What a shame. The new management ruined the best car wash around. I was just there, now I’m getting ready to go out in my driveway to clean all the bugs off my grille. The previous owners would have never let a car leave with bugs all over it. I have a monthly membership, but it hardly seems worth it anymore…sad.R.I.P Sparkle and Shine

Very disappointed that the carwash is no longer offering detailing of any kind due to new management. No hand wax, no interior detailing and no prewash scrub to get bugs and grime off. It was the extra service that made Sparkle and Shine/Superwash superior. Quality and service are way down and they are operating at the bare minimum!

Went through on September 3,2021and I’ve always been very happy with the services but was told they are no longer going to do inside detailing after this date because as I was told the new owners say they lose to much money doing that. What a shame. My car always looked like new after they were finished. Hopefully I can find a new car wash that still does inside detailing. They lost my business.

My family and I have been customers of Sparkle-N-Shine my whole life. I had a monthly membership with them and was a frequent customer. Unfortunately, I recently learned they are under new management / ownership and they are no longer offering interior details, only exterior. I canceled my membership after my boyfriend and I went there this past weekend and the staff member who assisted us was incredibly rude and refused to detail our vehicle, with no other explanation than my manager said no. We asked to speak to the manager and were told he would not speak with us. Such a shame to see such a great business go down the drain. Best of luck to the new management / owners!

Nice staff. They did a good wash and interior detailing + vacuuming. They really pay attention to detail when they clean, even brushing out everything from the cupholders to the dashboard. The price is pretty nice for the job that is done, so I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice touch up on the car! Plus they even cleaned the car mats :)

Wherever I go, I cant find a better carwash. They vacuum and shine your car quickly and professionally. Cheaper than the competition too. Try it. You will be happy with the results.

Incredibly slow. Go elsewhere. One right up the street. They Clearly don’t pay enough to be able to recruit a full staff. Painful wait. Plus, two cars went ahead of ours outside been waiting over half hour. Awful. As a local don’t recommend Looks like it’s gonna take over an hour for wash and interior! What a waste of $25. Very frustrating .

Just ok . No longer offer discount on Wednesday. Not as nice as the newer on on Huber Village Blvd. This one is 10 years old and starting to show its age. Staff was very friendly though. Young lady came up and engaged me in conversation as I was finishing up my vacuum. Very pleasant and nice that she took the time to just ask how my day was.

I hate vacuuming my car, so it is worth the 35.00 to take my car to Sparkle. Currently under new management. Not sure if it is agreeable with how sparkle use to be, But the workers are nice, respectful and good at what they do. So I keep going back.

They always do a great job. Its different than the last time I went. A lot less employees so it seems it took a little longer but great job, all shiny!

We were told 1 hour wait AFTER we paid. We explained we didn’t have an hour. THEN they said they got another worker and would only be 30 minutes. I AM STILL WAITING AFTER 1.5 HOURS!!NEVER AGAIN 😡

Free Vacuum. You sontnhave to get a car wash to use. Vacuum could be a bit more strong, but good enough 4 sure!!

I wasnt able to get the inside if my car serviced or the car hand dried. I also had to vacuum my own car and all but 2 of the suction hoses didnt work. And the 2 that did didnt suction well enough. The problem according to them was no help.

I stopped in for a car detail, which apparently they no longer do. Quite honestly I don’t know the true answer because there is no customer service there to assist you. I sat in line for 10 minutes not wanting to use the automated attendant. I pressed the help button and called the store. After a manager finally arrived, following a 15 minute wait, he YELLED at me that he was short staffed. I certainly understand the worker shortage businesses face, but that is no excuse for rudeness and bad treatment of customers.

This place id the best car wash i ever been to... theres several different steps and they get every nook and cranny! Best carwash ever yall! Seriously need to go there! Its amazing and i promise youll never find a better car wash

So we frequent this location and Palm Coast also. Service is always on point for full service, inside/outside cleaning. Details such as dusting the air vents, wiping the back of an arm rest are standard.Never had a time that we had to point out something that was missed. Courteous and respectful at all times. And these kids are busy busy, not standing around chatting. Good service and a great price.

