We were evacuating from Hurricane Ida to Oxford and our brake lights went out. We pulled in and the gentlemanly owner Kenny came to help; he took a look right away, changed the bulbs within 5 minutes and didnt charge us, even for the cost of the bulbs. What we needed was simple, so of course I cant speak to anything deeper about the work they do. But it was very nice just then to find a businessman with a good heart.

Unfortunately I cant give this place a good review. I tried to take my truck to them and spent a lot of time arranging to leave it and pick it up and trying to call them for information. They seemed to forget about my vehicle for weeks at a time and wouldnt return my calls or follow up when they said they would. I waited over a month just for a quote for the work but never got one and wasnt called back after they repeatedly said they were going to get to it and call me. I tried everything to be their customer and was ready with cash on hand, but they have enough business and dont need mine I guess.

Kenny and his staff are very knowledgable, friendly, and honest. They are the only mechanic shop in the area I trust with my vehicles.

Kenny has been in the mechanic business for almost 50 years. Along with experience he also has wonderful etiquette when dealing with customers. Also, some of the lowest prices youll find in Oxford. You wont regret using Kenny as your mechanic!

The first time she had car trouble, she took her Jeep to the local Jeep dealership in Oxford and received the treatment most people fear the most with their wife or daughter.On two separate occasions, Mr. Warren has handled things like a true professional. Not only does he do professional work, but he communicates very well with what services he is providing and he does these services at a very reasonable price.Mr. Warren is someone a parent with a student at Ole Miss can trust to do the job right and at a fair price.

My truck needed a new engine coolant thermostat installed and I didnt have the tools or expertise to do it myself. A coworker recommended Kenny. He had my thermostat replaced in about two hours. The cost of parts and labor was more than reasonable. I will be a return customer for sure.

Best service shop in town, HANDS DOWN! Mr. Kenny, Jared and the entire staff are awesome. They go above and beyond to help you. They recently worked on my S-10 that had a blown head gasket, it now runs better than it ever has!

I have depended on Kenny for more than 15 years and hes never disappointed me. He is honest and does not overcharge his customers. He will do whatever he can to make sure his customers are satisfied, e.g., offers customers a ride after dropping off a car, provides accurate estimates, is willing to work with a customer on payment, and will call after work is completed. I moved here in August of 2013 and on the advice of Butch at Taylor Grocery I came to see Kenny for the first time for a sensor replacement on my Impala. I was instantly comfortable with him. I had been to two other shops in town and although they were nice, they werent Kenny.Every time we call needing work on either vehicle he is quick to get us in and back on the road.I feel like Im pulling into my dads garage back home when I go there. Hes always kept the cost affordable for us as students. I cant say enough about Kenny. After almost 2 years, he feels like a family member to us.Its such a feeling of security to know we have someone in town that will always look out for our best interest and cares about us as a customer and not a dollar sign.

Calling Kenny is liking calling my dad. I trust him to do whats right.He is experienced and knows what he is doing. I can take my car in to be fixed, he always calls to let me know what needs to be done, gives me a price, and then calls when its ready. He always offers a ride if it I need it or even offers to loan a car.I dont recommend businesses that are not dependable. However, he can be trusted to do a good job, and would never take advantage of the situation financially. He is dependable and I highly recommend him, and his business, to friends, family, and college students.

Fixed car well cannot take away from their good work there but definitely is not the place for people of color I wouldn’t go back

Took over a week to fix my car when they kept telling me it was going to be fixed the next day. Everytime I called, they lied and said they ordered the part. My dad had to call from Illinois to check with them and the part was never ordered. I picked my car up and the check engine light came on and when I went in to tell them, they told me they could look at it again but would have to charge me again even though I hadnt driven off yet. They continued to tell me that if I wanted to come back, I needed to bring my dad or bf with me so they could have a real conversation. I shouldnt have to have to bring anyone to get my car fixed. Especially when they didnt communicate with me at all. And It definitely shouldnt take my dad calling to get answers. And I still had to go to another mechanic because they only fixed thing when I specfically asked for a maintence check and they told me what was all wrong.

Stopped what they were doing to come check out my car and were able to fix the problem in minutes. I would recommend them to anyone!
