I went here for the first time by recommendation of a friend. The front office staff were great. The hygienist performed the most comfortable cleaning Ive ever received. Dr. Drew replaced a cavity that had cracked and was causing food to get stuck between my teeth. I was skeptical about Dr. Drews recommendation to replace the filling, but Im so glad he did because my bite feels better and I no longer get food between those teeth. I feel like he did a very high-quality job and that my future oral/gum health will benefit from this improved filling. I felt it was also very cheap, with the cleaning and filling costing less than what I remember paying for similar care elsewhere.

A few weeks ago a cap fell off my tooth. It was the day of my daughters wedding and we were on our way. Dr. Drew got me in immediately and he and Melissa repaired it. They were so kind even though it was not a scheduled appointment. It involved a shot and drilling and everything, but they were so careful that I was able to go on and be mother of the bride at the wedding and reception without a problem. I have recovered with no side effects or further symptoms at all. I love Barry Family Dental!

I really dont understand how Dr. Mark and the crew wouldnt receive 5 stars from everyone. They have always been fantastic in efficacy and quality. Would highly recommend and have highly recommended them to family and friends!

Growing up, I was never a fan of the dentist. Barry Family Dental has changed that! They deliver excellent care, and extremely easy to deal in an industry that can sometimes feel a bit impersonal.During my last appointment, I was worried because I was scheduled to have a work meeting shortly after. When I called to verify that I had left enough time between my appointment and the meeting, the receptionist was first to say that it wouldnt be a problem. Then, during my appointment, the team kept me posted on the current time and our progress, reassuring me that Id make it on time. It was such a small thing, but I was so impressed that they were so mindful of a silly worry of mine.On the service side, Ive always been impressed with my care as well. Cleanings are less painless than theyve ever been (and just as effective), X-rays are (almost) enjoyable, and the dental exams are thorough. Last year I had two cavities filled by Dr. Bitter and got worried when food began to get stuck in there again. He quickly started checking the area and even found some movement in my teeth and provided options of how it could be treated, even when it wasnt of benefit to him or anything his office could bill for.For as long as I live within distance of Barry Dental, I hope I never have to switch dentists!

Extremely friendly, personable, quick and competent! Beautiful, clean facility with updated technology. My assistant, Nicole, greeted me with a bright smile and easy conversation while quickly doing her part and keeping me comfortable the entire time. I was offered water during my very brief wait for the doctor to arrive. Dr. Mark seemed genuinely happy to see me, shaking my hand and smiling as he patiently listened to all my concerns. He answered each of my questions thoroughly and performed his part gently and efficiently. I felt informed yet neither pressured nor spoken down to. My visit culminated with a pleasant stop to the sweet young billing lady who explained all costs and reasons for them while still remaining personable and friendly. I had a great experience with my root canal here. I felt like Dr. Bitter cared about me as he cared for my tooth. He was very thorough, and helped me feel at ease. The assistants were great too. Dr. Dave Barry works here. He told me that I had a cavity 3 yrs ago. I specifically asked if the cavity was small enough to be repaired by good dental hygiene and fluoride. Dr. Dave said, No, it isnt. The cavity needs to be filled. I didnt go to a dentist for 3 years after this and recently went to Half Price Dental. They told me I dont have any cavities which shouldnt be possible.Barry family dental group has a yearly free waterpark get together for patients. Just know your unnecessary work may be the true admission cost for your free yearly waterpark trip.

Hands down one of the best Dentist offices I’ve been to. There is an atmosphere of fun, happy, hard working people who are genuinely interested in your well-being. For my kid who is anxious about dental work, it’s been a place where he can overcome his fears and feel confident that he won’t be in too much pain! Cant thank Barry Family Dental enough. It was the Friday afternoon before Christmas at 4pm and our 8 year old son shows us his mouth that hurts. Great, an abscess above one of his baby teeth, and of course, our regular Dentist closed right at 4. After multiple calls to other dentist in the area that were already closed, they were able to get us in last minute. The staff and Dr Mark were so awesome and took wonderful care of our son who was a little scared to say the least. He was able to pull his tooth and clean him up and made sure he wasnt in pain through all of it. Thank you so much for taking care of us and our son!

