I found this product to work very well. I was also very pleased to see its made here in the USA. Got to love that. I have tried so many types of gopher killing products. But the Hawk has worked, and worked repeatedly well. I highly recommend anyone to use this product. I was also please because it does not include poison. In today world thats a big deal.Way to go guys!

Works great but.. you may find the tunnel but have you tried manually tried pushing a two inch pointed plastic pipe into the ground? It doesnt work! Remember how tough it can be to pound a tent stake in. I did manage to get a mole by going in through its original hill after removing the dirt hill. Ten inches from the pile - forget it.

The GopherHawk is the first thing that I have used that works consistently! It is a bit tricky to use, but once I got the hang of it, it works almost every time that is set it. I have also liked the rod that comes with it to probe the location of the tunnels. It was recommended to me by a professional gardner supply business. I couldnt be more please with this product! Also, I contacted the company to ask how I get the gopher out of the trap and they answered the phone right away and were super helpful.

I am 68 and I have tried everything. This device is awesome. I show it to everyone and brag about it. I usually catch a gopher in about 2 hours. A couple of times after 4 hours, I didnt get any bites so then I moved it and caught one. I was a little concerned about the reviews talking about all of the issues setting it, but I followed the directions and have never had an issue. Its not rocket science. A believer forever! OH and the yellow popup is the best part. You know immediately youve caught one.

I live in a residential area and have a 1/2 acre dirt lot behind my home. I’ve identified at least 10 active gophers in the lot. Very expensive to treat with an exterminator. My $30 dollar Gopherhawk eliminated 3 in less than 48hours. AWESOME product and fun to use. Highly recommended!!!!

Best way to take out gophers

So easy to use. I have 2 gopherhawks and have caught 17+ gophers, in a few months. I live near a field so it is a regular problem. I cannot use poison because I have children and dogs who dig. I definitely recommend this product.

I HAD ONE GOPHERHAWK AND I COULD KILL ONE A DAY. MY WIFE BOUGHT ME THREE MORE AND I WAS AVERAGING THREE KILLS A DAY. IN LESS THAN ONE MONTH I HAVE CAUGHT/KILLED 20 PLUS. I HAVE LENT THE TRAPS TO MY NEIGHBORS IN ORDER TO KEEP THE RELENTLESS GOPHERS AT BAY. I TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THE GOPHERHAWK. IT IS ECO-FRIENDLY AND I NEED IT TO BE SINCE I HAVE DOGS AND CATS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. I HAVE SINCE SEEN THEM UTILIZED AT SCHOOLS AND PUBLIC PARKS.

I was dumb enough to try and set the trap without first reading the instructions. I bent the snare straps beyond repair and called the number in the box at 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon. I was told that the repair part would be sent to me at NO CHARGE even though Im the one that messed up! I was willing to pay for the part but was told no, the part would come to me so I could repair the unit. Two days later, on Saturday, the part was in my mailbox! I put it together, (easy repair) read the instructions again and have been catching gophers since. Great product and even better support!

Don’t typically write reviews but I want this company to get the business they deserve. Every other trap, smoker, bait etc I tried were useless. I can literally put this in the ground after noticing the gopher mound and within an hour it will be triggered. This by far is the best and most simple trap I have used. I only need one since I just move it around to wherever the mound pops up and an a hour later it’s curtains for the gopher. Worth the $30 investment. (Just a side note if you plan to buy, clean the trap with alcohol then water and handle with gloves there on. Apparently gophers can smell human scent which was the only hiccup I had with this in the beginning.)

OMG This thing is GREAT!!!!! Over the last 6 months I have had two areas of my lawn invaded. Literally dozens of gofer mounds. I thought that I was invaded by a pack of them, bent on my destruction :) Anyway, our HOA had on a few occasions sent out an agency to deal with the problem to no avail. So i went online and ran across Gopherhawk. I saw a guy on You tube that set the trap and caught his gopher in 5 mins. I was skeptical that it would happen that fast. So, I got it in the mail, used the probe and easily found the tunnel. Used the hole maker that comes with the product, inserted it into the ground and set the trap. I have a disabled back, but that was no problem for this installation. I was able to insert it in less that 3 minutes and with no undue stress on my body (for those of you are a little older)! I went into the house to get a Pepsi and came out to put away the probe and saw that the trap was tripped. I though no way in hell it happened that fast. I removed the trap and there he was....the bane of my existence. Oh and by the way...no new holes in 2 weeks. this clown was the only culprit for over 100 holes.....You dont need to dig up the trap every day to see if you caught something. The indicator pole tells you like a bobber on a fishing line....If you have a gopher problem and you do not get this product.....you may never know the bliss of a gopher free yard.
