Terrible experience with this company. Delivery time was from 9am-1pm - item was delivered 4 hours past the delivery window with no updates! Cant believe Costco outsources to this company - will let Costco know how terrible an experience we had. Will order from Amazon in future until Costco finds a better company to work with.

It good .you need to find out want dock your customers is their 22 docks and.mega customer base .I little tide on back in but it can me do .peoples are really helpful and real pro .some night time parking but their peoples coming in and out all night

I will be filing a formal complaint about two Hispanic/Latino men that made a delivery yesterday to Kate Spade fulfillment center. The driver was disrespectful, dismissive, and irrational...the way this man conducted himself to a current employee, and her 3 female managers was deeply disturbing and concerning. The two men did not introduce themselves, and later refused to give their names. I hope that my company files a formal complaint as well, but since I also speak Spanish and was a witness to all their interactions it would be best for me to come in contact with their supervisor or complain department. I dont believe that because of their lack of customer relations and competence that it should reflect their company, but I do believe that both men should be held accountable and that the standards is 100% better conduct than this! It looks bad for the company to allow two drivers speak to others in such a way, and misrepresent CEVA. They have another amazing driver that comes to our location and he does above and beyond work;always a pleasure with him and my location would agree. So, when we came in contact with these two unidentified men, specifically the driver, it makes me highly uncomfortable to be know they will eventually come back to drop off more pallets.

WhT kind of co.pany is this no one answers a phone. So far 2 days late from delivery and when did show up only had half the delivery and it wasnt what I ordered and didnt have the other item at all. Probably sold it on way here. Very poor company

I spoke with a associate to schedule my delivery, she was very professional and schedule my delivery for the next day. The drivers delivered it in a very timely manner and were extremely courteous . I would highly recommend this delivery service to my friends and family in the future

They did a great job delivering our new TV.

Shipment is delayed but they dont have the courtesy to let you know. I would not recommend this carrier. Pay a few dollars extra and get actual customer service. This company doesnt even answer the phone.

Purchased furniture from Costco who insist that you inspect the product before you sign for it, unfortunately the delivery team completely refused to let us inspect the product before signing for it and the product ended up being damaged during transport. Costco made it right but I refuse to use ceva again

Wow! Great job today by Carlos Matos and Jyan!!! They encountered an issue, then adapted and overcame. Very good experience, as an MBA or business owner I would recommend them for promotion or raises. The skills they displayed in more than one aspect were far better than those of the other deliveries I have received for an item of this size. These two hard workers shined bright today for Ceva Logistics!

Gave a window of 9am to 5pm and said they would cal 30 minutes before delivery. At 4:45, still waiting for the delivery I called their customer service for the third time. They finally called the driver to find out he’d be there between 6pm to 6:30. I took the day to rearrange my work schedule, so I didn’t need to leave until 5:45pm. So if I’m not here when they finally arrive, they aren’t sure when they will be able to deliver. I’m excited for the products and furniture I’ve ordered from Tuft and Needle, but I hate that they use CEVA for their deliver.

Horrible service! 3 scheduled delivery windows! One cancelled due a driver calling out sick. I’m sorry, but there should be alternate or back-up delivery drivers. They showed up for the second one and only delivered 1 of 4 boxes. Still waiting for the other 3... Delivery window is now 40 minutes past and they tell me the driver is on his 6th delivery and we are #12!!!!

Extremely unreliable! Shipping info indicates all 3 items arrived. They contacted me to schedule the delivery date, I took the day off, prepped the room for the furniture, clothes on my bed that I removed from the old furniture, and old furniture moved out of room. CEVA calls the morning of to say they only have 2 out of the 3 items, which I strongly believe is a lie. Costco and CEVA in Atlanta showed all 3 items were shipped, yet Orlando is claiming not so. They have no regard for the customer, and how incredibly inconvenient this is!

They were quick. To unload me. But they have eno truck parking. And go by appt times. They open 10pm. Dont show. Up to early.

Absolutely the WORST delivery service I have ever received. Such a shame that quality companies are out sourcing their deliveries cause it sure makes me not want to order a single thing from any retailers who are using Ceva Logistics for their product delivery.

The delivery people were great, they called 20 min before and arrived on time. The issue I have is window of delivery was 8 am to 8 pm on the website, would prefer a 4 hour window instead of 12 hours.

Ceva is the delivery service for BJs - say they are the white glove service they might need to change the color of their glove. Placed an order @ BJs online service and the order never arrived after scheduling two deliveries and hold on the phone countless hours for both BJs & Ceva. Given a phone number to a local office that rang but no one ever picked up. Have made many purchases through major companies always received items even during the holidays promptly as scheduled. Stay away from this delivery service as they very good at giving you the run around and dont seem to care the the consumer is not getting what they paid for.

I can’t believe Costco would use such a poor delivery service company. Their delivery people are rude, have horrible attitudes, and basically lazy. Make sure if you ever purchase anything from ANY company. make sure CEVA isn’t the delivery company.

One of your drivers almost struck me in a crosswalk in downtown celebration. I have never used your services but based on the way this individual was driving I’d advise anyone not
