Cant get a call back!! I contacted an employee at Baker and Becker in July 2021, and told them I needed to locate and mark the right side of my property line for a fence installation. He said he would send me an email with an estimate. Never heard from him...so I call the middle of August and left a message....Never heard from him....after a couple of days I called and asked if he still worked there or was on vacation. The secretary said he still worked there and said he was there today and routed my call to him. I heard the phone pick up....nobody said anything then hung up......dial tone.... I called back and said I was going to go somewhere else. A pleasant voice said OK

Left several messages and no one ever returned my calls.

Outstanding company will do business again.

Great job. We needed three plots consolidated into one and we had a very aggressive time frame. They got the crew out there in the rain and snow, met their deadline, and all of the documents they provided us were professionally done and satisfied all the various agencies we were required to submit them to. I couldnt be happier. We will use them again for our next project. Great with working with the City of Oxford as well. They know how the community works.
