Let’s just start off with chipped gel polish after 3 days. I got a manicure. They didn’t realize I went to cosmetology school and am educated on the proper tools/sanitation all salons should be abiding by. The salon was super dirty, my service rushed, and she only used one tool for the whole service when there should be multiple for a manicure. I was out within 15 minutes. I highly don’t recommend.

They normally do a good job but this time the girl who did my french manicure was in a hurry and she did a lousy job. She did paint the white tip all around my nail. She did not put the clear coating on the sides of my nail and all the way to the back. Another fixed the clear part but that white tip ordeal. Unfortunately I didnt see the problem until I was home.😠😡

This is the worse nail salon I’ve ever been to in my life!!! I would never recommend this place. They are extremely rude. I felt so uncomfortable being here and couldn’t wait to get out of this place. By the way, they wanted to charge me 45$ for a fill.. I did my eyebrows but ended up leaving with my nails filed down to get them filled elsewhere..I really hate this place

When in for a pedicure the lady lied to me instead of regular she said they only do gel I later on told the other ladies and they confirmed that they do regular nail she is a scammer and take your money these people are all about money and do not care about customer service never going back ever again and when she gave me a massage on my legs it hurt more than it relaxed me definitely not what I want to experience after a long day at work no thanks worst place ever only nice ones there who care for the customers is Cindy and Ben. Still never going back . On top of all of this I called before I went and I was still the last one that they took care of. Worst customer service 👎

Im obsessed. The people here are friendly. And I love when they play Vietnamese TV or music. Fun to watch.

They have good prices, and they do some pretty creative nails, however, no social distancing whatsoever and it took them 3 hours to do my nails. I feel like their staff is overworked and its hard to expect good costumer service of exhausted people, I felt bad for them, I feel like they shouldnt take on more clients than their staff can handle. They were also working with low quality equipment so no wonder it was taking them forever I dont blame them, but I felt bad for them and I left with a sad feeling in my stomach.

Overall great as usual but not knowing what they are saying sometimes makes it difficult because at times I feel like they take advantage of that and raise up those prices to what they want. This time I was beyond in love with my nails though!!

Went in for a simple Pedicure. The man who did it was beyond sloppy,he didnt paint my nails straight at all. Left gaps. Worst pedicure i have ever had and for $25. He left nail polish on my skin even after i asked him to please clean it up around my nails. Not to mention he cut me a few times. Since this is for my wedding i will have to have it re done elsewhere and spend again.

The worst service I have ever had,First they told me the cost was $22.00Then The lady hurt my left toe to bleed and didn’t even say sorryFinally I was charged $33.00 and i ask “why did you initially give me another price? And the man turned his back on me with a mean eye,I was shocked and I just walked out with a hurt toe, 33 less in my account and an imperfect pedicure. I’ll never come back there

I had gotten my nails done here and the lady who was doing my nails was nice, she gave me the things that have the options of nail polish and she gave me so many of them at once they kept falling off my lap while she was glueing the nails. Also the nail polish is very patchy on some spots.

Worst pedicure ever. They rushed everything and were so sloppy. My pedicure took 15 minutes should say it all. Do not waste your time here.

The only reason I give it a 5 star is because Steven does a great job in nails ! I don’t trust the other lady’s working there let one of them do my nails and she did a horrible job

Fast and Good service but not all the time. I just go for a gel pedicure solid color comes out to 38.

Cindy does my eyebrows really good never disappoints me, but just w her. Although the wait is a little if it’s crowded pretty understandable. When I get my nails done they manage to do a great job and tend to last a while.

Well they were very nice to me but they kind of are all busy so they really rush your nails. My mother wanted a manicure and all they did was trim her nails and put gel on them. They charged her 10 dollars!!! My nails ended up chunky and on even. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

If you’re getting eyelash extensions from this place , do not waste your money . It took her no more than 10 minutes for her do it and that’s incorrect. I have had extensions for 2 years now and wanted to try somewhere else . But I wasted 41 plus 5$ tip . Go somewhere else . You might as well throw your away money away if you get it done here .

The service wasnt that great. The lady that did my manicure cut me and when i flinched she just looked at me and continued. There was no apology. And i shouldve read the reviews before i had gone. I didnt see them open any sterilized tools and now Im nervous im going to get some type of fungal infection. Im not going back.

I liked the conversation I had with my pedicurist she was nice and was attentive. Although I dont know how clean it was because my toe has started hurting after a couple of days and my polish already came off.

I went on Monday Dec 23 to get a full set & pedicure, I woke up to pain coming from my toe came to find out I got an infection from unsanitary tools! Never going back

Went to get a pedicure the lady was really rough made my toe bleed I told her to stop it was hurting and he kept on doing it till I really got mad because my toe started bleeding she stop and started painting my nail my toe keep on hurting I thought it was because of the cut the lady did now my toe is hurting so bad and it looks infected that I had to come to urgent care
