Amazing service!!! I have to admit I often have to turn around on Wednesday morning to run back to my house to get my trash can out for pick up. This morning I am working from home. Ive had a busy morning at work. My dog began to growl while sitting on the window seat as I was on a call. I turned around and looked out the Window and the gentleman that picks up our trash was walking up my driveway to get my can...I had forgotten to put the can out. Amazing service guys! I cant promise I will not forget to put the can out again, but I can promise that I will never forget this act of kindness. Thank you!

Thank you for your exceptional service. My holiday pickup time was Friday and I put my cart out too late and new it. When our crew drove down the cross street they saw my cart 2 houses down, ran down and got it for us.

I highly recommend Kelly refuse service. They went above and beyond! We were so overwhelmed after the estate sale with so many things left over and didnt know where to turn. For a fair price they came in and removed everything from the house. Furniture, paint cans, cleaning products and so much more. It was a big relief off our shoulders. God bless you Kelly and your crew during this difficult time. Its one less thing we have to deal with. Anyone I know that has the same situation or needs any thing removed I will definitely pass your companys name along to them. Thank you again so much! I give you 5 stars.

They are fabulous. They are easy to.get along with. The couple of times in almost 10 years that our trash wasnt picked up and I called someone was by the house in just a few minutes. They have wonderfully reasonable prices for dropping off items also. When their rates were raised an apologetic note was sent with the bill. They are still 1/2 of what we were paying with one of the other companies and they are local.

Kelly’s Refuse is one of the the best trash companies here in town. We have used a few different companies and since we started receiving their service we won’t be changing. They have terrific, friendly customer service, and have reasonable prices. There have been a couple times where we have forgotten to take out our trash and they came up our driveway which is quite long and grabbed it for us. They truly care about their customers, and go above and beyond.

If less stars could be awarded they would be. Kelly himself completely lost his cool and used the least professional tone And language you could imagine. I was accused of things that have me wondering who he is even talking about. My favorite part was after telling him this review would be his only outcome he had his secretary attempt to mediate his craziness. Take my word for it other companies may charge 5$ more. PAY IT!

They truly go above and beyond! I have used other companies in the past and nothing has compared. It is all the little things they do that makes the difference. Ive watched the driver pick up trash every time it falls. One time we forgot to put the bins at the road and he came up to the house to get them! I am always impressed with the service provided! Keep up the great work guys :)

I have had experience with this company for over ten years. There is not a better family operated business to take care of all of the refuse needs I have. I believe they always go above and beyond, never taking advantage of people, and willing to go the extra mile because they are great people and I am proud to call them my friends.

Customer service is the worse. Instead of a simple Sorry we missed you and will pick up ___, I was belittled and blamed about why my trash was not picked up. Even after I explained that the neighbor all down my street was not picked up either.End result, without notice, they came that day, with a truck, took my cart and all and canceled my service. Which is fine. I was going do that anyways.The Kicker...... they took the time to take my cart but DID NOT take the trash of the others down my street.

I have had experience with this company for over two years and I wouldnt think about going anywhere else. The best around. Great people, great service!

Thursday past I didnt get my trash out (Sciatica Flare) and when I went out to see how much room I had left in my cart... it had been emptied!Republic & Graingers NEVER did that for me! If this is service to expect.from these folks, wow, Ill be with them for life. I did not call in to tell them I was laid up either. Thats service!

A few weeks ago when the wind was so strong, I was afraid my garbage can would be long gone when I came home, However, after my garbage was picked up they moved my garbage by my garage so it wouldnt blow away. I was very thankful! They have always done great service for me!

I called trying to inquire about a dumpster rental. Couldnt get anyone to pick up at first. Then finally, I talk to a woman and I did not appreciate the way she spoke to me at all. I asked how long the cost of the dumpter rental was for. She told me one week. Trying to confirm what she said I said ok 1 week. And then for some reason she says no and goes into how long they leave it sitting there. The whole time speaking to me like I wasnt understanding. I will not use this company.
