Cloud 10 is a nice car wash. I would give 3.5 stars if possible. However, it’s not going to provide any detailing or service beyond just the wash itself. It is also more expensive than Sparkle n Shine, since the most inexpensive wash is $12 and not any better than the $7 basic wash at Sparkle n Shine. The complimentary vacuums are nice, and have good suction with helpful mat holders. I found that there was still a little patching on my window from dried soap/water, but not very noticeable.They also do not have the 48 hour free wash in case of rain policy like Sparkle N Shine does, which isn’t great. I’ll probably be sticking to Sparkle n Shine for most of my washes and of course all the detailing. I think they’ve got a great start and a nice new building but could be more affordable. UPDATE: great place for an automatic car wash and cheaper than the local chain Super Wash. No detailing but works for me.After realizing getting two of the top washes per month was the same cost as getting the monthly club where I can get a wash a day if I want, I signed up for it. Its a good deal. Costs less than the local chain in and around Daytona and you get a better wash.Went there for the first time the other day. I normally go to the competitor in the area with several locations. But this place is brand new and wash my car as good or better than the other place for less money. And there were monthly wash club offers their best wash for less than the local competitor.

Guys who work there are super helpful. Car is clean an shiny, including the tires. Free vacuums are AWESOME! Please dont be like me - bring some cash to tip those nice guys who are outside and sweating just to help me out.

Im only leaving a 5 star because the manager was so awesome she when above an beyond... When I pulled outta the car wash I noticed the back of my car didnt get clean. She filled me in on why. My trailer hitch, and then she removed it for me getting her hands so greasy.. I felt bad but very pleased to get to go back through the car wash to try again on the back of my suv getting cleaned this time.. it was better but still missed some spots. Over all not the best car wash around cause its never been am issue any other car wash in town to get all sides of the car cleaned but the staff is great

This car wash is the best in Daytona... They give you complimentary towels and window cleaner. Free vacuum. The car wash actually cleans the car and dries it completely. This place is a 10+++++++. I highly recommend it. Its a little pricey but worth every penny. You can get awesome monthly deals top. If it rains you get 24 hours to go back. I go twice a week. My car is my pride and joy.

Love this place.. it has a unique air tool that gets in all the hard to reach places..vaccums are always working well, the only issue I have is if there was a way to get the wet dog smell out of the vaccums? It spreads to my vehicle and smells it up for days..I dont have pets

Nice and new, love the hours until 7pm. The prep of my car was very one sided, the side the one attendant was standing on. No effort to clean windshield or anything other than the driver side of the car.

DOT NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. Went to the car wash and was assisted by a Cloud 10 employee with paying and instruction for car wash use. Was told to proceed to the bay. The gate did not open, malfunctioned. The manager approached the vehicle and accused me of damaging the gate. Threatened “I have your tag number and will file a claim” standing at the driver’s side window speaking in our face at COVID-19 spread time. Not knowing what the manager was talking about and did not know what had happened, I did not appreciate the aggressive behavior of the employee. Training in professional behavior is lacking at this car wash. Cloud 10 filed a claim against my insurance company. I found out through my insurance company an employee of Cloud 10 took part of the security video of myself, my vehicle and my tag number and posted it to their personal gaming website and Cloud 10 was using this persons gaming website as their evidence to my insurance company. Called the Cloud 10 corporate office concerning the incident and the violation of my privacy by the employee having my information posted on a personal gaming website from the Cloud 10 security video and the corporate representative was threatening and rude. This situation could have been completely avoided by professional behavior from employees of Cloud 10. My insurance company declared us 0 percent responsible and attempted to cancel payment after further review. If the company believes allowing video from their business cameras to be transferred to a car wash employees gaming website not a privacy issue, someone needs to explain it to them. And to add, someone approaching your vehicle and becoming aggressive is not professional. This review is posted for others to know.

My mother and father had a accident at this car wash, they ran over the gate after being instructed to proceed through by the manager (the gate is very low and cannot be seen if youre in a truck when at the payment kiosk). After the incident the MANAGER on-duty proceeded to aggressively address the incident and got into my fathers face in a threatening manner. To make it clear during a world pandemic the manager of this location proceeded to aggressively get into a 70 year old seniors face without wearing a face mask. The reaction was not warranted or needed, so they left.I have the link to a personal YouTube page where Cloud10 security footage was posted, along with other strange gaming videos. This is extremely unprofessional and laughable. The incident was so minor that the gate was already fixed by the time they finished the wash. The insurance company deemed them to be not at fault as they were told to proceed through the wash. The wash was also terrible, which is mostly why most enthusiasts avoid these locations as they produce nothing but swirl marks.This situation really shows the trash this location hires, please avoid this location.

Cant beat by the free vacume and high pressure air nozzle and rags and window cleaners available all for free. Totally compinsates the pricey car was amounts. Go there. Tell everyone who is onto there car and not to stuck up to get into a little do it yourself effort. 5 star all day.

