My mom and grandma went to this boutique to buy and dress for an event that was 4 months from the time they went to get their dresses. They out a deposit down and they said that they were going to make the dresses the color they wanted. 2 weeks before the event they have to call THEM for an update on their dress and 2 ladies said “everything is fine we’re working on them” 3 days later they call my mom saying “sorry we actually don’t have any of the two dresses” ……. 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT!! Horrible service. I got my wedding dress there but I also had a few complications that weren’t as bad but this situation that my Grandma and mom went through definitely was not cool..

Maria did a great job she helped me with my dad 70 birthday party they’re very responsible very helpful you could always rely on them they’re very professional. The decoration is the best.Thank you so much you guys are the best .

Maria did an amazing job decorating for my daughter quinceañera she fulfilled every detail that we asked for. She draped the hall and added up lights, the flowers were full and beautiful, main table was beautiful my guest couldn’t stop telling me how beautiful everything looked.very nice and professional thank you lolas by design for making my quinceañera happy. I definitely recommend lolas by design.

I needed my wedding dress RE-altered 3 days before my wedding because the first place I went to didnt do it right! Maria said for me to come in right after work which was 7pm and they waited for me! Milly had me try my dress on and tell her everything I didnt like, than she pinned me how my dress should truly fit my body! I let her know my wedding is in 3 days and she told me no problem, im going to be your new best friend these next few days and MILLY truly worked a miracle on my dress I truly felt beautiful in my wedding dress!!!! They give you 1 business day to return tuxedos and give wrong hours. We returned after they had closed but the lady said to come back the next day for deposit. Went back the next day and they said no. Im sure there are better places.

I do not know where to begin, this business is a nightmare. Everytime you go they have an excuse for why they are never there. For example, they have store hours however, one time I waited for over 2 hours for someone to show up. The best part is I made an appointment. You need to call ahead of time to make an appointment yet, they hardly ever answer so the next time I decided to skip out my appointment and show up unexpectedly because thats what they do so why not do the same. This upset the lady that does alterations, but I was more upset because she kept saying that I need to call and cant show up like that and something abt appointments. I called her out on their BS and how unprofessional they truly are because if youre going to run a business you should keep in contact with your clients. NOT have them guessing if their orders are ready or not, if the alterations have been made. Moral of the story, I would not recommend anyone going here unless you like to waste time going back and forth.No se donde empezar, este lugar es una pesadilla. Siempre tienen una escusa porque nunca estan hay. Las horas que tiene el horarion no las usan. Por ejemplo una vez tuve una sita y dure mas de dos horas esperando. Quieren que hables y hagas sita pero no contestan los telefonos. Mi sugerencia seria que mejor busquen un lugar mas professional y no pasen corajes y pierdan su tiempo.
