Nice salon. Friendly and helpful staff. Got a Mani/ pedi using Groupon. No Hassel in redeeming. Turned out great! Would recommend.

Im going to preface my comments with... this was my first massage so I dont have much to compare it to but I cant imagine a massage feeling any better. It was a quick check-in process followed by an on-time appointment. Meagan did an excellent job, asking me how much pressure to use. For me, the medium was just right. She methodically worked all parts of the body for the full time. Check out was smooth with a couple of tips on how to maximize the benefits of the massage. A great job and worth a visit!

Have been going to Blu Bird for a bit now; seeing Mindy for waxing. She is the most professional Esthetician, and one of the sweetest women I have ever meet. I highly highly recommend her, so very thorough. Thank you Mindy for being fabulous!

Cutest little place in downtown OP. Family run establishment, that makes you feel like part of the family. They make sure you have the best experience every time. Mindy, one of the owners, is super friendly and goes above and beyond when it comes to her customers. I have seen almost every employee there, and they are all great!! Love me some Blue Bird!

Courtney was very friendly and worked very hard on my hair. The cut is perfect! The color we chose did not turn out 100% the way i wanted and even though its beautiful because it wasnt what i wanted she only charged me for the product. I will gladly return on the future and am more then please with my experience.

Love this place! Went on a whim because of their groupon. Had a pedicure done by Emily who is so sweet and does a thorough job to make sure you get exactly what you want. All the women there were so friendly and they had all ranges of people they were serving, from young to old and male to female. It is so worth a visit to the cutest salon ever!

I loved my experience at Bluebird. Got a facial there with Vivia and she was fantastic! Helped me feel so relaxed and she had great insight to skincare and what my skin needed. Would definitely recommend!

I am VERY picky when it comes to my nails and Emily is the greatest I have ever been to, no argument about it. She takes her time and has an eye for detail, making sure you are always leaving happy. I have an obsession with black nails, and when she did not have the color she found one that was basically identical (a very dark purple) and by my next appointment she had bought a black polish- if this is not the best customer service then I have no idea what is! It took me many years to find her and I will not let her go!!! The salon itself is adorable, always clean and the staff is so friendly! Make sure you pop by there for a great experience :)

I am VERY picky, about color, about style, about hair products. No matter what I ask Mike to do with my hair: pageant big or smooth and straight he never lets me down - we do a consultation each appointment as if it were my first and I always leave the salon with gorgeous hair and feeling years younger! Apparently the apple does not fall far from the tree because my 10 year old son is just as picky and Mike does a consult with him and gives him exactly the hair he wants (not too long, not too short). I have a second son, 12, that is NOT picky and wants an efficient hair cut. Tony does a wonderful job with him, makes mom (me) happy and doesnt take too long. The environment is inviting and light hearted. Great experience! You should definitely book an appointment!

This was the worst waxing experiencing I have ever had. I came here on the day of my birthday to get a wax. And the shop was very nicely put together and decorated. It looked beautiful on the inside. However, the woman who did my wax did not seem to know what she was doing. Getting a Brazilian does not feel good, but this one was more painful than normal. I dont think she let the wax sit long enough before trying to rip it off. It was very painful and when she was done, I left with wax in the crevasses of my area down there. I wont be returning.

Absolutely love it here. You are always greeted with a smile! When I made my initial appointment with Michael, my hair was a mess due to another hair dresser. Michael assured me it wasnt as bad as I thought. He cleaned up the cut and fixed the color. Amazing. I have been coming here for a couple of years now and refuse to go anywhere else. On top of that everyone is very knowledgeable about products and styles. They always your questions and if they dont know they know the answer they research and find the answer. They are always honest about what or wouldnt look good on you. Try it, youll love it!

I get services from Mindy. Shes the best and makes you feel relaxed and very knowledgeable about all the products and doesnt rush you. A very classy relaxing upscale environment. The rest of the staff are very pleasant to be around too. I highly recommend Blubird Spa for men, women and teenagers for their wide variety of services!

After a bad start with a brazillian wax the owner personally called me to apologize and asked me to give them another try with a different person. It really does matter who does your wax. I saw Jamie on my 1st revisit and Lauren on the 2nd. Both were fantastic. I did not leave in pain. I put on my sexy panties, went to the mall and walked around feeling sexy and empowered.The spa smells really nice and I love the heated beds.

I heard about this place from a good friend, She was telling me how good they did her hair. So I gave it a try and they did amazing on my highlights and nails. They were so welcoming when I had came in. I got my eyebrows waxed and I got a punched card for a free wax of any kind on my fourth punch! I will Definatly be back to blubird spa:)