Better then any wash around. I have membership for there most expensive plan I think like 33$ month. First month they opened I got a promotion for 1$ membership! The soap is awesome and they def are not stingy with the amount as some other washes are stingy. Undercarriage wash is the main reason for a membership.. my tires and wheels come out perfect! The tire shine is amazing iv never seen a car wash use shine so well. Other places I have to go home and add some because its uneven/ dried spots. Def worth it. The license plate reader sucks though. They should use stickers instead. Over all a good wash!

My fiancé and I both take our vehicles here to get washed and pay for the Fusion10 plan. Very clean facility, the vacuums are great, parking lot is a good size and easy to maneuver to vacuums unlike their other competitors.The one thing I wish they would do is hand scrub the bugs off the front of vehicles (the most they do is spray with a solution). If the company doesn’t want to include it in the scope of work for the employees, then at the very least a bug wash station for people to use would be great.

Good car wash. They only do the exterior. The provide microfiber towels and cleaner for do it yourself interior. They have this little air gun next to each vacuum thats fantastic for cracks and crevices. They have a vending machine to purchase car cleaning supplies and air freshener. Only thing that is consistently missed is bugs on the grill and the rims.

The best shines result from this ceramic coat car wash. 18$ and they have free vac free cleaners and clean microfiber cloths folded and a free rug cleaner machine agitator ! I am not excited its not a It has giant rollers . But it is brand new and works fine for my 2020 suv.

Apparently the $18 wash doesnt cover getting bird poo off of my hood. I just bought this vehicle and this was its first wash. Shame.....first and last time Ill use this local car wash.

Mostly a great car wash except the windshield was left with some solution drip marks I had to remove with glass cleaner. Not fully dried either, otherwise very shiny!!

Got a free car wash from fb as a grand opening gift. Very pleased with the automatic wash. Really powerful. The vacuum had very strong suction. The have an air sprayer to clean cracks and it sprays out dog hairs that are normally difficult to get.

I am very impressed with this new car wash...the managers are super friendly and extremely professional, as are the employees! Two younger employees Faith and Alex (Faith did most of the talking...what a sales girl!! lol) offered me a pass where I could have unlimited car washes for a monthly fee of $30. With the Florida rain and salty air, my car needs a cleaning often!! After they explained what to do, I was guided in by another young employee, Bethany...who knew to take my loose magnet off the back of my car (she returned it afterward) so it wouldnt end up in a puddle in the bay. I was very impressed with the young girls (girl power!!!)and the rest of the staff who all seemed to really enjoy their jobs and went out of their way to be respectful professional and enthusiastic.. something you dont see much of anymore!! Kudos to the management and to all of them. My car was sparkly clean!! Afterward I was encouraged to use their free vacuum!! I would highly recommend this place!!

Great new carwash, like every other chain wash here in Florida. My daughter loves this one because the pink lights and bubbles. I will say out of most in the area, this baby has some powerful dryers! I can hear my truck roof pop when those puppies are blowin!

Cloud10 is more expensive than Splash & Superwash. We gave them another chance, but they dont hand dry afterwards and dont do anything to prepare car before going into the car wash. Car had water spots afterwards and some dirty areas on the front that were not cleaned off. Splash carwashs $12 wash includes hand dry and tire & wheel shine is done by employees after the automatic wash. Much better than Cloud10. Cloud10 is basically just an automatic carwash, without employees doing anything - other than processing credit card at entrance & guiding the driver into the automatic carwash.

Okay so I feel like an alien from another planet because I NEVER seen conplimentary vacuum. It was high powered automatic easily accesible. Im used to the old ratchet vacuum where it has low suction and you pay a dollar for 5 mins!!! I was very satisfied..Oh yea they even have a little air pressure thingy to blow out those small hard to reach places! Need I remind you its FREE!!

Enter cash wash at your own risk! I took my car through this car wash already hesitant because when I first bought my car and took it through a carwash it scratched my back bumper. This was a brand newly built car Wash so I thought I would try it again only to 1000% regret it! Since the first incident I only took my car through a car wash that was spray only and touch-free. Today after running my car through the car wash I got scratches from front to back on my car. Of course the manager tells me that this car wash cant do scratches like that but Im here to tell you that it can and it did because I 100% know that those scratches were not there before and its not just one its many all over the hood the sunroof area and down on the back trunk area. Needless to say that monthly membership I signed up for today I will definitely be canceling! It goes up and over the car. Worst carwash I have ever been through! In all the cars I have ever had and carwashes driven through none of have ever done to my car what happened in this car wash. Its not a coincidence these scratches just all mysteriously showed up after the car wash. And I have never had my car detailed and buffed to blame it on another person.

I am so happy this location finally opened! There are very few car wash options in the area, and these folks are running a clean, affordable, and exceptionally friendly facility! This is not a full-service detailing center, but you will enjoy a thorough wash, wax, and dry; complimentary vacuums; air compressors to blow away dust; complimentary window cleaner and shammy towels; and a vending machine for everything else! Hopefully, theyll be installing shade sails over the vacs to protect folks from the midday sun. Definitely pay this place a visit!
