This is my first time here and I am very satisfied with this experience. This is the best time I have done nails in KC. The technician was very patient, and the person was very nice and gave me good advice. The results made are also excellent! This shop has fair prices and perfect skill.I recommend everyone to come!

Ive been twice with 2 different nail techs. (Vila did this pedicure picture with polish I brought💗.) Great experience & great results! Ill be back because the location is convenient, & the footrub is heavenly! Ive been to larger, fancier places but I would choose this in my top 3 because of the customer service & the great massage chair.

Nails didnt even last for a week, started chipping. Did poor job with the dip. Nails had lines all over them. Did not smooth my Nails enough before applying the final coat. Long wait even when you have an appointment. Friendly staff but poor performance on doing Nails.

I would give a zero if I could. The salon is very cluttered, and seemed dirty. The girl who PAINTED my toes and fingers was great.My husband got a mini Pedi. Just a soak and nail trim. NOT a full Pedi. When we went to pay the bill was 85.00!!!!!!All I got was nails painted, not manicure, not acrylics, not anything fancy. ONLY painted. HeONLY had a 5 min soak and toe nails trimmed.When we reminded them of what we actually had done. No matter full Mani and Pedi for you miss, and full Pedi for him. 85dollars. I HATE BEING RIPPED OFF!!!!!!

Been coming for years. Never needed an appointment but they do take them. The girls are so nice and I have never had a bad experience. Gel, dip, designs, they do it all and I find them very affordable

Friendly, quiet, calming. I would definitely come again. (I go once every 5 years or so) but maybe Ill start doing regular pedis. This first visit I did a gel Mani.

Annie was amazing. She helped my friend and me out after I dragged my friend to a big name salon and we ended up with horrible acrylics. Annie fixed them right up and now they look great!Easily wheelchair accessible and no judgement at all. Very good experience and Ill definitely be back!

Absolutely horrible they did not do a good job on my pedicure they did not get the Calais off I had to constantly tell the girl can you redo my heels of my feet and she didn’t listen the polish chipped an hour later she missed polishing my whole nails so basically my feet look and feel the same as if I never went... I should’ve known better I could have did my own feet and would of looked and felt smoother than ever !!!

The manicure is very quick, not thorough, my nails do not feel clean. I need to redo it after I got home. The reason why I gave it a two stars is mainly because the person, Tom, who did my nails, his attitude does not make me content. My nails are sensitive and feel a little bit burning sensation when the first time I put my nails under the UV light, so I have to take it out and then put it back. The second time it feels alright. He was asking me why I am doing that, I explained to him since this always happen to me and it is alright as long as I take my hands back and wait for a little bit, then putting them back. However he acted like I am behaving ridiculous, which makes me very uncomfortable. I did not mention this to the manager since there were other customers waiting, and I still tipped him in the end. But I would not come back again. There are many other options nearby, I would definitely go to try other store next time.

I feel bad posting this review, because the two friends I went with had awesome people. Mine however, (Minnie) did not do her job. No top or bottom coat. Did not even use the stone on my heel, or do cuticle work, and she scowled at me the whole time even when I tried to smile at her. This was an awful experience. Everyone else seemed great. My only hope that they read this and talk to her because she doesn’t do her job and because of this I’m never coming back

I got my nails dipped for the 1st time, 3 nails chipped in 2 days. BUT I called and they are fixing them for free. Now I did just take my acrylics off so my nail are super thin not sure if that has anything to do with them chipping.

Annie and her team do a great job, quickly and efficiently, but without compromising quality. Thus work is amazing, high quality and means long lasting nails. I have been a customer for several years and it is pretty much the only nail salon I visit.

Very thorough pedicure. My feet looked great. I subtracted a star because I made an appointment for a group of three with the intent of everyone getting a pedicure at once, and they did not handle it in that manner. They gave the pedicures one at a time.

Love this place.. its my go to spot. Annie could not be nicer and will go out of her way to get you in. Staff is always professional and Ive never had a bad manicure or pedicure there, regardless of who does it.

Amazing mani pedi. Friendly staff.

I called ahead to see if they were busy and was told no. I walked in and every chair is filled. 30 min later they seat me in a chair next to a man who is getting a pedicure. When they are done they dumped the dirty water from the mans feet into the bowl below the chair and threw the bag but did not clean the bowl after. I saw toenails on the floor on the other side. As I got up to leave a girl came over to me with a towel she just grabbed off the back of a chair. I was just wanting a paint applied and since she was right there I asked her to grab a clean different towel and let her paint my toes never touching anything with my bare feet with the exception of the hopefully clean towel. After she painted the toes - she said ok have a good day and expected me to leave right away. It was a terrible 1st experience and will be my last. I went May 6th 2017.

Ok service. It got better once I mentioned I was In The industry. Walked out with a cut on my toe and not a great massage.

Great service and my nails look great every time!

They were extremely busy which was understandable since it was around Christmas but the woman working on my sisters mani was also doing one other Mani and one pedi on two other women and was just jumping between the three. Also we set up appointments and were taken after two women who has appointments after ours but wouldnt stop complaining about the wait.

First of all, I went in, it was slow, its my first visit. I got a pedi. Im on my feet all day every day doing hair and I get pedis every 6-8 weeks, Im not picky, I just want my damn feet rubbed! the guy didnt introduce himself, acted completely aloof, didnt bother to warm up the lotion, just squirt it on my legs. its snowing outside, Im already cold? he rubbed my feet for maybe 30 seconds each. he used the foot file for about as much time, didnt even attempt to get any callus off. I could tell the buffer was not new as it should be according to State Board. he also tossed the foot file into the cart. doesnt seem like he or the store care about sanitation at all. The Polish was nice, until I noticed an imperfection on one. he came over, checked them while they were curing and didnt even offer to fix it. he didnt even look at my in the eyes when he rang me out. I will not be back.

I got a manipedi and my boyfriend got a pedicure. Our feet look/feelgreat, my French tips are gorgeous (people keep asking if my nails are fake), and the staff was super friendly.

I got my nails done three days ago, a powder dip. Three of them have already chipped and have fallen off

Very bad service, they didnt do my nails properly they chipped as soon as I got home and smeared everywhere. Then when I went to get them fixed they made me wait for 25 mins in line and gave me very bad service!

I waited 35 minutes to get a repair done in a nail and still wasnt serviced..poor customer service and not enough help..Ill stick with the Chinese people in the city..they work for their money!

I paid 64$ & my nails came off from the bottom....its not the first time Ive been to this place.....Abbie is not the right nail tech for this business!
