I canceled our membership in July due to Covid. I called and the owner assured me we would not be charged in August and that the account was closed. Well guess what the money come out and when I called him back he said they would refund my money back not to worry. I then asked him if it would be going the same thing in September he once again assured me it wouldn’t. Oh but yes it did oh and I still haven’t gotten my refund from August. So now I paid for two months after my account had been closed. Well then to top it off no one will return a phone call,text or email about my money. Then today I get another email saying they are trying to take another payment out of my account! I was stolen from,lied to and just completely ignored. Today I called and asked for corporate’s phone number well guess what they didn’t answer either. I maybe out of all that money but if I can stop someone else from getting treated the way I was, it will be worth it.

The place is always dirty, short on weight plates and constantly has malfunctioning restrooms.. I cancelled my membership and was charged a month later. When I called about it, the employee told me there was no membership change from on file (not accurate) then he called me an a**shole. This place is a JOKE!

Its great for a small town gym. The membership pricing is affordable. They offer a great mix of free weights as well as machines, they have a cardio room thats great for stretching, and now has a punching bag in it (major plus since no other gyms in the area has a punching bag). They do have some good personal trainers, and offer classes. One major benefit is its 24/7. You can work out on your own schedule to fit your lifestyle. I prefer working out at 4am, and this gym affords me that luxury. Ive never had a wait time to use any machine, thats also a major plus. The staff keeps all areas of this gym very clean, and most patrons usually wipe down things after theyve used them.

This was a great gym when Regan was here. Filthy now. Bathrooms are horrible. Equipment always torn up. On Demand aerobics always down. That’s why my wife joined. Very disappointed

Suddenly stopped honoring free passes that we have handed out for years! Didn’t bother to actually call us and let us know. I guess they don’t like getting more business.

The place kinda stinks. I work out at the Pell City one and that one is miles ahead of this gym. The Oxford snap fitness has holes in the wall, dust that gets in your eyes, exposed insulation, unorganized equipment, smelly weights, and broken equipment. A treadmill has a broken incline button where its falling off. A aerobic machine sticks and nearly threw me off whilst trying to use it. Dont use this gym. Go to a different SnapFitness. The one in pellcity is clean, kind and has amazing staff/patrons.

The gym was better when Reagan was there, i canceled our membership and still taking money from our account.

I love Snap Fitness convenient the price is great always clean and I love being able to come day or night anytime I need to come I really enjoy going to Snap Fitness. Its a great place to work out at and the different machines

The manager is always very nice and cleans everyday, the equipment is very easy to handle

My experience with Pamela Hollis has been the worse experience to date never encountered racism until now ..... thanks for letting me know it still exists
