFi system was damaged. Ubiquity wifi access points were no longer properly connected and I needed help..fast.Randy at Praetas managed to get a highly qualified tech, John, to my home in just a few hours. Two hours after arrival John had me back to normal including the revival of the access points and updating the control software.So within about four hours from the time I spoke to Randy I was fixed and at a very reasonable cost. They even helped provide paperwork I needed to submit my insurance claim.It is rare to find a highly skilled IT company that does residential work, makes house calls, performs at a reasonable cost and actually cares about their customers.
