Experience was one star. Stains showed on our carpet only 2 weeks after their “professional” cleaning, and these were new stains that appeared to be caused by their equipment rather than by anything we had done. Manager called and said she would get back with me after speaking to her technician. I never heard from her again. Would never recommend.
