I paid for three window cleanings, with the promise that they would contact me in the fall and again in the spring after the initial cleaning. They never followed up with me to schedule my additional cleans. I had to dig through my records to find them and of course they cant be reached now. Either they are unorganized and dont follow through, or they sold me a package they knew they wouldnt fulfill on. Id like a full refund or compensation for the cleanings I paid for that I havent received!
