Is the first time I used a rental Insurance. I am living in an independent living community for seniors. Was easy not complicated. I feel secure that I am cover with Allstate where I live now. Very professional and well explained in details. For sure, the customer is the most important thing. I recommended them very highly.

I have never worked with a group of people who care so very deeply for their customers. I have only encountered one person at his office who was not up to what I know Luis expects of his people in almost two decades of working with his office. He is like a father to me and I adore him. I have a feeling there are many people out there like me who think of Luis as family. He will go above and beyond and so will his staff to make sure you feel comfortable with ANY insurance situation you may encounter. Although Allstate is not the least expensive, when it comes to insurance, you do not want to skimp on service because you need your agency on your side. This is the only office I will use because they have my back.

Great service. Car was totaled and Louis and his team helped at every step of the way. Any time I had a question or problem connected with the process they were able get me an answer.

Not recommended, called today for a home insurance quote gave all information that was asked at around 10 am called again at 2 not ready called again at 4 not ready. Never was told it might take a whole day. Not acceptable I had car insurance with them as well and left due to higher rates and communication problems thought I give them a second chance I guess once a disappointment always a disappointment

Very friendly and professional office! We were purchasing a new home with some complication and called Luis. He took the lead and worked with our lender to arrive at a very agreeable solution to our problem. Shortly after, we were getting ready to renew our car insurance with another company and had Luis give us a quote. Luis now has all of our insurance needs covered and we feel we are in Good hands!

Never had the occasion to meet anyone in the office. But when I called to cancel my policy, they took care of it right away. The only thing that was odd was that they only needed my name. Didnt ask for a policy number, address, social, or any other identifying info. I could have been anyone! In this day and age, that seems too easy.
