I returned a sofa to Amazon. XPO came and picked up the item but then it never showed as received by Amazon. They provide a “tracking number” which is useless. (XPOP0169745)I disputed the $583 charge on my credit card, but now the seller is disputing my dispute!! How can you be in the business of freight shipping, and pick up a HUGE SOFA and not have any record of picking it up or tracking it??

It is crazy to read these reviews on here when I just had the most wonderful and professional delivery to date. XPO delivered all 4 of my appliances at once, with the most care and professionalism. Angel was the delivery person and he made sure not only my floors and walls werent touched, but that my appliances were all in perfect order before leaving. Highly impressed !

Truly AWFUL delivery experiences, Ive had 3 deliveries serviced through XPO in the last year and every single one has been a nightmare. Products always arrive damaged and when Ive tried to refuse delivery, the drivers say call amazon, or call Lowes and then run out the door without taking my broken items Im refusing. Its always at least an hour or more fighting with these CLOWNS over the phone just to get them back to the house to pickup the item they COULD HAVE JUST TAKEN AWAY THE FIRST TIME.I wouldnt recommend these fools to my worst enemy, and I do not recommend buying anything through Lowes or any other company that contracts with XPO

Horrible delivery service. They called and said my items would be delivered two different days and when I call them they’re unable to locate my items in the wearhouse!!! Been back and forth between calling IKEA and XPO about my order and they keep referring me back to call the other. How unprofessional! Horrible horrible delivery experience

Have yet to deliver my items to my house or properly since i order the items over 3 weeks ago from ikea extremely disappointed with this company and ikea i am pregnant and dont have time to be jumping back in forth between both of these companies.

I had a delivery time from 4pm-8pm.. I went to the store at 3pm got a phone call that my delivery would be there in 20 minutes I asked why if my time was 4pm. All I got was attitude. They made me call and reschedule since I wasnt there even though it wasnt in my 4 hour delivery time. Horrible company well see if they get it right on Wednesday..

They hooked my refrigerator up wrong...my house flooded and they will not take responsibility
