Im way past due for a review here. Ive been coming to this salon for the past 10 years. My go to is always French pedi mani. Jennifer is the best. I go once a month and my nails still look good. Highly recommend this nail salon. Its clean, affordable, and great value.

First time going to this salon, me and a friend of mine went to get dip nails and a pedi. The pedi was the deluxe and it was amazing the girl that did them was even took the time to go the extra mile and add flowers to my nieces fingers and toes. We also got dip nails done they only have maybe 10 colors to choose from and most are a light pink color, but the lady that did ours had no idea what she was doing. She also burned me with the grinder and made my friends cuticles bleed on a few fingers, she broke one of my natural nails and just put a tip on to fix it. I was very disappointed in how our nails turned out. The good news is the pedi was amazing.

Very disappointed. I asked for a acrylic fill. Was told needed new set. Fine. She started to put the acrylic fill on my fingers. I stated I wanted the tips, all of a sudden she acted like she didn’t understand me. I told her they were the nails on the towel. She kept working, putting the acrylic on my fingers without the tips. She kept trying to push the gel nail polish, I had to ask for the regular polish twice. She stated my regular nails were long enough and I didn’t need the tips. The prices were not on display. I was told at the end that the tips, the acrylic that I did get, and the gel, all cost $50. She kept watching the door, to the point that I wasn’t sure if they were supposed to be open during this pandemic No sign on the door, a screen inside the door so you couldn’t see inside the shop. I will not go back

Nicely remodeled, quiet and relaxing experience. Massage Chairs are new and comfortable. Deluxe pedi was very nice..scrub, massage, hot stones, hot wrap, and neatly trimmed and painted toes. Lots of options for color and type of paint. We will be back.

Clean and accomadating

Was greeted and seated right away. Had the best pedicure and they lined the foot tub with plastic after every use so I appreciated their cleanliness. They were also able to do chrome shellac nails which is the latest in nail fashion and all for a great price! Jennifer is the best I will definitely go back!

Nice, friendly. Went on Friday and busy. Better to go during week. Was ok. I felt could of did better job around cuticles. I felt a little hurried. Been tbere many times one of the best. Get the Deluxe to treat yourself.

They were ok, detail not up too par, will do for now. I asked her to cut my toe nails a little shorter, she never did. She masssaged my calf (yes one calf only) for what seemed an eternity. Next time Ill be sure to tell them no massage and no hot rocks. What do the rocks do anyway? Charged me $27 for pedicure, told me if I pay cash theyll charge me ?$25. Ill try to remember that.

This salon absolutely destroyed my nails. I stopped into Pro Nails because my usual place was booked. Ive been getting manicures for years, and Ive never had an experience like this one. They seemed rushed and used a tool to remove my gel manicure that stripped my nails down to a thin, barely-there layer. My normally strong, healthy nails are now peeling, breaking, and ruined. Never mind how they look, it will be a couple months before I can even peel an orange. Very disappointing.

Service is perfect, but be aware of Jeniffer’s business practice. She charges $2 extra « service fee »PER SERVICE if you pay with your credit card. Ouch!!!! Mind you, the card is swiped ONCE. Note: Customer is not given notice about it. #creditcardfeeshouldbepartofoverhead

Been going to this Nail Salon on and off for years. The service is professional and the staff is friendly! The BEST FOOT PEDICURE EVER 😮😮😮!! The owner Jen is funny and she and her staff do GREAT WORK!! I will always remain a customer!!

I was able to walk in and get a regular manicure right away. However, this is by far the messiest Ive ever gotten. There was great care taken to prep the nails, which I appreciated, but the paint job was uneven and got destroyed despite sufficient drying time throughout the day. The place is a bit outdated, and the younger worker who manages at the front wasnt very polite.

Rude and took 2 men for pedicures before me and I had an appt. I will not go back and live ablock away so it could be convenient. NOT

I have been going to Pro Nail for a few years, but I have decided that it is time to find a new place. I have gone in as a walk-in several times, but even when I have a scheduled appointment, I have been treated like a walk-in. I made an appointment for a fill and a pedicure this past weekend and had one of the worst experiences ever. I was shuffled from chair to chair while getting my nails done and I was forced to wait while the gal doing my nails went and worked on someone elses nail, who was in tne process of getting a pedicure. Nothing had been done on my nail while I was getting my pedicure. In all this so called appointment took hours and the polish job om ly toe nails is horrible. Some of my toe nails are only half polished. I dont plan on going back anytime soon, especially since I had driven 16 miles for this appointment and was on a tight schedule. I DONT recommend Pro Nails to anyone; espevially if you are on a schedule!!!

I get my 👀 LASH extensions here. My lip and brow wax and my nails. The EYE lash extensions I get are called 3D. The difference is much their thicker and 3 different lengths. It is done by Tracy. She is very professional, friendly & informative. She plays relaxing music, turns the lights down and offers a blanket. I become so comfortable the 1 to 2 hour visit turn into a nap. You wake refreshed and feeling pretty. Must fill about 2 to 3 weeks to keep them up. A fresh set can last through 3 fills sometimes four. Im complimented and frequently asked if my lashes are real even asking to look up close. And I mean a inch from my face asking me to open and shut my 👀 eyes 👀 and ask me for the name and number after every inspection. They do nails beautiful and the hot rocks are my favorite w/ salt scrub. I call it the girlie shop. Im a super tom boy and dont wear any makeup. Lip gloss mostly strawberry vaseline. But, when I leave Pro Nails I always feel girlie and pretty lol. All the ladies are welcoming and great at their jobs. Great parking. I would have gave it 5 stars if they paid more attention to time. Getting just a mani pedi always takes 2 sometimes 3 hours and they have 2 to 3 girls working on you. Its unessary and they expect you to tip 3 people? I dont want to tip 3 people for taking way to long to do just; a gel mani and regular pedicure. Also If you get gel they charge you 8 dollars to remove it. They charge you when you come back to get your nails done( just 2 weeks later) You arent informed of this when you choose gel. I get gel on hands only its a waste of money to do your toes in gel it lasts just as long regular. 100 % the truth good bad & the ugly. But its a brutally honest review.
