This company is so poorly run I cant believe it is still in business. When the people at the top have no idea how to manage, everybody suffers. Customers suffer, employees suffer, and the clients of the customers suffer. You hurt the bottom line of your customers because you refuse to listen to and understand your employees. The shame of a company that cant learn from its self can not be hidden, time will expose your foolishness. The people at the top may get richer off the backs of their employees, but know it will not last forever and this company will fold.
