So I went in with most of my parts assembled for a custom PC and Andrew helped me out. Unfortunately it was close to closing so we wrapped up and we both thought it was all set and it wasn’t. But when I went back the next day not only did they help me finish setting it up but they didn’t charge me. Not only was Andrew helpful and great throughout the whole process but Kevin was nice and humorous as well. I plan on going back when I get a liquid cooler for my cpu

I came in a while ago to get my computer screen fixed and the battery replaced. I paid extra for both an HP battery and screen, and now every time my computer starts up it says its detected counterfeit battery. The new screen sticks out of the laptop and you can push it in but it comes right back out. I paid almost 400 dollars for this. Instead of just taking the laptop as I needed it for school, I shouldnt have taken it until it was actually fixed. Never coming back.
