I canceled our membership in July due to Covid. I called and the owner assured me we would not be charged in August and that the account was closed. Well guess what the money come out and when I called him back he said they would refund my money back not to worry. I then asked him if it would be going the same thing in September he once again assured me it wouldn’t. Oh but yes it did oh and I still haven’t gotten my refund from August. So now I paid for two months after my account had been closed. Well then to top it off no one will return a phone call,text or email about my money. Then today I get another email saying they are trying to take another payment out of my account! I was stolen from,lied to and just completely ignored. Today I called and asked for corporate’s phone number well guess what they didn’t answer either. I maybe out of all that money but if I can stop someone else from getting treated the way I was, it will be worth it.
