These people wasted my time. The time it took to track the individual down to get a response I could have had everything set up. Their service seems pointless for any city in Texas because Texas is D regulated meaning that we have the option for utilities and they cannot set anything up due to a credit check being required. This information was never communicated during our initial conversation.