I am so upset with this place. I love sparkle and shine . I took my car there about a month ago and paid 95$ to have my interior conditioned and exterior hand waxed. I waited nearly 3 hours to get my car back less than half say clean. They definitely didnt hand wax it as there was still crud where my car magnet is normally located that I take off when I get my car cleaned. My interior windshield was not wiped down as there was still smudges where I like to put my feet while my boyfriend drives. They broke my expensive custom mats on the drivers side. Instead of asking my how to remove the mats properly, they just left them there and didnt vacuum underneath the mats. I felt ripped off and tooken advantage of.

Quick and friendly staff. Car was cleaned well inside and out. We do recommend.

The car wash itself is great but I have to give 2 star because of the employees at the beginning. They dont care about cleaning anything and theres no one watching them. No consistency. One time they clean your windshield other times the mirrors, sometimes the tailgate, sometimes just a swoosh on the windshield. I will continue to go as I have a monthly membership, when I tip them the service doesnt change for the better, but the wash does do its job.

Every time i leave here with an almost perfect wash and dry. No spots and if its rains within 24 hours they give you a free wash with receipt 😊

I never expect a lot for places like this. I just use these places to get the bulk of the dirt off. This is probably the best choice there is in the Daytona area. I hate cleaning windows,and these guys are not very at it............................This is the third time I have used these guys. I used the $40, $30 and $19 services. The same quality no matter what so dont pay extra. It wont make a difference except for tire shine.................. ................................................I think theyre punishing me for leaving them a negative review. This is the worst yet.

Have the monthly membership and all is well. Need a little extra attention given to bugs or wheels...just ask and they are happy to accommodate. 👍

We brought our wrangler here after it had been sitting up north underneath a cover for almost a year, and was absolutely filthy.We love our wrangler and have had it for 10 years, so we were excited to ship it down here...but so embarrassed by its condition inside and out so we brought it to Sparkle-N-Shine (SNS).There was dust and grime inside and out, the floors, floor mats, dash, everything just covered in dirt and dust, there were literally tiny rocks grouped on the step plates by the doors. Embarrassing. Being a softtop, we were concerned the autowash might have been too rough, but while it was thorough, it was also gentle and did a great job.But that was just the beginning. We paid for the premium exterior/interior wash and ignored at least half a dozen add-ons, but wow, talk about over-delivering. Granted we didnt know what to expect and we spent a good hour in their waiting room, which is a testament *only* to how dirty our jeep was, but finally they called us over the PA.Just. Amazing. Like, just bought from a premium previously owned dealer. We were floored. The service we got was worth at least twice what they charged, our wrangler came out sparkling inside and out. Thank you SO much SNS, you have a new loyal customer and we promise not to bring our wrangler back in such terrible shape next time! You deserve more than 5 stars!

I have been going to Sparkle n Shine for quite some time and have always found them to be the most affordable without compromising on quality. They have very professional detailing and waxing services in addition to full service wash/vacuuming packages while you wait. Their basic wash was just $7 last time I checked and they have a 48 hour rain policy- if it rains, you can come back for a free exterior wash! Great local owned business.

Super great wash for a very reasonable price. Every car gets the bumper, windshield and mirrors hand cleaned to get bugs and road dirt off before going through the wash to ensure a squeaky clean finish. I dont take my car anywhere else. For more money you can get it detailed inside and out with various packages. They have options for every budget and each one completely worth it! They also have free self service vacuums for customers who buy a carwash. If it rains within 24 hours of your wash they give you a free basic car wash the next day to keep your car clean.

Excellent carwash! Attendants wipe excess water when you come out. Free vacuum area with facility to clean.n wash floor mat. Very good service.

