Not as helpful as they put theirselves out to be. Me and my family got into a bad way due to me getting laid off and her being out of work for 3 months from having our youngest son.. we have never been on any kind of assistance or every went to this place for help. A friend told us about them.. we gave them ALL the paperwork and everything they asked for.. and we were only missing ONE out of 6 of the social security cards and they refused to pay it. And we got our lights cut off.. and the ONLY reason we didnt have that one social security card is because it was in my wifes wallet that was stolen.. so yeah..
