The haircut I got was quick. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted but I didnt get what I wanted. The sides were okay but the back looks like a bowl was placed on my head and traced around with the clippers. Overall the job was good, except for the part where I got a haircut I didnt ask for.Theyll ask you if you like it when youre done which is nice but too late since you already have the haircut. Ill probably have to go spend some money getting it fixed as there was no taper or fade done in the back - huge pet peeve.Anyways, if youre picky like me, dont come here.

My hair stylist was quick efficient and effective. She even improved and enhanced my haircut by adding a 1 fade to my suggested 2-3. She also suggested that I only cut ¼ inch off the top rather than ½ inch, that I originally requested. The results, my hair looked much better bcuz of her professional touches and expertise. Now, I really wish I wouldve gotten her name 😕Quick service too. From the time that I called to make an appointment, to the time I finished my haircut and was out the door was about 30 mins.

Called in for approval for root coloring. When I came at the appt time. the in charge said I didnt leave my name. She never asked anyway and theres no other person w hair coloring at that time. She said I will have to be back 2 hrs later. She continiously talk repeatedly hence I have to speak up and said it your job to get the details. I just walked away and went to the parlor next door.

Both my kid and my wife got haircuts from this place. From the looks of it, Michael J. Fox after a quadruple shot espresso could have cut their hair more evenly than the beyond minimal effort that was put into it by this place. They did offer to fix it, but if they mess up that bad and call it done, trusting a fix up is out of the question.

The last two times I went to get a haircut I had an appointment somebody came in after I did and was taken before me I dont think the Asian lady likes white people

They just lost my family as a long time customer.Today I had a 1pm appointment, arrived five minutes early only to find out I’ve been preempted by two other customers - both of whom were in for coloring services. I explained to them that I had an appointment (even pointing my name out in the appointment log) only to be told to come back at 4pm. I was obviously not worthy enough compared to the other two who had more expensive hair services.Rude Asian ladies who can’t communicate clearly and properly. And I’m Asian myself. Never again.

Rude lady without asking me my name or checking if I had an appointment told me to come back tomorrow at 9:30 a m, I explained to her that I had an appointment at 3 p.m. and that I was on time then she told me she did not care and said to wait outside behind several other people so I left feeling very disrespected. Wife went in there to get haircut and dye job. She was misquoted buy $30, and the lady was real Bitchie before during and after. So she got tipped what she deserved. As my wife was leaving the manager name Ann started yelling You no tip good .. well you lucky you got any tip. Only I come here cuz no other place open nearby

I get my hair cut here all the time. They have excellent service, and the wait time is usually under 10 minutes. The hot towel at the end is nice.

BE CAREFUL! I came in for a simple fade before a job interview and it was completely ruined. Had to buzz cut my hair really short. (Older lady cut my hair)

I usually go to Great Clips because I dont want to pay a lot of money. This was about 5 bucks more, but a much better experience and in quality. Its still a fast, cheap cut, but the staff here is more experienced and there is less wait time than great clips in the area.

I think they do a great job. Its supercuts, so dont expect a million dollar haircut. But every hairstylist Ive had has been friendly and given me a quality haircut Im happy with. Im a salesman too, so I need to look sharp and this is the place I go to.

Only get my haircut three to four times a year these people always do a good job

Don’t know anything about cutting men’s hair. Asked for my usual haircut and the lady looked at me confused, don’t know if she had ever cut a guys hair before either cus what I got was not what I wanted. And her technique was off. Didn’t wanna say anything scared outcome would’ve been worst. That was just one person though can’t speak for the entire team.

Supercuts is like the fast-food of salons. You get a quick haircut for a cheap price. Theres one near you, and thats why I go.They seem to specialize in very short spiked haircuts for guys, kids haircuts, and some of the simpler streak/color jobs.Dont expect it to be top of the line fancy or perfect and you wont be disappointed. They are owned by Regis, by the way, which has a more upscale version of Supercuts in the malls. Same products, etc.At this location, wait time generally not bad, but it really depends when you go. Early on weekends and weekday afternoons are lightest.You have some very good, nice tempered Asian stylists here who take their time and make sure everything is done right, and you are cleaned up afterwards.Conversely, the Filipino manager lady is sweet, but not very good. I watched her trim someone and it was just crooked. The oblivious customer walked out with hair on his collar and shirt, sloppy.Anyway, 3 stars, you get what you pay for. Ill keep coming back because my hair needs are simple. #2 shave all around and I am done. Very hard to mess that up, and a quick $20 for them.Note that there were some extremely good stylists that worked here. A great guy named Kong, best haircut I ever got. He now works on Clement street in SF, and some other cute girls who left. Dunno what that was about, but Ill miss them :)