I been waiting 1 hour for the inside to be cleaned, I am not any closer to being taken care of. I can see waiting this long on a weekend but its not even busy here on a Monday. Had I known I was going to be here this long and then some I would have gone elsewhere. Never coming back!😡

Always clean, polite and organized. I dont know how they work in the heat and at such a fast pace but the employees are always so polite and detailed. Today my car looked brand new again-- thanks to their hard work!

We paid for the most expensive detail. They ran our car out of gas. They then continued running the heater and fan until our battery died. We had to buy a gas can and get a jump. I gave them a 3 because it was still a great cleaning job.

This is only place I will take my car. Tried others and no one else as thorough and considerate! One place actually broke something inside my car, and I filed a complaint/claim request, and even after 3 follow up calls from me to them, no one EVER got back to me.This staff helped me when I accidentally left my trunk open and it was soaked with rain....and they didnt even charge me for evacuating the water from the carpeting. Staff ALWAYS does an EXCELLENT job and prices are pretty reasonable. I cant clean my own car now due to car accident injuries, so I am very happy to have this place!

Im not sure if I will be able to get the money machine to do what I need.

I spend $80 a month with this place and was told that if I want to vacuum my car I have to wash it first. Why when I just wash my car the day before do I have to go through the long behind line just to the wash so I can vacuum some chips my kids spilled. It is not right that I have to wash my car in order to vacuum when I spend $80 a month on auto pay. They need new and better management it is not the supervisors fault but the owners fault and I refuse to continue to spend my money with someone who wants to try and control how often I wash my car

We have the monthly wash club membership. As many washes as we want in a month. Great value. We go all the time. And when we pay the little extra to get the inside, they do a great job of that also. We love this location.

Took my mini-van here, had terrible water stains from the sprinklers. Wasnt sure it would come off, they did an amazing job & my car looks like new again. So happy!!

Good operation but a little confusing about where to go to pay. Did not get as much detail work as in the past. Something about a prior product they used to have not being available so some bumper/side trim didnt look as good as they had done it in the past.

I have used Sparkle & Shine in OB for years and this time I had a full service cleaning and was VERY disappointed. Actually, rather irritated. Its love bug season and they didnt even clean my windshield, the front of the car or the backs of the side view mirrors of the bug guts. The floor mats were all messed up and not in the correct position...not that hard! The seats were left at odd angles flipped down and back. They were not busy, so no excuse! We will be looking for a better place to have our cars detailed.

Most of the gentleman and ladies working for the car wash are young but I must say very professional and well mannered.It was a fun and positive experience they all have chants and boost each other up !!Very good quality cleaning as well.5 stars from me, I will be coming all the time.

Ive been going here for 4 years now to get my car washed (whether if its the $5 wash or the $35 cleaning)or just to vacuum out my car never had an issue until today. Any other encounter was positive but todays visit left a back impression.It was a rainy day today and I needed to vacuum out the sand out of my car so I pull up and there are cones in each space. There is a sign that says you need to wait for an attendant to move the cones. I sat there and no one came so i pulled out of the parking lot and pulled back in and sat there and finally someone came. He told me I had to get a car wash if i wanted to use the vacuums which is news to me since that was never a policy before.I go to get my car washed and literally RIGHT after, it rains so it was pointless for me to even do that. As I pull back in to vacuum out my car the guy comes up and moves the cone. While I am vacuuming out my car 5 other cars pull in that did NOT go through the carwash and they immediately moved the cones for them, did not tell anyone to go get a car wash first they just moved the cones no questions asked. The 6th car was this woman in a nice Black SUV and the guy finally says the same thing to her as he did to me.It made me feel a certain way. I sat in my car feeling like I should call them and make a complaint but its pointless since they clearly would not care seeing how they treated myself and this woman the same way but other people were treated differently.Ive never experienced something like this the 4 years Ive been coming here but it made me realize I will not go back there again. I will go somewhere else.I will ONLY go back for my free carwash with in the 48hour time limit since it rained unless that policy has changed too.
