TecHeadz was very professional and fast with their work on my 71 Monte Carlo. They were able to squeeze me in last minute and kept me updated the entire time. I would highly recommend them and will be returning again when neede.

Came here during the height of the pandemic (late April) and was the only place open at the time. Gave me a free consultation and identified what was wrong with laptop within a couple days. Highly recommend going here if you need repairs or any tech advice!

They were super helpful in replacing my computer screen. They consulted and repaired it within 2 hours! Very nice workers too.

I took my PC to their office on a Friday afternoon to see about repairing or replacing the DVD drive. Chris was busy trying to finish other work before the weekend, but when I told him that I needed the computer over the weekend and would bring it back Monday morning, he dropped what he was doing to spare me that inconvenience and promised to check out my computer by 4 PM. When I went back, instead of telling me how much it would cost for him to repair it, he recommended that I buy an external DVD drive from another vendor, because it would work better and save me a lot of money (c. $25 vs c. $150). I offered to pay him for his time, especially since he had dropped remunerative work to attend to my computer for free, but he declined, insisting that providing free and thorough evaluations is what we do.

Could not recommend these guys more. Having trouble formatting an external harddrive and the company was no help. They said to bring it in and had me outta there in 15 minutes.Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Any comohter issue in Oxford should go to them first.

Really great, friendly service.I woke up this morning; Thank the Maker. My iPad did not, and it had been plugged in all night. I pressed every button, and two bottons together, all to no avail. My next step was to throw it up against the wall, or visit the Techeadz. Fear not, my wall is okay.Turns out it was an easy fix, I just wasnt patient enough, and they are. The Techeadz treaded me and my iPad with the best of care. Thank you gentlemen.
