I filed a chapter 13 back in February of 2019.Mark didnt do his job and kept postponing hearings saying I didnt have paperwork turn in. So I called the trustees office. the lady at the trustees office didnt understand how come he kept postponing hearings when everything waseverything was turned. So I got told by a trusty lady that my money that Ive been paying from June to December is just sitting in their bank account. Then I end up pulling out because I was getting a settlement. Then I get a bill from Mr. Van Epp for $3500. As that being said I went from $7,000 in debt to $15000 and that on my mortgage. because of the money sitting in the bank the only thing they paid was for my car and then I get a bill for Mark saying that he wants $3,500 and it was his fault that none of the money got but but were supposed. Because of him saying I didnt have paperwork in and then postponing.
