30 minutes after dropping off my car I got a call detailing exactly what I have to get done, what I should get done, what I might want to do, what it will cost and how long it would take. After discovering an issue he didnt mention on the phone, he covered the cost of the labor and gave me a discount on the parts. All in all it cost less and was done much faster than I expected.
