The customer service this company provides is exceptional and unexpected. I asked a question on their website, and from there, Meagan was very patient and answered many more of my questions. She wasnt rude or blunt like Ive experienced with other companies and genuinely wanted to help. The sample bag she sent me was beautifully printed. They offer so many different kinds of fabrics from recycled bottles to organic cotton. Great company if you are environment conscious and the totes are USA manufactured. I decided not to place an order because I was looking for a totes with softer material; however, I will keep them in mind for the future as they have a great product otherwise and I can respect this company.