Ive had some terrible experiences with dentists and have some dental trust issues and am always very nervous... but Barry Family Dental is so wonderful and the staff is always so cheerful and helpful. Dr. Mark is very personable and takes such great care of his patients. They are very clear on discussing treatment plans, cost estimates, and answer ALL the questions you can throw at them. I dont even live nearby anymore, but I make the commute, because theyre so great!

I got all 4 wisdom teeth out here and the experience was insanely better than I was planning for. I had to be awake during the procedure which was nerve wracking but Dr. Barry did a fantastic job with the numbing shots I normally feel a very sharp pinch but I didnt feel anything! They answered all my questions and I was in and out fast wisdom teeth felt like 15 minutes best experience Ive had at a dentist for sure highly recommend and I will go here again thank you!

The Barry brothers have been so good to us since we moved to Orem, Utah, back in 2009. They are great dentists. Kind, fair prices for out of pocket expenses, and quality care. My wife and have experienced poor dental care in the past as we moved around for school and work before landing here in Orem. The bad dental work had to be repaired or replaced. I have The Barry Bros and every one of their dental hygienists weve seen have been dental angels. Also, they have equiped their new office with the latest dental tech and hygiene gear for some really convenient, pain free, and noninvasive care.

I walked in and saw my name on a cute little sign welcoming me to their practice. They helped get me out of pain and didnt judge me for the lack of teeth that I have. I would highly recommend them. The new building is beautiful as well and state of the art.

A year ago I was told that I needed 2 or 3 fillings and a crown. I hadnt had any tooth pain whatsoever and I just had a bad feeling about trusting Dr Mark Barry. Year later I visit another dentist, who says I have one minor cavity. How does that happen? No crown or any other fillings. Dont trust Dr. Mark Barry. Would have cost me around 800 with insurance, so glad I listened to my gut.

My husband was experiencing excruciating pain. We were thinking he had an infection. The dentist here wrote him prescriptions and referred him to a specialist. The specialist looked at his x-rays and said he had an infection and recommended 2 root canals. So all he did was another consultation. Im wondering why the dentist at Barry Family Dental Group was unable to view his x-rays and see he had an infection. Dont ever go here, they apparently cant help you and will just send you to a different, competent dentist.

The dentist came in gave me anesthesia then left and came back almost 30 min later. The anesthesia wore off so he injected me again. He left and came back several times. One cavity took almost 2 1/2 hours. The same thing happened to my spouse. He had to go back three different times to have a filling removed because the filling didn’t cure all the way.

We love Barry family dental. My son had his wisdom teeth out and is doing so well just after 3 days.

I went to Berry Family Dental on a Saterday to get a tooth fixed that had been hurting me. I was told by the office assistant how much it would cost me for the dental work. She verified the cost with the Dentist & the other dental assistant. They all agreed that was the right cost. I paid for everything in full before leaving there office.I never got any other dental work done from them. But I got a bill from them saying I owed them another $100.Ive talked to them about it & emailed them about it saying that I paid the amount in full at the time of services.I was told by the office manager Penny that because I didnt have dental insurance that they can change the price at anytime.I refused to pay it because what yet are doing I feel is illegal.They sent me to collections. Ive talked to other people that I know that work for dentest & they have told me that they cant do what they are doing. But they refuse to stop doing it or fix it.I wouldnt recommend going to this dental office unless you want to be screwed over.

I was looking for a dentist to prescribe me pain meds and antibiotics for a wisdom tooth infection. No one would see me without an appointment. I found them open on a saturday and I walked in with horrible pain in less than 10 mins they had the dentist look at me and he gave me pain meds to kill the infection until my wisdom teeth were removed. They were all so nice!
