Food was very good. Pretty crowded in a COVID world. There were plastic gloves and hand sanitizer. Our waitress did a good job. She was busy. We miss having a Golden Corral.

Took my Mom in her wheelchair. Very nice. Did a good haircut and wash

Got my son hair cut there today and it was horrible, so uneven and not blended at all. The lady cutting it said she couldn’t do any better because whoever cut it the last time really screwed it up. Well I definitely know that’s not true because we took him to to Artisan in Skiatook this evening to fit it and it looks amazing now and was only $7 compared to $16. Never going back to Supercuts.

I went there to get my daughter a haircut. My daughter has sensory issues and has only had one haircut before. Devin was our stylist and I let her know about my daughters sensory issues before the haircut.My daughter immediately got nervous and started crying and got very hot. Devin assured her that everything was ok and that she wouldnt do anything without telling her. She got my daughter a cool towel, loosened the cape, and allowed my daughter to take off her shoes and hold her stuffed animals. The other stylist even got her a fan.Devin got my daughter talking and she relaxed. She started really enjoying the haircut. Devin treated my daughter so good and my daughter said she never wanted to go to any other stylist. I was so impressed with Devin. Oh and to top it off she gave my daughter a great haircut. I would 1000% recommend her to anyone!!

Haircuts were good but not for $56.00. I couldnt even tip the gals thats for 2 boys cut and a man cut. Crazy

I walked into the store to get my sons hair cut and they said Id have atleast an 30min to 2hour wait. I gave them my cell number and to call me when ready. Less than 30min. Later they called me to come back and when I got there someone else was in my chair and their was gross piles of hair all over the floor. No one disinfecting the chair between appointments. GROSS!!!;

Leslie does a very good fade haircut barber shop style and blends it perfectly so you cant see any lines.

This is the worst place I’ve ever been too. They don’t know how to cut hair. My hair isn’t even at all!!! They took way more then I asked. Never going back!!!!

I came in for a haircut today so I could have an even cut before my job interview tomorrow. I just wanted the back evened up so it was the same length as the back of my hair. Instead, about half an inch to an inch gets removed all the way around. It is uneven on the front on both sides, and the back is still significantly longer. It is now to about my jawbone and I get show up to my interview with an incredibly uneven haircut. Thanks Super Cuts!

I get my hair trimmed here every 4 to 6 weeks. All of the stylists have done a fantastic job!! Super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Supercuts 👍

Ive been coming here a few months and I am very satisfied with the service. Its clean and the staff seems to be more skilled and professional than a few of the other salons I have visited around town. Libby was very nice and professional. One can get a cheaper haircut around town but from my experience you get what you pay for. This is a good place!

Nice place. not too fancy but comfortable. Really like how they keep notes on how you like your hair cut so that you do not have to fully explain it everytime to the stylist. Also really like the online check-in feature!

Worst haircut Ive ever had. I went in and they fed me total BS as to my haircut being fine. Said they had surveillance cameras that recorded my stylist cutting my hair (ya, right) ,They did nothing to make it right. $50 is a total rip off and I wanted my money back. Its been 2 months and it still looks bad. Stay as far away as possible!!

Ryann cut my hair today and she did it perfectly. I love goin to see her for haircut she is nice and very easy to strike up a conversation. She remembers her customers and she is professional. Also when she shampoos your hair it feels amazing, I could fall asleep when she shampoos my hair. And my typical haircut is a high and tight military style.

The haircuts I usually get are good but I’ve recently been asking for a different kind but they always mess it up. I’m ok with what I get I just would like to get what I ask for.

Unfortunately I won’t be coming back here. Upon arriving I am rudely told: “ sit down and when we free up we can help you” followed by an hour wait of not one person talking to me since. It would have been much better had the stylist telling me to sit and wait didn’t sit at the register playing on her phone for 20 minutes before packing her stuff up and going home. And then there is another person getting their hair colored and while waiting for the color to cure for 30-40 minutes, the other stylist sits down in the back and doesn’t say anything either.Every time I come here the “no wait” sign is on, yet there is a wait, and the staff is always rude. One stylist in particular is the only reason I keep coming back and unfortunately I always come in on her day off.Save yourself some time, go to sports clips in Owasso. Same price with way better service.

I had a gutsy feeling when I first walked in, due to all the really young staff, not that they couldnt be talented, just didnt look professional. During my wait I watched three people walk in, sit down and walk back out. I almost did and wish now that I would have. $17 for a cut...they dont even blow dry your hair for you so you can see what it looks like!! Unless you want to pay extra! During my cut, I never saw the stylist check to see if she cut my hair evenly, it took her about 2 minutes to chop off my hair. She didnt even ask if I had liked it. I get home and straighten my hair to see what it actually looks like...its all chopped up. My husband was even embarrassed for me! What a disappointment but I should have known better than to go here!! Turn around before its to late!

Took my 3 year old in for a cut. He does extremely well getting his hair cut and moves very minimally. Upon getting home from his cut, I see she somehow shaved off a chunk of his eye brow in the middle of the brow. The fading is okay, not the best or worst and the front of my sons hair (where its the longest) is very uneven. Absolutely will not go back there and pissed I tipped her to shave off my sons brow and not even say anything. Stylist was Ryann. Never ever again.

The best experience I have ever had. It had been 18 mo. sense I had gotten a hair cut and it was very long and shaggy. Ryann cut my hair exactly like I wanted, plus she was very personable. I highley recomend her.

90% of the time I have had a great experience here. Every now and then youll get someone who doesnt quite give you what you asked for but it doesnt happen very often.

First time getting a hair cut where the stylist received a call and walked away into a separate room for over 10 minutes. Just sitting and waiting for her to finish my haircut whenever shes done with her call. Wanted to walk out, but the hair is half cut. How unfortunate. Very unprofessional.

Never have left a review before but my haircut was so bad I feel as if I have to. The lady was very rude to me first off, gave me a clipboard and asked me to sign in with no pen. I asked for one and she threw it on the counter. Then during my haircut she talked crap to the other stylist the whole time I was there. That isnt the bad part though. She only asked if I wanted it blended and how much hair I wanted off. Not only did she not explain what blended meant she just said (It will look better), she even cut too much off. Then she never asked how I wanted the sides or back, she just did it (Which she did it the ways I wouldnt have asked for). To make matters worse she didnnt even cut it even. She left a big chunk of hair on the left side that was suppose to be shaved off also. She was a short young tattooed lady, needs to get a reality check that this may not be the career for her.

I have literally cried after getting my hair cut there for the third time in a row. I have had my hair absolutely chopped up the last three times Ive went. The first time it was just choppy, the second time I got layers and it looked like i had a cheekbone length wig just laying on top of my real hair, and this time the lady only cut the back of my hair and not the front so if I bring all my hair to the front, like you would for pigtails, then you can see about 4 different layers. Three strikes and theyre out, I refuse to go there ever again.

I waited 45 minutes and left after the stylist decided she needed a cigarette break, even with four people waiting for their turns. I also watched five people that came in after me, walked out.
